I have lived at The Vue for the past several years. During my time here I have always been so impressed with how well kept the property is and how friendly the staff is. Ally manages the property, she is a delight and so easy to work with! I highly recommend working with this company if you are looking for a beautiful place to live!

I was very impressed with how communicative they were before, during, and after my move in date. The maintenance man was prompt and helpful, and didn’t even laugh at me when we realized my outlet issue was just a trip in the breaker. Really great staff and my home is beautiful!

Applied for a unit on July, 9th, paid the $50 application fee along with supporting documents, I didn’t get a response from them until the 28th of July, by that time the unit I applied for was gone. At which point there were no other units available that I was interested in. Then on August 13th I came across a unit that I was interested and sent them an email about it. They immediately replied back with technicalities about how a application is valid for only 30 days and that I would need to pay another 50$ for a new application.Then they also said that they didn’t process my application because each person that is going to be living there has to do a application as well (another $50). Since the unit initial unit was unavailable, she didn’t submit her application. Also, if they weren’t going to process my application until my wife had submitted hers in as well, then why was I still charged $50 and why am I being told to pay another $50 for a new application if my initial “unprocessed application” had expired by 4 days.I read other reviews on here that this property management is “money hungry” and that they try to squeeze everything they can out of their tenants with extra fees and technicalities, including making money off application fees, therefore this is not a business that I would like to rent from anyways.

I have lived at Village of Traditions for almost 3 years and at first I loved it. It’s a great neighborhood and maintenance staff is great, very quick response.Today is my moving day (Im moving from a 1 bedroom unit to a 2 bedroom unit), and I found the condition of the new unit is very disappointing! The freezer is not cleaned! There are some stains in the freezer which are really disgusting! Leaky faucet in the kitchen, dents on the refrigerator, one tube of the light in the kitchen is not working (I don’t know either it’s broken or missing), stains on the dryer and the washer is placed in a position where its door is blocked, dirty floor, and the worst is that I couldn’t lock the front door with the key because the key doesn’t fit into the lock! The office is closed during the weekends and I cant contact with their staff. It is sad that I have no choice but move in to the new unit this weekend because my old lease ends in two days.

One of the worst apartments I’ve ever been in. Don’t plan on staying on the first floor. You will be annoyed by your neighbors and never get an issue solved. Oh and btw in the winter time they make you shovel your own area. No on-site laundry, the walls are so cheap and the apartment is cheap as well. To overpriced for me. Don’t come here!!!

If you’re looking for a welcoming community, where you’ll be charged for anything you put on your back patio or outside your door, then you’ve found your forever home. Sign a lease now and you can look forward to the most money hungry property management in the business.Seriously, like we aren’t talking about leaving trash outside. You can’t leave a child’s stroller, or wagon outside without being charged. God forbid you pull a bike into the breezeway. This place is a joke. South central property management has a less than desirable response time when it comes to maintenance requests but they sure don’t try to charge you for something at every turn.

Scheduled a showing and when I arrived no one was there. After taking off work for the showing, I called the office and was told that the unit had leased earlier the same day. I know things move fast, but the lack of communication was disappointing.

Lived at Sky Property for over three years in the Grande Haven part and finally moved out when they refused to fix my apartment. It seems like they want to spend as little money as possible and definitely none on improving living conditions of living there.I simply asked that they repaint my apartment because the cheap paint they used was becoming an eye sore from where it was flaking off, showed dirt bad, and if you tried to clean it then you would rub the paint off to the drywall. They told me no and even that if I moved out they would then repaint it. It really showed me what Sky Property thinks of a good renter who always payed their rent on time.I also complained several times about how they would landscape next to the road, but wouldn’t landscape in the back where I lived. Or the fact that they wouldn’t mow in behind my apartment when there was weeds taller than me out there. All of which was to no prevail. During the summer you couldn’t stand to be out on the balcony because of all the bugs out there from the tall weeds.If you want my advice then there is a lot of different places to rent from in Bowling Green. Most of which are cleaner, better maintained, and value your business more than Sky Property. All of which are in the same price bracket or even lower. I would definitely check out those other places before I rented from Sky Property.

