I have been waiting for my car to get picked up from the highway and called Victoria Towing company, once I called I was told my car would be picked up in one hour and unfortunately I waited four hours and no one came to pick me up from the highway. I recommend NOT to use this place they are not reliable at all. Terrible place.

This is very horrible company. She said she will be there in 1hr to 1.30 but she never showed up. I waited her for 5 hours and for the last 30 minutes she started not answering the phone calls.

I was hit by this tow truck company back in December. The driver, Carlos Ortiz and his partner Carmen Cortez, admittedly ran a red light rushing to take their dog to the hospital. The driver in the other vehicle was knocked unconscious for about 10 minutes, bursting all the windows in this mans back windows; that essentially saved my life. This man is still towing cars, driving. And their insurance company and the drivers have had no accountability in the matter. Please be aware of this tow truck company while on the road. Make sure that your numbers and invoices are coming out correct, and that you are holding them accountable for their driving!

Tried to use them but they are not reliable, dont work 24 hours a day, all you will get will be excuses why they will not come help you.

Waste of time..wont get your vehicle towed..gives excuses..not professional..dispatcher and driver work on two different times
