This is actually the first time Im leaving a Google review for anything, but I feel like its worth it. I have yet to purchase a watch with Tourneau, and Im not local to this location in Boston, but Ive only had terrific experiences. In particular, Ive spoken with Kaitlyn during my last few visits and shes an absolute pleasure to work with. Shes kind, sincere, realistic about Rolex (and other brand) availability, and comes off as very genuine. Building a relationship with an AD is typically not an easy feat, and I dont expect it to happen over night, but Kaitlyn reassured me she will work in my interest and I felt like I was taken seriously. When it comes to sales and maybe life in general as well, theres a myriad of personalities that you can come across. Some are snobby, some are fake, some are rude, some are dispassionate. Kaitlyn is a 5 star saleswoman and more, simply because she treated me with respect and has always been happy to talk when I visit the store. You could argue that that is her job, but I go back to this genuine factor; her friendly personality and attitude towards me didnt feel faked, but rather the polar opposite. We have shared brief, but passionate conversations about horology, trends in this industry, and my own interests for my collection. I truly look forward to doing business with Kaitlyn and all our wonderful watch-geeky conversations that come along with it.

I called in to my local Tourneau to inquire about a watch. I was given an appointment with Hugh, who welcomed me when I arrived. We got down to business about what I wanted. Hugh was realistic with timing and his professionalism was second to none. After speaking with him I knew that Tourneau would be the place Id purchase my next watch. Over the next couple of months we kept in contact and 2 weeks ago I got the call that Id been waiting for. I love my new watch and Im happy with the level of service that I received. Tourneau Copley Place is lucky to have Hugh! Ill be back to work with him in the future!
My review has to do only with my experience dealing with Hugh. While I ultimately did not go through with the purchase at Tourneau, I was thoroughly impressed with the service Hugh provided me. He worked diligently to find my desired watch at another location and he kept me updated consistently. I feel assured that if I return to Tourneau Copley for a future purchase, Hugh will provide me with an excellent customer experience.
Love this place. First time watch buyer stopped in and spoke in depth with Mohamed about various timepieces. He is as enthusiastic and knowledgeable about timepieces as anyone I have ever met. Kept in touch and ultimately picked up my first piece a few weeks later. Mohamed made the full experience one I will never forget.

A great selection and customer service. I was intimidated to start shopping for my first watch in person. Monika did not push styles on me outside of what I wanted and respected my budget. I enjoyed my experience and I am satisfied with what I walked out with. A few days later, I returned for a few things, including adding a hole to my strap, which they handled for me same day regardless of their busy store. Robin was professional, personable, and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service.
Very friendly staff at the drop off when I brought a watch for repair. The billing was wrongfully charging sales tax on the full amount (not only the parts) - 5% difference could count on a large amount. I didn’t get a convincing explanation. I want to believe this was a one-off mistake, but better checking next time !
I highly recommend Tourneau in Boston. I worked with Hugh who made our anniversary extremely special. I was introduced to Hugh by a friend. I called him to say that my wife and I were coming to Boston for our anniversary and will be coming to Copley. I just went in to say hi to Hugh and he offered me my dream watch. Absolutely rude & disrespectful staff (female, Russian I think?) After purchasing my gold Day Date ($36,000+ purchase) we were on a lookout for date just or another gold Rolex for my wife. The way this lady spoke to us, made us want to leave and have no interest in looking at any watches. Even a Patek caught my eye, but I will make sure we won’t buy from here.
I had a great experience with the amazing sales gentleman Hugh @ Tourneau, Copley place ! He helped me to get my first dream watch, he is very knowledgable and professional, great communication skills as well. One time, i was passing by the store in the mall with my wife, the store was just closed ( it was about 6:10 pm), i waved to say hi to him and he immedialty came out of the store to say hi to us and we had a nice chat outside - that shows tremendous respect to his customers and also made us feel welcomed at anytime. I really want to applaud the staff here at Tourneau Copley. Despite the challenges of in-person shopping during COVID times, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I want to especially thank Ashley for her help in my purchase of my first Rolex. She was especially helpful and was ready to help in any way possible, despite the current supply shortages.We were extremely lucky that there was a similar model for sale, and throughout the whole process, I had a really laid back and enjoyable experience with the whole team there. (Mohamed was also very happy to help while I kept changing my mind about how to size the watch haha) A friend even joined me in the shopping experience and said she enjoyed the experience as well!I am greatly looking forward to doing more business with the team here.