I live at The Village at Traditions and I LOVE it! Today in the Traditions Landing parking lot I was having car trouble and 2 maintenance men (Chad and Scottie) saw and helped me get my car running! I can’t brag on them enough. I would recommend living here to anybody for so many reasons, but especially reasons like these! Thank you both!

For those interested in the Village at Traditions, look for another place. I was a downstairs resident in the back corner of the neighborhood. I originally thought my only problem living there would be the traffic noise from I65-- little to my knowledge, it would be my upstairs neighbor, who acted like a child constantly stomping and running marathons in his apartment, being the reason I was driven out of this place. It took this guy knocking my chandelier off my ceiling (from stomping back and forth so loudly) for the management to FINALLY let me out of the place without penalty after 6 months of issues, multiple video proofs, and complaints. They told me I would not have any luck with calling the police, either. But get this-- the POLICE were the ones who actually did something about it! The police were truly disappointed that management didnt do anything for my safety, as they couldnt believe the behavior of the upstairs resident (even the insane noises they could clearly hear through the phone as I called dispatch!). Luckily, law enforcement handled my situation as I packed up my apartment to move out, stating they put the resident in his place and let him know his childish and threatening behavior would no longer be tolerated. SKY is a pathetic and lazy business with people who are nothing but money hungry. They chose to keep a horribly rude and troubled resident just to get rid of a rule-abiding good one. Their loss, and I truly hope they dont gain you reading this! Save yourself time, money, and sanity by not moving here.

We are just beginning our move in with the company, and I will tell you from the start we are not happy at all. We were not informed of the total move in cost before our lease was in effect, the condo/apartment was not cleaned before our move in date, there were maintenance issues before we moved in, we were not informed beforehand of all the utilities that needed to be in our name. I had a family emergency come up and called to see if I could move the move in date back 2 weeks and was told I could not, that they couldnt write a new lease. HOWEVER, on the day I was to get the keys, I was informed that the apartment had not been cleaned and did I want to change the move in to 3/12 and they would write a new lease. The complex itself looks very clean and seems fairly quiet, but that remains to be seen.Had I known before hand the unprofessionalism of this entire move, I would have opted to wait and moved somewhere else.Now lets see how the rest of our time there is......we have pictures and are documenting every last little thing down to the smallest crack in the woodwork.

I visit their office once a month as a sales rep for my job and they are always so excited to talk and see people in their office. READ THISI truly wish I could give zero stars.. Our first year renting wasn’t terrible aside from a few things here and there but after we renewed our lease for the 2nd year in the spring, we had the WORST, and I mean the absolute worst experience. Once SKY got us into another lease we saw their true colors. For one, we ended up with new neighbors moving in above us just a couple months after renewal. Their first night we were knocking on the door at 1am because of noise. Due to the excessive noise I was sending sky emails on the daily to which they did absolutely nothing about. (Lease violation per tenant and property manager). After we filed one complaint too many, apparently, said tenants then filed one back at us full of lies- I was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time so we had a lot going on personally but Sky didn’t care. And truly out of concern for those tenants (new babies cry a lotttt) and for our own sanity we tried to be civil and get sky to understand us but they could care less. I even kept logs of the times and dates all these things happened and they didn’t do anything about it. Lauren Barger and Kelsey Crowe were the people we had to be in contact with over these issues and they were super rude and unhelpful. Every email I sent they sent one back that would not even acknowledge the issue I emailed about or simply say “as per your lease” and leave it at that. We had issues when they were repaving the lots before the noisy tenants too. when we were on vacation they sent out emails literally two or three days before this was going to happen and that everyone had to move their vehicles the next day or be towed. When I sent them an email voicing my concern for our apartment at the time that had NO sidewalk access so if and when we needed to take our dogs out they would step on new smelly wet asphalt sky said we had ample time to address them and did nothing. Again, did not even address my concern about no sidewalks. We would ruin our shoes and I would gag holding my breath to my vehicle (8.5months pregnant). Sky literally does not care about you. They want money. Their tenants are paychecks to them, not people. I have emails showing the lack of humanity in their employees and lack of professionalism in how they address issues that the tenant may bring up. After COVID hit my husband lost his job and after about 5 months he finally got something out of state and we had to move with two weeks notice. Sky continued to make us pay rent and tried to collect the remainder of our lease even after someone had told me we could keep paying monthly until someone else leases it out. After COVID you would think they would show some slack to people who have struggled but that just proves how much they do not care about you. Save yourself and trust these reviews- we read poor reviews before moving here and didn’t listen and we totally regret it. rent from somebody else. SKY is horrible.

