Needed a tow from a tricky spot in terrible traffic. They arrived quickly and had us out and to the service station in less than 20 minutes! We so appreciate the towers help, efficiency, and kindness in our stressful situation.

Is it weird to leave a positive review after you get your car towed for street cleaning? Maybe. But I just have to say that the woman and man who I spoke with in the office were really kind and made me laugh--something you dont really expect to be doing as you pay your towing fees. I dont hope to ever see them again in that situation, but if they start doing standup comedy in Boston, Ill open my wallet back up. (Also, my car looked fine and had no issues driving afterward, so it appears it was towed with care. Thanks for that!)

Horrible customer service and communication. My car was wrongfully parked and towed by Todisco to the Roxbury location on Thursday. Because of work restraints, I was unable to pickup my car until Saturday. I called at 12:15 on Saturday and set up a meeting time of 3 pm at the Roxbury towing lot. I had no issues with Todisco at this point. As instructed, I called when I was on my way to the tow lot. However, when I showed up at the towing lot, no one was there. I then called Todisco again, who said someone would be there in a few minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I called again and was instructed someone would be there in a few minutes. When I asked for an ETA, the dispatcher was rude and couldn’t provide one given traffic. I then waited 10 more minutes until someone finally arrived, 20 minutes after our initial meeting time. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They were nice enough, but I can never support the way they work together with the Boston City Parking Department to fleece unsuspecting people. Very dishonest and very deceptive.

THANK YOU MITCHELL! Amazing, fast, and professional service. Hit a huge pothole on Storrow Drive and completely wrecked the front tire. Massachusetts State Troopers sent out Todisco and they were at my car in 10 minutes. Mitchell was so kind and informed us of every step of the process. He knew the closest and most convenient tire repair shop to our home. While flat tires are never fun, Mitchell made the experience so much easier. We were also able to pay with card right in the truck, making it much more convenient.

Very professional from office staff to tow staff. Whenever I need the job done right I count on Todisco Towing to make it happen, whether its my own vehicle or the equipment I need moved at, to and from the airport.

I was so mad that they told me my car was at the East Boston location when it was actually at the Roxbury location.The car towing fees are steep, but I thought Id put them here since I couldnt find them online: Tow fee - $108, Fuel surcharge - $1.30, Storage (non-consensual) - $35. My car was towed for street sweeping at 10:05 a.m. and I picked it up at 12:31 p.m.

The man at the desk was very nice, in a very stressful situation for me. And one of the drivers helped me get my sons handicap equipment out that I couldnt get out, very nice guy.

Parked on a street with several other cars there for 30 min during street cleaning, the closest sign saying street cleaning was over two blocks away. They only towed my car because the other cars were too big to be towed. I literally beat the tow truck back to the office and they still charged me over $150. Probably wouldnt still be a functioning business if they had any sort of sympathy for others.

My son went to go food shopping at shaws market.He parked in parking lot. Had to get money came back 5 minutes later. He had noticed a tow truck parked in the lot as well. As I stated 5 minutes. His truck had been towed ! That’s the oldest scam, the driver gets money for every tow. So F Tedesco . Telling all my local 25 sisters and brothers in the area never to use them!!! After reading reviews, that’s the only way they make money! Plain and simple the suck!

On 1/22/21 Todisco Towing towed my vehicle. Upon arrival at the tow yard minor new damage to the rear cover was discovered and immediately reported to the tow yard and a claim was filed before leaving the yard. On 2/5/21 an estimate and pictures were submitted via email to employee Matthew Mazzarella as directed by the company. Although he indicated, a few times, he would like to inspect the vehicle which I agreed too, no one has been in contact with me to arrange an actual date or time. Although Mr. Mazzarella has responded to some of my emails he has ignored my repeated requests made via email and phone to discuss this over the phone. Although he indicated in a 2/8/21 email he should be able to make a decision soon, he has not provided one. Although I have requested the insurance company info multiple times, he has ignored the request, and none has been provided. Before filing this review, I completed the Make It Right option last week but there has no response except the initial acknowledgement which appeared to be sent automatically. I highly question if this is a legitimate, upstanding business when they refuse to return calls and refuse repeated requests for their insurance company info. It has been over six weeks since they damaged my vehicle and I am no further along getting this resolved then day one because their lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for their actions.

