My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Gunbarrel Center. The entire staff is so nice, welcoming and quick to respond to emails and work orders. We moved from NY during the pandemic and they were so helpful in every way, making the process seamless. They also offer great events for residents (free plants on Earth Day, Bagel Friday, and free mini Farmers Market). They worked with us when we needed to move to a different unit and we absolutely love the location - close to so many trails, walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. We love it here, thanks Gunbarrel fam!

Gunbarrel Center is the best place to live in Boulder! Its clean, safe, and walking distance from great restaurants. I can walk my dog on beautiful hiking trails right out my front door. The leasing agents are so kind!

Were still nothing but pleased with our resident experience at Gunbarrel. Abigail called a few days ago just to see how we were and if we had any needed repairs. As it turned out we had been in need of two replacement light bulbs and kept forgetting to do a work order. The bulbs were taken care of right away! Great neighborhood 😁

My fiancé and I walked in without an appointment and were helped immediately. We were in a big hurry to find a new place as our previous apartment in Denver became unsafe and within 8 hours we toured, applied, and were approved! The staff were incredibly helpful and personable. They made the experience so breezy and it really felt like they were and continue to be in our corner. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL. I seriously couldn’t ask for anything better.

The staff is world class. They will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. A big thanks to Michelle & Mike & the whole staff. You guys are AWESOME!!!

We have concerns that go unanswered. Weve email and called regarding mold, trash and other issues in common spaces. They dont respond.

We love this place, it’s one of the nicest places we’ve lived. Although I had seen the model apartment, we signed a lease without seeing our actual apartment since we lived out of state. I was worried it would smell funny or there would be weird noises, but it’s perfect. The leasing office has been really helpful all along the way. The best part is that we can walk to so much - trails, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Love it!

My husband and I wanted to tour the apartment, but we weren’t really welcomed. We would greatly appreciated if anyone that works at the front desk id happy to see the potential tenants. The place looked great, so we were really disappointed.

The location is very convenient, right next to a shopping center and to the diagonal highway.The interior is new and comfortable. We have a high-ceiling unit with lots of windows and sun light.The amenities are also great. We have free coffee, sparkling water, and snooker. The community room is a super nice place to meet with people and work.

The apartments are modern, beautiful, and functional. The location is also excellent: many of the perks of city life without the downsides, e.g., restaurants and groceries in walking distance but no trash on the ground. The fitness center is excellent. The views of the mountains are amazing.

If you are thinking of renting in Boulder/Gunbarrel, please consider this place first. Ask for Mariah - she has been great about answering all of my questions and sending over additional pictures/videos of the unit.

The people who run this apartment are AMAZING! I enjoyed every interaction from the maintenance staff all the way to the managers. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. On top of that, the apartments are super nice! The only reason I moved was because I found a house to live in. I would recommend anyone I know to go live here!

These apartments are amazing! Theyre huge and spacious, with lots of light. Theyre also brand new, and built to really high standards, so there arent any worries about the previous tenants or about build quality, like we saw in a lot of other complexes we looked at. The sound-dampening is phenomenal, theres in-unit washers and dryers, the appliances are top notch, the closets are huge, and the balconies are wonderful. Theres also tons of stores and places within walking distance, including a massage school, acupuncture school, 24-hour grocery store, chiropractors, dentists, doctors offices, and more than I can really list here.But the best part about it is the owners and staff. The owners are committed to having happy residents and retaining them, so they invest in the complex and like to do everything they can to create the best environment for the people who live there. The management company is literally the best. Theyll handle just about everything for you, AND insist you take snacks whenever you stop by. We know everyone in the office by name, and they know us. The maintenance staff normally has everything fixed by the end of the day, and is always courteous.In short, you should live here, I do, and Im never leaving.

Having a hard time finding anyone via email / site. Does anyone have a contact for them? We are thinking about renting as we relocate from the East but wasn’t sure if this would be a good fit for kids and curious to what public schools they would use.

We really enjoy living at Gunbarrel Center Apartments. The location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful. Having a garage in Boulder is pretty exceptional.

I moved out in April this year, and ever since I felt like I should have written a ‘thank you’ review but never got to it. We moved out because we moved to Florida, otherwise I’m sure my husband and I would have extended our lease.When we got the keys to our apartment, it was super clean and the appliances were top notch! We also never had any problems with neighbors, everyone was very friendly and respectful. We also loved the community amenities, it was such a luxury knowing we could get fresh coffee or any drink downstairs. The gym had great equipment and was always sparkling clean.What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding customer service. If we had any issue at all, staff would immediately take care of it (I especially remember Michelle to be a rockstar). Any maintenance request was resolved within a day - a service I truly miss from our current apartment community.I can highly recommend anyone to rent from Gunbarrel Center!

Ashlyn, whom I spoke with on the phone & who showed us around, was very hospitable and friendly! She showed us a gorgeous AND affordable apartment with lots of natural light and modern amenities/ space. We absolutely loved the place, but ended up buying a house instead because of my sons extra heavy fish tanks. However, if you are apartment shopping - this is the place! Love living here - only 10min from downtown Boulder but still far enough away to have a quieter neighborhood. So close to the surrounding mountains and trails!

Incredibly rude leasing office. Apparently Im doing something incredibly wrong because the woman at the front desk immediately started ignoring me after looking me up and down. When I asked to tour an apartment she just pointed at a sign saying that I needed an ID. At this point if the lady is too special to even say hi to me while having a side conversation with her coworker Id rather live somewhere else.