I’ve lived at Villages at Traditions for coming up on 2 years and love it! Maintenance has always gotten the job done within days for the few requests we’ve made, the pool is so nice, and the neighborhood in general is welcoming. SKY is always quick to answer inquiries and get any issues fixed. Only leaving because we are moving out of state but we will miss our VAT apartment!

I applied for one of the properties that is advertised on several rental sites. I provided all of the documentation and called as a follow up only to hear nothing back in a timely manner. Oh not to mention the 45 dollar application fee was removed from my account and they still haven’t responded or processed a credit check! Needless to say I’m no longer interested. Makes me wonder why would they request all of my personal information! In times like this makes you wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I am a Black woman!The lack of communication is my concern. I understand that my application was submitted late on Wednesday. However, I called on Thursday and spoke with someone who told me that the person working on my application was at lunch and a message was left. This was before 1pm which left roughly 4 hours to respond. No response came until this morning right before you responded to my review. Communication is key. Acknowledgment is as well. If in-fact information was unavailable or not included then a simple call or email would have been courteous.

My boyfriend and I have been living with SKY in villages at traditions for 2 years. We were going to leave bowling green but decided at the last minute to stay. Reached out to Hannah Fagan to help us out with the process. She was very helpful and worked hard to make sure the transferring process happened quickly. This is the smoothest move we have ever had and We can not thank her enough for helping us out and being so friendly when doing so. We have always loved SKY’s apartments. I just recently moved out of village at traditions and all I can say is I want to move back! Loved how dog friendly they were and the pool in the summer. It truly felt like a community with friendly people all around. Lauren and Ally were always great to deal with during the moving in and moving out process. The only suggestion I have is a dog park would make this property an 110%.

My husband and I have lived here at Village of Traditions for a year and a half and at first we loved it! It’s a great neighborhood and the apartment itself is nice.Now we can’t wait to leave. The maintenance is constantly around trying to come in your apartment all the time and the landscaping they hire takes way too long to do what they do. There is hardly ever peace and quiet during the weekdays and it’s horrible. I would rather live somewhere with longer grass.When we first moved in, it seemed so quaint and now it’s getting crowded. Our lease is up in December and we won’t be staying. We would love to leave now but they charge unnecessary expensive fees for nothing.

I’ve been renting from Sky for a little over a year now and love it! Traditions community is beautiful and clean. The apartments are up to date and very nice. I was nervous about it being noisy that close to the interstate but it actually isn’t. It’s not like most apartment like complexes. It’s very private and the neighbors are friendly! A lot of my friends rent from Sky at different places across BG and we all have been pleased with them!

Could not shower in our apartment for over a week due to there being a hole in the bathtub floor and weak spots. After finally establishing contact with someone they had to tear out the entire shower/tub combo and do drywall work which took another week. We were informed that the hole and weak spots were due to improper building and the subfloor being uneven. Was then told we would have to pay full rent although we were not able to live there for 2 weeks. Not to mention we came back to everything covered in drywall and things installed improperly/half done. Management is young, inexperienced, and unprofessional to say the least.

Upon moving in, there were a few repairs that were needed to be taken care of by maintenance...The very last issue that Id had involved the electrical outlet in my closet. I wish I had been notified of when they were coming to get that taken care of (I was told that I would be...).In all, the management team is well put together and very professional. Also, this property is a lot quieter than my previous apartment and Im enjoying it.

