My road side assistance guy was quick and extremely professional! The driver had a great attitude about him. My garage had a low clearance but the truck was able to get in and get my car out. Good job. I will definitely use this company again.

Nobody was being reasonable; I was tempted to break my own window because I feel like it would be cheaper than the prices I was getting. Finally I called GEM Towing & Roadside Assistance and got what I thought was a very fair price. They dispatched a technician who was supposed to be at my location in 25 minutes. I made sure I timed them because im one of those types of people lol. He was here in 23 minutes. Not only was that he able to get me my keys before my groceries when stale. Great experience with this company 5 stars.

They said the eta would be 50 mins and it took even more than 180 mins to come, even the location from My car to the company just 5 mins away. The cancellation fee is 89 even if they can not keep their promise. This phone number is master road service company, the middle man, they don’t have the trucks, they will send the service to local company. Don’t do business with them. If you google for towing, find the local companies, don’t use through middle man like master road services. It’s the worst