The team at Tourneau Copley Place is great, but I would like to give a shout out to Mohamed. He is great to work with, patient, understands and cater to my preference and needs from various brands they carry in the store to Rolex and Patek. He is a watch enthusiast himself and has been in the business for many years.
Oh Tourneau.. first off, they do have an amazing collection of watches and their warranty options are pretty legit. I had my omega serviced through them and the watch was returned with screws loose and pieces not put back correctly. My other complaint with this store is that the store abruptly closes for multiple hours during the day, every day. What management would close a store at Copley place for hours every day? It’s not difficult to stager dinner/breaks. What if someone comes in and is planning on buying expensive watch only to be told the employees will be back in a few hours, sorry? They need to have better watch repair service and better management. I’d schedule an appointment to buy a watch but that’s about it. There’s better jewelers and watch dealers in Boston.
I sent my watch (Tag Heuer) for repair. Once I got the invoice, I called the tourneau service center to discuss about my repair. I called them thrice, they took my phone number and email id, and assured me that someone will call me back to discuss about my concerns. I waited, waited and waited for almost 7-10 days each time I gave them a call; no one bothered to call back. When finally I decided to cancel my repair request, they calmly said we will send it back. No remorse or regret for their actions. As if they just didnt care. I would request TAG HEUER to please provide me with a better repair center.
This place is a mess, complete disregard for customers, will have you wait in line for an hour or more only to get in the store. I walked directly in all stores today, with mask and hand sanitizer at the door.Save yourself the aggravation and shop someplace else.

I would highly recommend working with Mohammad at Tourneau. After spending an afternoon trying to find someone to assist me with my watch needs, I was finally able to get help at Tourneau. Mohammad was wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I should have written this a long while ago. I had this store do a cleaning and repair of a Cartier watch. They were very nice, as far as in store service. But... there is a but. They returned out later than expected. And, the service on it was pretty much non-existent, other than it was polished up, The watch timing was off, and that was why I paid the big bucks for them to service it. Lesson learned. I should have gone back to them immediately.
Went in to shop with my girlfriend and I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional they were to both of us. The sales woman made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to shop there. We are highly disappointed because we love watches and love buying them, when we are not made to feel disrespected. Would never recommend, there are much better stores in Boston with real customer service.
Between the joke of an estimate and the 3 hours of waiting outside to get my watch back the thing that surprised me the most is that I didn’t see the rating of this place before I wasted a full day of my time.
Have had much better experiences at other stores on Newbury St. for watch shopping. Tourneau lacked stock, said they didnt have anything we were looking for, but the worst was dealing with the rude salespeople.

***AVOID THIS DEALER***Ive worked with Paul Costa and put in a deposit last year on a black dial Sky Dweller. I was waited for 4 months and Paul confirmed that im able to get the watch on a specific day. Since im in Texas i have to book a flight ahead of time but in the end on the last minute of the promised delivery day. Paul called back and told me the watch was canceled. I dont understand why he took a deposit then cancel on the last minute? This is not a good service or business delivery at all. Please avoid this place at all cost.

I cant say enough good things of Mr. Mohamed M. in sales and of this Torneau store. I emailed head office about a timepiece I was interested in and within a couple of hours, I not only heard back, but I heard back with a personal phone call to my cell from Mohamed. Not an email or a text message, but a phone call with detailed info. I was, and still am, in awe of the personal attention and efficiency from everyone involved. Within a day, the timepiece was shipped across the country (literally) for me to simply view it. No strings attached. The knowledge, professionalism and attitude of Mohamed was amazing. Hes the kind of ambassador any retailer would love to have. I greatly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him and this Boston Torneau store.
Bought my brand new Tudor Pelagos here early June. I trusted the Area Manager (as he claimed and said he was officially trained many times in Switzerland) to swap from the bracelet to rubber strap the watch comes with.Turned out four corners on the back of my watch were scratched pretty nasty. Both of the spring bars were noticeably scratched as well. Clearly he did not use a masking tape or any protection for this lousy job. He even excused to leave right after he handed back my watch. No mentioning about the scratches or explanations or apologies or anything.I am not paying over $ 4k to get my brand new watch scratched for the first time by you professional people. You are a certified Tudor retailer and service center so live up to that name and cerfiticate.If I had a second thought, I would have done it myself. I could have done a much better and more careful job as a watch ensusiast than a Trained Professional here at Tourneau.I wish there is a way to compain this to Tudor directly. The Tudor website seems to only direct you to a retailer.
Ive come here a few times for new watch batteries and replacement bands. The service department is one of the best I know. Very professional and very prompt service.
The service here is excellent. The watches here are excellent. The prices here are not. I would never actually buy a watch from these guys. There are better places out there where theyll give you better prices, and will have more knowledge about he watches themselves.Use this place to try on watches, and see what you like. Go somewhere else to get the nitty gritty details of the movement/complications/etc, and to get a good deal.
Walked in with the intent to look at and 95% buy a specific watch (priced in the 5k to 6k area). It was freezing out that day (week of Jan 23, 19) so both my wife and myself were wearing jeans, beanies, neck warmers, jackets, etc... We did not look like the typical financial institution employee that is so common at Copley.There was a salesman behind the display counter on the right side walking in. We said hi and he barely replied. Did not ask us if we needed any help. He just walked to the back of the store and never came back out for the full 6 or 7 minutes we stayed and looked around.I did see the watch I liked under the glass and although I could not try it on my wrist as intended, I liked it enough to order it online as soon as I got back home.I would have bought it at Tourneau for the extra 16% (between lower cost and taxes) I saved by buying online IF that would get me personalized service before and after purchase but since the salesman decided I did not look like I would be a client, why give him a commission?
The staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning, their selection is great and they let me try on a Jaeger-Le-Coultre reverso. Will definitely come back, hopefully with the means to buy one.