We’ve been at Grande Haven for four months now. We don’t have any complaints that relate to the complex or the management company. The apartment is well maintained and the property is kept clean. Any maintenance issue has been addressed quickly and the maintenance staff is friendly. The two complaints we do have are tenant related. Pet owners that don’t pick up after their pets, even though there are plenty of bags/disposals provided is complaint number one. Stepping in dog poop is just gross! The flies are bad enough without having poop everywhere! Complaint number two is the heavy footed people who live above us. We have started calling them Ren and Stompy. It’s almost like it’s intentional at times. ALL times of the day/night, dropping heavy items to the floor, etc. We expected noise from upstairs when we chose the first floor but what we’re experiencing is excessive. Keep that in mind when choosing upstairs or downstairs. Overall, it’s a nice, affordable place to live.

Did a move out inspection and was told everything was great only to be sent a check for a fourth of my deposit along with the move out walk through included where the totals I signed for had been whited out and higher amounts were written over them. When I asked about this they said they had a right to charge me whatever they wanted and when I reminded them it wasnt legal to change a contract after it was signed without notifying all parties, they said it wasnt a contract, it was a form and I wouldnt be getting any deposit back now.They claim my yorkie did excessive damage but I had already paid a non refundable $250 pet fee when I moved in and they would not send any picture proof of any kind of damage and didnt show me during the walkthrough. I shampooed and vacuumed before I left just in case he had an accident I didnt know about and was very careful to leave the apartment in perfect condition.Dont rent with sky unless youre ok with getting cheated out of your deposit from the start.

Maintenance staff is great, very quick response.Office staff is nice if unhelpful, and very difficult to get in touch with.How businesses respond during the pandemic will reflect their care (or lack there of) for their customers.SKY was completely unwilling to work on changing my move-out date so that I wouldnt be moving during the peak of the pandemic in KY. I contacted them at the beginning of April and asked what their plan was for tenants coming to the end of their lease during this. They had no plan. I begged to stay another month (and pay for it) and I do understand that another tenant was scheduled to move in right after.By being unwilling to do anything they not only endangered me, my friends helping with my move, their maintenance and cleaning staff, but also the next tenants.Its an open secret in BG that SKY is the worst management company. I know they cover a lot of properties but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

LOVE Sky Properties! My fiancé and I just re-signed for another year at The Vue. It’s a beautiful complex, very safe and modern. Also, we couldn’t ask for a better location! Lauren Barger has the most patience out of anyone I have met in the industry. I have an EXTREMELY busy life, working 7 days a week, being a mother and attempting to maintain a house. Trying to move into a new apartment home has been quite stressful to say the least. However, with a woman like Lauren being my leasing agent my stress and concerns have been reduced 10 fold.I have been in contact with her for roughly two months. During the process of applying and moving into to our new apartment she has been nothing but kind and genuine. I have emailed her more times than I care to admit and also called her regularly. We will be living with another adult who prefers to do everything the very last minute. I am beyond blessed to have the ever patient, Lauren as my go-to person!We have not officially moved in as of this date, but going through a stressful process with someone so calm and collected like Lauren- we are nothing but excited.Thank you Sky Property Management for putting this lady in charge of our new home! After raising my concerns about the availability of parking for those of us who live downtown, our property coordinator listened and found a resolution. This was a glaring issue for myself and other residents on State Street; however, SKY Property showed concern and resolve. I no longer have any complaints with The Vue, it is an elegantly designed, modernized apartment with plenty of space and an attentive management team to go with it!

I’m very disappointed. My daughter move out and left her apartment in perfect conditions. They charged her $75 for carpet shampoo 😡. I live in the same floor and I saw all the carpet on the porch and them in the garbage container.They installed new flooring (wood). So why they charged her for something that went to the garbage??I sent all pictures to my daughter because is very unfair. She always complained and that’s why she moved because there was a leak in the ceiling near the front door. Obviously after she move out they fixed. But please how can you charged her for the carpet that doesn’t exist??You have to charged people who left apartments in nasty conditions. When I moved in I clean my apartment it was filthy. And I wrote it down in the inspection sheet.Sorry but yesterday when my daughter received that last inspection copy I were upset.