Driver thought he had the privilege to drive 80 miles an hour on 128 north as a tow truck with his lights flashing for no apparent reason.

Weve used them countless times for towing and whenever one of our techs locks the keys in the car. theyre punctual and careful with our customers vehicles. We may have had an issue with damage once or twice but we always get to the bottom of it and sort it out and thats why we continue using them

Left keys in the ignition. they came within 20 minutes and had the door open in less than a minute. outstanding! cost$ 75 bucks👋🍺🍸🚗

They over charged you in different ways, in my case they charged me $108 for towing, $3.60 for milage, $35 per day for the time the car is in their yard and also those MF charge you $36.89 for a certified letter that I received when I already have my car.

Ive had my car towed there twice, and while having a car towed for any reason is not a happy experience, the staff at Todisco could not have been better.The first time my car was towed by Todisco Towing, the tow truck driver went out of his way to give me a ride home before delivering my car to their tow lot for me to get out later on.This last time (and the previous time) I had my car towed, the staff at the front desk of Todisco Towing was really great.Again, having your car towed sucks, but the staff at Todisco Towing are all really great, so if your car is towed, if its by them, youll be treated well (and so will your car).

Mismanaged. They had towed my recked car during the weekend. They said I was not able to get it during the weekend but will will get fee for the amount that it stays at the towing yard. And added extra charges to it.They are trash. 100%

This company is one of the worse in the business. They charged over $400 for a tow from E Boston to Lynn. They take advantage of their connection with the State Police. When they couldn’t explain the over charge of $200, I requested to speak with the person in charge. They said the owner would call me back, weeks have passed.....I’m still waiting.

Kevin was absolutely phenomenal and helped me out of a tough car situation on Friday night and enabled me to get home to Pennsylvania! He is one of a kind and I’m grateful. He should be recognized!

They overcharged me for a tow. Charged me for a window covering and my window was not damaged, and the women who run the front desk are unprofessional and rude.

Wonderful experience because of David Agosto of Todisco Towing, I truly appreciate his help. He saved the day for me. He even knew what was wrong with my car, which was actually a self-fix, and he saved me a lot of money and a lot of time by ultimately not having to leave my car at the auto shop. David knows a lot about cars and is a great guy.

Obviously getting a car towed is no fun. Despite the event, the admin staff were friendly and efficient in processing payment. The lot from which you obtain your car can be a bit of an adventure if your car is trapped behind others. The staff are able to shuffle cars around if this is the case. No damage was done to my car during towing.

I was attempting to exit a parking lot as a gentleman in a Todisco tow truck entered blocking me in and refused to back up at all to let me out. He was extremely rude. I never leave reviews but this gentleman and his company were beyond rude. I recommend never using them!!

I got a flat..they said they would be there in an hour...but it was two...when he came he put the donut on..I drive down the street and I hear this loud noise and the car started running hard..I pull over to inspect the tire and if I was dragging something under the car. Nope..come to find out he didn’t screw the bolts back on tight..so the wheel was wobbling and about to fall off...beware of these drivers that they find anywhere with no safety in mind...

I gladly paid whats owed, but when they towed my car the lost the license plate and created damage to the front of my car. The person working there was denying everything, and basically tell me what you gonna do about it. I will show them what Im gonna do about it. You cant damage someone else property and be fine with it.

Theyve helped me transporting a lowered, tuned car without issues.

At first I had no choice but to use this company but ended up with the most kind and light hearted tow truck driver. Had a horrible day and he was able to make my experience quick and easy. They are very fast if you are in a pinch in the Boston Area. Kudos to my tow truck driver who picked me up on Storrow yesterday after lunch - he should get a raise or free lunch!

