This place is a joke. I lived there for 2 years. Close to the end of my lease I was looking to move. I let them know even paying extra to stay monthly until I found something. I was looking for a home to buy. I moved to another place. I ran my credit report and it showed I was in collections. Never heard a word from them. When you leave they want your forwarding address. They have your phone number and email address. But nothing. I tried to talk to the collector but they said I had to correspond with Ashton Par. I wrote a letter to them never heard from anyone. I was in collections for they said 3 months rent and having to paint and replace the floor. When o keep bed in parts of the floor was missing. The agent said it was one of the first to get new flooring and the areas were small enough to cover with throw rugs. Nothing was wrong with the walls. After all of what they said it was almost $4000. When I wrote them I stated everything and if I owed anything it was less than $70. I wouldn’t tell anybody to rent there

WORST COMPANY EVER WORST LANDLORD EVER…..THEY WILL LIE ON YOU FORCE YOU OUT OF YOUR HOME ALL IN ORDER TO GUT OUT THE OLD PLACES UPGRADE THEM AND CHARGE MORE RENT….THEY FORCED ALL THE HISPANIC TENETS OUT SAYING OUTRAGEOUS THINGS ABOUT THEM, MANDY OR MINDY SHE IS THE WORST A PERSON WHO DOESNT OWN THE COMPLEX BUT YET FEELS SHE IS ABOVE EVERYONE THERE ARE SOME PLACES IN BOWLING GREEN THAT ARE WORTH YOUR TIME THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM AT ALL TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU EVER GOOGLED THOS PLACE JUST LOOK AT THERE RATINGS ALL TRUE STORIES!!!

The only good thing about this place is NOTHING. Our complex next door was purchased by the same company. Rent has gone up, THANKFULLY We are currently working on buying a home, so when our time is up, we’ll be glad to move. But this peaceful place has turned into a nightmare. Every other week theres a letter on the door about new rules and policy... I wish JMH never sold this place... I honestly regret moving in this place. And since being bought out the people here can’t move out quick enough... look around.. you dropped the ball on this transition. Good luck getting all that rent back with every tenant breaking lease. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE... for the rate they want you could rent a 3-4 bedroom home in Bowling Green. Lesson Learned. But would not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would.

Looked at an apartment here and the leasing agent explained that a $300 deposit would hold the apartment so it wouldnt be shown to anyone else but in the event that I decided not to rent only the $15 application fee would be charged. I ended up finding another apartment the same day and guess WHAT? My check had already been taken to the bank and cashed. I was told I couldnt get ANY of my money back because I changed my mind. This place is a rip off and a scam. If youre looking for apartment, avoid this place. Report to BBB and an attorney ASAP to get my money back. Ridiculous!!!

Our apartment was all new and clean. Feels like country but close to everything. Maintenance is amazing. Office staff is nice, even when the corporate rules are a little frustrating but they have to have rules to keep good renters. Love the pool, apartment condition, price and pool is why I picked Ashton. Thanks Trish, Kenny, and Larry!!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I lived here for one year and it was one year TOO long. When I first moved in, my apartment was dirty and didn’t even look like it was cleaned prior to me moving in. I spent the year dealing with MULTIPLE neighbors who smoked weed every single day/night resulting in my entire apartment smelling disgusting. I had to go to the office/write letters constantly dealing with this issue and so did other tenants in the building.The amenities here aren’t very great either. The laundry facility was never clean and the machines were always having card reader issues. The apartment gym was nice when the equipment/machines were actually in working order. Since this apartment complex is located directly in town, there is so much noise & constantly random people walking around. The only positive thing here is the maintenance men. They were always so kind and fixed any problems in a timely manner.Once I moved out of this complex, I was told I wouldn’t receive ANY of my security deposit back even though I had scrubbed my apartment clean and it was actually in better shape then it was when I moved in. I even had to pay them for “damages” which ceased to exist. After reading all of the other reviews from this place, it seems like everyone is having the exact same issues. Please read the fine print and know what you’re getting yourself into before I signing your lease here. You definitely get what you pay for.

I really enjoyed living in these apartments. They are in the middle of town but it is very quiet. They have nice workout equipment. They office is very nice and has a buisness center you can use. The laundry mat is not overpriced and they have plenty of machines. They even have some that take card.

Dont rent here. They will try to con you out of your money if you get evicted or leave willingly.

The staff is very friendly, maintenance responds in a timely manner, quiet and friendly neighbors, the location is great, and we love the amenities.

They are reporting us for breaking our lease. We talked to office staff months in advance and explained our situation. They said all we had to do was give ample notice (which we did). They lied and are now negatively effecting my credit report.

The apartment I lived in for a while was really good and the place was nice and quiet. The manager was really friendly and very nice.

There will con you out if money the moment you move out. Trying to charge us for paint and carpets when they put in hardwood floors after we moved out! There aslo charging us labor for paint. They have to paint after you move out.

Just moved here. Friendly neighborhood..

A horrible experience that has everything to do with management.