Would never recommend this company to anyone.Shortly after moving in they performed a filter change and smoke alarm test. I walked in while the maintenance person was in my pantry.Several months later I received a notice that the smoke detectors in my unit were not working properly and they would be sending someone out to fix them and that I would have to pay for it. So not only did they have my family living in a unit without working smoke detectors they were now going to try and charge me to fix the problem.It is nice that you can have a dog, but just be ready for the relentless notices to clean up after your dog that are filled with threats of fine or eviction if you don’t. Walking the neighborhood explains why they had to send out reminders to clean up after your dog but the constant threats just get old since apparently the people who need to read them don’t bother.If they do not like the look of your patio furniture they will force you to get rid of it. I was forced to get rid of an infant swing because they said it was a fire hazard. When questioned they changed the story and said it was to close to the edge of the patio. When I offered to move away from the edge of the patio they told me it didn’t matter and that I needed to get rid of it or be fined / evicted.Upon moving out they didn’t bother to show up for the scheduled move out inspection and then withheld part of our deposit without explanation. After numerous attempts to get an explanation I was told I still owed them rent and that was what was being withheld. Turns out they have already rented the unit to someone else and are also charging him rent at the same time as me for the same unit. They claim this is legal, but it sure is unethical.

I was interested in a property they rent out, and went to the office multiple times, and no one was there, the door was locked, so I had to wait.I tell them I am extremely interested, and put in an application and pay the application fee the same day. The entire time the lady keeps saying I may not get the property, its first come first serve, but I simply didnt have the money for the deposit Thursday, but I get paid Friday.They tell me my application is processed and everything looks good Thursday.Then Friday afternoon, the very next day, they email me and tell me the property was rented, and then still continued to process my application and take my money from my account for the application fee after the fact.

I didnt end up renting with Sky, but I did view some of their apartments off of Lovers Lane. (I moved away, which is why I didnt rent anything). The receptionist was extremely helpful and showed me a few different apartment options. All of the places looked really nice, and seemed like a good value. Reading other reviews, Im seeing some upset over application fees and security deposits. This is pretty standard practice in every place that Ive lived. (In fact, I had to pay a $50 app fee + $1,200 security deposit for my current place). The app fee usually covers the credit check, which has to be done on every applicant - gotta make sure that youll pay rent!. The security deposit is a necessary expense for an apartment lease. The company would be stupid to NOT charge a deposit.Overall, it seemed like a great little community with several nice properties. The pool looked really fun, too!

I have dealt with Sky Property Management as a vendor and now as a tenant. Owning a cleaning company we see a lot of properties and there is a reason I choose to live at a Sky Management property. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Maintenance is fast and friendly. I recommend Sky to all my employees and friends.

Great homes, helpful staff. We moved into a town home last year from another place in BG and couldnt be happier with our choice. Its night and day difference in the quality of the apartment and the help from the staff. The value for what you get is fantastic compared to other places. Highly recommended!

So I moved into a sky property management apartment and my landlord Cassidy is the BOMB!!! I am down town in a beautiful apartment. She answered all my questions and within a timely limit. She helped me get set up with wifi and get set up with utilities. In my apartment building, everyone is extremely nice. One gentleman even helped me move in!! I am so thankful for Sky, and I encourage everyone to get online and look at vacancies!! Sky Property has really helped me get moved in. Within initial contact and moving in, was a total of 2 and a half weeks!! I am so thankful! Check them out!!

My overall experience with Sky has been pretty great!! There were a few minor things when my roommate and I moved into our Townhome in Traditions, but that’s what the move-in condition form is for! The things we noted on the form were fixed the same day we moved in and everything has been perfect ever since!! I’m a person with random (sometimes ridiculous) questions, that Kayla and Kelsey have had no problem answering. Anytime we need anything they always respond either minutes later or no less than an hour after. I love it and here and my roommate and I plan to be here for years! Thanks for all you guys do!!