I was going out of town and made sure to park on the right side since it was street sweep day but I totally put it on the wrong side. Completely my fault. Got home at 9pm and called and the guy on the phone told me they had it and I could pick up at any time and what I needed to do so and that it would be $144. Went in the next morning on my way to work and they said it was $177. She said it added antother day at 9:31...it was 9:56. The man on the phone failed to mention that when I asked him for the info I needed. Although I’ve never had a car towed before I know they charged more but it would be good to get all of the information. It’s bad business to hope to swindle people just because you can. This was an accident and an unexpected expense and had I known, I obviously would have shown up 25 minutes earlier. Shame on them!!!

I havent had to use a tow service for many years and Todisco was recommended for a recent issue. I had a wonderful experience, I dealt with John in the office who was so helpful and accommodating. I wish Id have gotten the name of the driver because he was awesome! I would highly recommend using this company.

I work for a local municipality and have had the pleasure of dealing with the drivers and the owner. They were prompted, quick and efficient. They worked well with police and fire departments on scene.

Service was fine, truck came within 45 minutes even though they were having an especially busy day. Prices were standard for the area. Driver was friendly and helpful. I dont know what more you could ask for from a towing company.

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I mean that honestly. The older gentleman at the front desk was horribly rude and insulting the minute I walked in for no reason. I understand we all have good days and bad days, but people dont deserve to be treated with such disrespect, especially when it is not prompted in any way, especially when youre acting as the face of business.

They drain you for all your money they leave your key in the car so your car is dead !! So that you have to pay an extra fee to have your tow come in and pick it up they lied to me and told me that they could not tow my car to my house but they really dident do it because it’s a cheaper way

Broke down in chelsea .07 miles from their shop. They told me 60-90 minutes. No problem. 2 hours go by (120 minutes) I call them they tell me they dont have an eta they will make sure the driver didnt forget. Keep in mind its 6° out coldest day of year. Finally 3 hours go by and I cancel. And they were chargin 400$! Thank god I canceled got a AAA membership for 150$ and they came within 25 minutes of me signing up. Will never call this place again. Thats the problem with large companies. You dont matter.

If the state police call these guys to tow you car you will be robbed in broad daylight. Broke down Saturday on the the pike, state trooper called these guys. 18 miles of towing = $ 272 after I was told it’s $6 dollar per mile + $108 and nothing you can do about it. I will contact the state police because my towing company was on the way but they insist on callin Todisco and I wonder way?

Seems like a very irresponsible company.Today I watched one of their trucks trying to force there way through traffic including red lights using an ambulance siren!Suffering from illusions of grandeur ?Tow trucks are not supposed to use police or ambulance sirens, know your place.

Yesterday, Wednesday June 12th, was driving a limo at the airport, I was stopped for a randomly DOT inspection, the police officer found out that my driver license was suspended, he called this towing company to tow my Limousine and he took me under custody, after two hours I billed myself out and contacted The RMV to tell them that I had already paid the ticket and I have Proof that I paid the ticket (They cashed the check). However when I went to get my car back I asked the front desk why the bill is so high about $500 in two hours and less then two miles the clerk answer was “don’t get arrested and complain about the price “ that’s his answer I was upset I told him it’s not your business I’m asking about the price getting arrested was a mistake and I will fix it tomorrow, it was the worst service everIn my life .

Driving like lunatics on Alewife Brook Pkwy in Somerville during the 12/2 snow emergency. Cut someone off right in front of me almost causing an accident. Have the video! Also shows them towing an AWD vehicle with the rear wheels on the ground.

The gentleman at the front counter was extremely nice and talkative, no complaints with him. But i am very upset with the quality of treatment they performed on the vehicle. The car was dragged by the rim causing the inner tie rod to bend and making the car unsafe and undrivable. Iv sent emails asking for the process to take to file a claim and i have not recieved any messages back. The carelessness of the tow truck driver now caused me to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs and labor. The vehicle was towed because the owner had to be sent to the hospital for a medical emergency and the car could not remain parked where it was. A very avoidable situation, simply caused by lack of care for others property and laziness.