BEWARE. They replaced a battery in my wifes watch, and didnt pressure check it as they promised. It failed a week later after a trip to the pool, despite surviving the same pool for years. When confronted, they retested it and it failed the pressure check. We were then accused of using it outside of warrantied situations, and refused to replace the watch. Shameful, confrontational service.

My story,Come to see IWC wacht, they didnt have one in store so they order it, few days later i visited store to check the watch, very nice person Muhammad guy which order watch for me brought watch i tried look at it and saw watch was actually worn not brand new some scratches hardly visible and one nick hardly visible, but price was 5400$ same as brand new, i asked Muhammed is this brand new watch, he replays YES. After i point those scratches he change the story. Probably was damaged before, i can order new one ............Why i writing this review, i believe its hundreds of satisfied customers with Tourneau, but in my case they tried to sell me worn watch as brand new and i think people should be aware of this. Not fair especially for the prices you charge guys, most expensive store so in my opinion this shady business is not necessary for you...... Muhammed should point right away and say that watch is worn and if you like to buy we will order brand new.... just my thoughtThank you....
Bought my TAG and have it serviced here. Apparently my entry level timepiece does not get me the same level of service and attention as a Patek.

Been shopping around Boston for watches closes to three years now. Mohammed and his team at Tourneau have really set the bar high on customer service. Mohammed has always greeted me with a warm smile and remembers my name during all visits. The best part about him and his team is that they’re very honest, a really rare quality between watch dealers and customers. I would 100% recommended this place if you are looking to get a nice watch with an amazing and honest customer experience.
DO NOT purchase your watch from Tourneau Copley Place. Today, I stopped by the Copley location to try on a pair of watches I was interested in. There were 2 sales associates in the store, and about 3 customers total. I requested to try on the first watch. The sales associate removed the watch from the case. I then removed my watch, which I wore to the store, and placed it down on the felt mat. The sales associate then grabbed my watch, and went to assist another customer. It was as if he thought I was going to sprint out of the store with the watch I was trying on, and wanted to hold some form of collateral. Ive been to ADs around the country and have never seen or experienced this before. I then asked to try on a second watch. After about 10 seconds of looking at it, he said he could fit it for me today. After about 30 seconds of looking at it, he said that if I didnt plan on purchasing the watch today, he needed to go assist other customers. I cant imagine anyone deciding to make a 20K purchase in under 60 seconds. Ive never written a Google Review of any business before, which says a lot about how deplorable their customer experience is. I would recommend going to any watch retailer, other than Tourneau Copley Place.

Strongly recommended! Mohamed is one of the warmest and most patient persons Ive met since I arrived in the US two years ago. I was going to buy a Tudor black bay and had been to all the three Tudor authorized dealers at downtown. In The end I chose to buy it here mostly because that Mohamed was the most patient to introduce the details of each watch. Instead of persuading me buying the most expensive, He was really thinking for his customers interest and recommended me the one that was affordable.Also write a wave of Chinese evaluations to thank Mohamed. highly recommended! There are three Tudor authorization points in Boston. I have all visited and decided to buy my first Swiss black bay in this house. Mr. Mohamed patiently explained the pros and cons of each watch, and finally recommended me the most cost-effective one. The main reason for choosing this one is because he really thinks about the problem from my point of view, and feels that the price models bought are not fooled.