Grande Haven Villas has no amenities included in the high rent cost, only a grill and picnic table. It took about 2 weeks between viewing and finally getting approved to move in. Maintenance would always nosey around your unit, they came for filter changes about once a month. I tried to make a point to be home for them. The other tenants were never respectful enough to pick up after themselves, leaving the parking lots and surrounding area trashed. The only reason we chose this apartment is because they allowed larger dogs, but the pet rent/fees is ridiculous, an additional pet shouldnt require ANOTHER deposit on top of additional pet rent. Move out inspection was rescheduled last minute by management, even after it had been scheduled months in advance, which was inconvenient to leave work for. Definitely look into the many other apartment buildings in Bowling Green before having to decide on this one.

LOVE these apartments. Im currently in school at U.K. But plan on moving back to BG and renting from Sky Property. I have toured many of their apartments and had a great experience with their staff. Theyre all super helpful and nice. I currently have a few friends renting there and they seem very satisfied.

We lived at Pine Groves Apartments. When we first moved in, there was a lot of drywall dust, and even though it was a new build, the paint and stairs had some minor imperfections. But overall, our townhome was amazing! And our energy bill was never high, our appliances were awesome, and we had plenty of space for us and our dog.We had some issues with people not picking up after their dogs, but we were never charged a mass fine or anything. They were more than fair with us. The major thing I want to add is the move-out process. They are VERY strict on that, which is understandable, but your idea of “normal wear and tear” is probably different than theirs, but other than that if you are super clean and nit picky when you move out, you shouldn’t have any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I have to a few friends!

My previous employers were a bit difficult to deal with, but Mr. Canada stayed patient and worked with me as best he could. Dont rent from them unless you plan on completely redoing your entire unit before you move out. They did not clean or paint before I moved in then charged me to do it when I moved out 3 years later, even though they were going to do it anyway. Absolute scam. 0/10 would not recommend.

The staff is inattentive and lies to residents continually. They respond very inappropriately to tenants concerns both in emails and on social media. This company needs to learn basic business etiquette.Not only do they charge exorbitant fees, theyll also do anything they can to stiff their residents. I was emailed from SKY saying that my pet was off a leash and walking through the breezeway unattended. On that date, I was actually on another vacation in Denver Colorado. The property management insinuated that I was to blame and told me they would charge me $50 and possible eviction if my pet was off a leash again. Again? She wasnt ever off the leash the first time. So, I finally had to submit my plane tickets to show that I was actually telling the truth and no one was at my residence. Apparently the other tenant was then talked to because my unit number had been given to them as the issue. At this point, I gave 30-days notice on my month-to-month lease and Im gone. Enough is enough.Read the reviews on this site before renting from them. Youll see a lot of similarities. Two words: Money hungry.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I rented from them for 2 years at Jennings Creek. During this time, one person would tell you one thing, and then they would come back and say they never said that (even if you had written proof). They have terrible customer service! The only person there is competent and helpful is Rachel! Also, after SKY bought Jennings Creek, the mantiance of the place went downhill! If you are looking for a property management to rent from, I would steer clear from here and go to Chandler!

Listen up people!... I mean REALLY listen!!!Do NOT under ANY circumstances rent a property from SKY Property Management. EVER! DONT DO IT!! SERIOUSLY... YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE!!!Youre much better off going with a private landlord or just a different property management company all together. These people will squeeze every penny they can out of you with ridiculous fees, and call you a liar to your face. Need an example??While I was a resident at Jennings Creek, they began charging all tenants in the complex a $20 trash fine every month on top of their rent, because there were people leaving their trash around the dumpsters instead of throwing their bags inside the dumpster. While this was same thing as a police officer giving someone a speeding ticket because someone else was speeding, they did it anyway. Further more, I personally addressed the situation to the property manager in person, that me and my family were not leaving our trash outside the dumpsters and never have for the 3 years we have lived there and therefore should not be charged the fine. Her reply was, and I quote, Well, we cant know that. Which is the polictical way to call someone a liar to their face. I was genuinely floored by her response. I had never met someone so blatantly greedy, pretentious, and self-entitled in all my life. Need more examples? Just read some of the other reviews.But on a side note, if youre ever just half a month late (not even a full month) on your rent, they will serve you with eviction papers and a court date. Even if you tell them you will be a little late in advance, it doesnt matter. Even if you pay your rent on the 8th day of being late, the court date has been set, therefore you will owe court fees regardless. If youre going to be more than a month late, pack your stuff... for they will not work with you. They will however give you 7 days (not 30) to move out. Im shocked they are still in business managing their properties and treating people the way they do. We are just numbers and a paycheck to them, not people. They do not care that sometimes due to whatever legitimate reason, people might have a bad financial month or two and need to be worked with. Its down right immoral and they should be ashamed. Having too many properties is the worst excuse Ive ever heard for not working with tenants, which is what I was also told by the property manager, Cassie Nuissart.

