What would a good Towing service be? The one that when you are all bummed out because your car got towed, they are able to attend to you and return your vehicle right? Well, they got they towing trucks, they got their lot to store your car what they do not have is people to process your request to return you, your car! Instead, you gotta wait for another Car to get towed, for that truck to bring it to the lot you are located and then wait some more, and then pay them their money for their time and their effort.Good Business, what sucks is their operations and/or business model.

This place is involved in a racket with theCity of Boston to take advantage of unsuspecting/ inexperienced visitors. I tried to follow laws and even paid the meter, but still got towed for $200 because it was the 3rd Friday morning of the month (street sweeping that never actually happened). Even the traffic cop who wrote the ticket said it was wrong and should be changed.

Called to get a tow. Spoke to a woman who initially told me that the tow truck would be there in a half an hour to forty five minutes. After an hour and a half i called back wanting to know drivers ETA as I had two young kids at home an hour away. I spoke to a man who said that there was an equipment issue and it would be a couple of hours. I explained my situation and asked if I could pay over the phone and leave my keys under the seat. He took my credit card and said I was set to leave. I picked up my zip car and left to go home. Half an hour later the same guy calls me back and says yeah, I have other jobs and things to do so, Im not going to make it out there. At all. Call someone else. I called T&G and they came out in 30 minutes picked up my car and brought it to a shop. 25$ less too. I wouldnt trust Todisco with a bike. I have never in my life been so disrespected. He knew I was from out of state and that I had an emergency issue with my car. He also knew I was leaving it there with the keys inside. Trash. The lot of em. Call T&G or D&D . At least D&D was honest with me. T&G helped and discounted me. Hope this helps whoever is reading this so they dont get mislead and disrespected.

Food was pretty good, but the service was amateurish, intrusive and inattentive.

No one leaves good reviews for towing companys, lets be honest here. But these people made me wait an hour outside their facility (advertised as 24 hours service) and quoted me incorrect pricing. Had to go back home and get more money and return after waiting an hour outside for someone to arrive. My first emcounter was pleasant, In spite of the fact I had to wait 30 mins in the cold and another 30 inside a business adjacent to the lot just to stay warm.After my second arrival at their facility, I was told I would have to wait 45 mins for someone to arrive. AN HOUR after I was told 45 mins, I called for an ETA and was immediately told an hour, then they quickly re-assured me it would only take 15 mins again. Naturally I was cynical because of my first encounter. Pair that with the temps being as low as 3 degrees Fahrenheit on this particular day, I was more than impatient to get my vehicle released.I trespassed their property and entered my vehicle in order to keep myself warm just to find (to my suprise) someone showing up about 15 mins later and not an hour. He was visibly upset that I trespassed and would not acknowledge me or let me out the lot, despite me telling him my reasoning and having the funds to release my vehicle.I told him I would call the cops if he wouldnt let me out. He didnt flinch or acknowledge me. Once he saw I was in fact on the phone with a dispatcher and police arrived, its almost as if we became buddies in a matter of minutes. He accepted my payment and I was on my way.I really wanted to think these people werent scum like most towing companies. And believe me, you get to know them very well living in greater Boston. Unfortunately this was not the case today.I may have appeared to be some young, bum teenage punk rebel (that couldnt count cash according to their tow truck driver once I handed him my money and walked towards my vehicle), but your company is sadly mistaken this time. Your tow truck driver may have been swift in taking the padlock off the gate when he noticed I was on the phone with 9-1-1 so he could play the victim once the police arrived. And that he did, but I have this day well documented and this is not over.

Had my car towed but these guys were so awesome I didnt even mind. They called me before they towed by a number they found on a hotel tag in the mirror of my car. They told me if they had the keys they would just move it for me. Unheard of! I told them to just tow it because I couldnt get back/the keys in time. They met me after-hours ( no charge). I ended up leaving my car outside of the tow shop because I was in a rush - came back the next morning (Saturday) and found my battery dead (left a light on). The owner/manager had a truck come out and give me a jump ( no charge and with a smile). Best tow company ever!

Unbelievably poor service. I had my car towed due to street cleaning. When I called, they said someone would be there until 8pm. I showed up at 7:20pm, and when I called to have them unlock the date they said unfortunately, our employee left for the day and it will be at least a 30 minute wait. I sat on the street corner in the cold for 35 minutes waiting for the guy to show up who was supposed to be there. Who runs a business like that?And for those wondering price to get your car out of the lot, its $144.40 (because they dont publish that on their website).I hope this place gets shut down in the next 6 months and theyre out on the street like I was. 0/10 wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

If I can choose, i will not give any star. I called before I coming. When I arrived, they said the staff will coming about 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes wait, I call them, they said they need another 20 minutes.

Being towed is never a fun experience, however the staff there were professional and despite being towed, I had a positive experience with them.