We have loved living here! The apartments are open with great living spaces and I can not say enough about the office staff. From the beginning of our Gunbarrel experience the staff has been nothing but respectful, caring, friendly, and always accommodating. They know us by name each time we see them and are so great with showing attention to my kids too! If we have ever needed a maintenance request they have come quickly and resolved any small issue we may have. I wish we could stay here longer, only moving due to out of state relocation. This has by far been our most pleasant apartment living experience and I could not recommend them more!

I could not have asked for a better experience here! I love my home, the clubhouse area, and the amazing staff! Everything is so relaxing and easygoing around here. The staff is so incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I am a busy doctoral student and the staff is always there to offer up words of encouragement and wish me luck on exams. Everything I expect from a great apartment I get here: painless online rent payments, speedy maintenance, and quiet apartments. Aside from the things I expected, I got so much more that I wasnt: a great place to host guests, golfing whenever I want, and friendly faces to have morning coffee with!This place is more than an apartment, its a home!

Working with the GC staff has been a great experience. They are responsive, supportive, and friendly. The community is clean and always active with gardens, events etc. Food, coffee shops and the grocery store across the street make walking everywhere easy. They took very good care of me and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Nice apartment, but they are extremely unclear with the extra fees attached to living in this community. I am paying nearly $100 extra a month due to various fees that are not fixed per month and depend on amount of people living in the complex.

Great pre and post move in experience. We are only here for a short time but the staff are great, location is ideal and the amenities fantastic. The team have been very helpful, kind and attentive to detail. We only had a few minor issues, the unit is new and they were resolved within minutes of mentioning them.Other residents are considerate and friendly. Nothing bad to say, happy to call this our temporary home!

Since I am new not only to Boulder but to this country I wanted a space which feels like home.Gunbarrel is all sort of cozy and welcoming.I loved the entire community at first sight.Beautiful lounge area,cafeterias and restaurants completes this space.I love my 1 bhk apt with the wooden floorings and the huge glass windows.

Were so excited for Protos to join our little community. Everything needed is in such a close proximity, except a pool, but really, I dont spend that much time swimming when a possible is offered. :) It may not be MY home, but I love the area. Staff is great too!

If you want any peace, dont move here. You hear every little movement your neighbor makes. When asking for help with the noisy neighbors, the management does nothing except say call the police. They are very accommodating until you have a problem, then they cant help you. Way overpriced for the quality of the building. I would not recommend moving here.

I really enjoy living at Gunbarrel Center! The staff is very nice and problems are always taken care of right away. The walls are thin and I can always hear my above neighbors stomping and going up and down the stairs, but no complaints otherwise. I have grown to love hearing the King Soopers deliveries as I live right behind the store. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Longmont, etc. I do wish there more amenities. Apts are a bit pricey, so I will eventually be looking elsewhere for a 2 bedroom, but for the past 2 years I have been very happy!

I did not end up renting at Gunbarrel Center only because I fell in love with Olde Town Arvada and wanted to live there. I am moving from Oregon to Colorado and during my visit I toured 10 apartment complexes from Boulder to Denver. I have to say the leasing agent Ashlyn was my favorite of all the touring agents and Gunbarrel Center is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The apartment I was shown was THE FINALIST until I made a decision to live in Olde Town. If I was going to live in the Boulder area, Gunbarrel would be the place to live!

We just got 12 inches of snow and its our first big snow storm of 2017. Thank you to the Gunbarrel Center Maintenance team for getting the sidewalks cleared off today making them passable. Also thank you to Ashlyn, Carina, and Michelle in the Gunbarrel Center Leasing Office for all their help with todays brief power outage due to the winter storm.

My experience with Gunbarrel Center has been nothing but excellent. Not only are the apartments beautifully designed and well built, but the Gunbarrel Center staff is awesome. The work/maintenance crew always responds quickly to any requests and keeps you updated with the work and and when the work orders are completed. The ladies in the leasing office are always very helpful. Whether it be lost packages or questions with the complex, they have always helped me out. Especially the manager Michelle, shes great. She made the leasing process so easy when we signed and is really willing to work with the tenants, which makes all the difference. Not to mention the Complexs great location, steps from King Soopers and local breweries, and close enough to Diagonal that its less than a ten minute drive to Boulder. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Boulder/Gunbarrel area!

Finally a place where I feel Im getting what Im paying for.2 years at my previous residence they never remembered my name or unit number even on move out day. Here Ive been greeted by name on every encounter.Positives:- Developing area, everything you need is nearby without driving from grocery/restaurants to doctors, office/doggie daycare.- Easy access to i-25, hwy 287, hwy 119, and hwy 36. Depending on time of day you can cut through traffic unlike Central Boulder which becomes a parking lot after 2pm.- Garage parking / charging stations for electric cars.- Well insulated. Especially the windows. Have yet to hear my neighbors.- Secured building.- Deliveries like Fedex/UPS deliver to your door.- Full view of the mountains.- Well lit sidewalks at night and quiet.- Neighbors/staff personable.- All appliances are the same brand and stainless steel.- Outdoor gas grills.- Fiber internet / 1gb speeds available with CenturyLink.- Power outlets everywhere.- Multiple entry points to stairs/elevator.Things that could be better:- More dog friendly, or at least a designated dog area/dog run. (The perfect area would be the open space south of the complex)Theres some retail space on the main street where the leasing office is. Cant wait to see what happens, hoping for a coffee shop/cafe of some sort.Overall this place is awesome. Hopefully GC is home for the next few years as most of Boulder has become too expensive for single professionals that want a modern/efficient living space.