The worst company forever. Be careful when you will leave your apartment in the winter or summer. Because they are stolen your stuff. When you go to the office they kick you out and tell you go to the police. I dont like any of the ladies in the office. Someone stole my 65in Tv, my IPhone and some of my other stuff.

Let me start. First we spent long three days cleaning our apartment up with four people and we still got charged for $1200 for cleaning and replacement thank god for that $300 deposit. Weve had multiple issues with our AC condenser leaking water which caused it to leak into the carpets, water damaged caused from upstairs, and we were still charged to pay. Not only did we have to pay, they didnt give us a notice of paying. They went straight to an attorneys office and sent us a threatening lawsuit. They have awful service and lie to your face just to make more money. Glad that my roommates and I payed them off and that we switched over to Homestead management. (Notice how Ive included a lot of pay-ing)

Resident at jennings creek apartmentsLONG STORY SHORT:management will try to squeeze every last cent out of you. if you dont mind being symbolically violated with a broomstick made of exorbitant fees and incompetence, then this place will be perfect for you.LONG STORY:1.) they charge $20 to every tenant if ever the dumpster area is dirty. residents do their part to clean but the apartment complex isnt a gated community, so people from surrounding areas (like the trailor park) come and dump their trash and make a mess. the residents get blamed and are charged the fee every month.2.) the pool area isnt properly secured or monitored, so people from surrounding areas (like the trailor park) come and use the facilities. maybe theyre nude, maybe theyre in their underwear? who can say?3.) there are no security cameras. my car got broken into spring 2017 and there wasnt any security cameras that could have recorded the crime.4.) i got charged a $200 pet cleaning fee when I got a dog, but when it came time to move out, they charged a $150 carpet cleaning from my securitydeposit. the pet fee mysteriously vanished5.) I saved the best for last. the weekend before I was set to move out of my apartment, i spent hours cleaning the windows, wiping surfaces, steam cleaning the carpets, removing all the nails from the walls, everything. management comes by for an inspection next day and slaps me with a $600 bill: $250 to repaint the walls, $150 to clean the carpets, $100 for general cleaning, $1 for every nail hole, and #5 for lightbulbs that needed replacing.what was even the point of me cleaning at all if they were just going to charge me anyways? i could have just thrown a party the last day and gotten management to clean it for me.the best part is how not but three days after i get billed, i get a letter in the mail threating legal action if i didnt pay up. i was still reeling from getting robbed and management decides that its going to give me attitude as well. i was always going to pay because the $600 wasnt much compared to some of the other cleaning fees that other residents were charged; but at least give me some time to recuperate after violating me, before you violate me again.

They have done this twice to members of my family in the past month. This is ridiculous. Im beginning to think they dont even do property management, rather their only goal is to take your money and give nothing but sorry in return.

They really dont deserve not even one start their property is way over priced conditions are awfull place is falling apart and always been horrible neighbors are horrible to way to much noice and they dont want go do nohing just careless now when im trying to move out i have 3 months till my lease expires i bought a house and they dont let me sublease my place for rest 3 months left they are trying to charge me around 1900$ to leave early which im probably gonna have to pay if i want to leave next month dont know what to do worst menagment ever and biggest scammers all they care is money wouldnt reccomend to nobody my biggest mistake i made in my life please stay away from Sky Property Menagment