2/2 on very poor experiences with this company.1) They lost my car, yes lost. My car was towed and the information was passed along from the police who wrote the ticket however Todisco failed to properly log receipt into the their system. I called them and later when I had to report my car stolen, the police called them and they still said they didnt have it. Luckily the officer who wrote the ticket later directed me to them and told be to go there in person.2) On a different occasion two years earlier, I went to pick up my car and they printed their release form which states that I was able to inspect my car already and verify that theres been no damage done from the tow. Before signing, I noted this section to the woman at the desk and asked if I could inspect my car, per the agreement, before signing. She looked at me like she had no idea why I would want to see my car before signing an agreement saying I did and gave me a lot of attitude about it. Im not sure if she was surprised I actually cared about my car or didnt have 100% faith in a tow company. Either way she agreed to let me see the car with a huff and continued to act like I personally offended her when I came back in, signed the form, and thanked her for letting me look at it before signing the agreement. Not sure how me looking at the car before signing offended her personally since it didnt create more work for her but it was very poor service to say the least.

Car damage by towing. this was confirmed by my dealer where I had my car repaired. filed a complaint. Tedisco said i need to submit it personally, which I did. Called multiple times. They kept on saying that their manager is not there and that they will call me back. I left my number every time but still no response. I have submitted my complaint last September. Called multiple times up until November but still no response. I would appreciate any response.

Woman who answers the phone is absolutely unfit for a customer service position. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me and now will not answer my calls. Not a good representation of your company.

I do a lot of business with Todiscos Towing great bunch of people there always treated with respect and courteous service and very fast . I am amazed at all these other reviews of people that got towed for either parking illegally or on private property and got towed and they want to blame the Tow Truck Company. Some people just think they are entitled to certain things in life and act like the rules dont apply to them. Sorry to say but if you break the law and park illegally then you deserved to be towed.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being towed because of street cleaning, which was an expensive mistake to make for sure. The location is not the easiest to find if one hasnt been there before. Its a place that can be missed on the first try for sure. The staff is professional and takes care of business the way they are supposed to,but I cant give a 5 star rating for being towded and charged for street cleaning now can I?

Check your invoice for extra tow fees before giving them your credit card. They will charge as much as they can get away with, not what is fair. i.e. look out for a $108 internal towing fee in addition to a tow to their lot.

Many of their drivers act like other road users dont exist.

Expensive.Asked an estimate to tow a vehicle from East Boston to next town,Chelsea,Ma.,about two miles and they told me the cost would be $150.When a friend of mine needed a tow from East Boston to Bridgewater,Ma.,about 35 miles,they charged him $250.I guess its not about milege?They do all the towing for East Boston Police on Street Cleaning Days and they clean up, especially the first and second months of April and May.They have caught me a few times in 43 years of living there to the tune of $100-$140.Its a racket.

This place is extremely disappointing and bad and unprofessional they gonna try to charge the last penny possible try to avoid this place at all cost it’s not a fun experience dealing with this people.

Sad that you guys just let your drivers take your tow trucks off roading to a party in the woods. Especially a kid that nobody likes so heads up michael might get one of your trucks messed up.

I live down the street from this company and their drivers are reckless and rude. They continuously speed down condor and do not care that they are located in a residential area. I once got into an argument with a driver for driving recklessly and the driver did not care and resulted in insulting me. Horrible company.

Unfortunately I had my car towed by these guys. Tried to pick it up in the lot and suddenly my car wouldnt even start. Had to spend $300 fixing the damages. I am currently watching them tow another car and their methods are strange. Apparently trying to pull a car from the middle is a thing, and so is slamming the back of the truck into the tire of a car. These guys are extremely friendly but are horrible, horrible tow truck drivers.

No one leaves good reviews for towing companys, lets be honest here. But these people made me wait an hour outside their facility (advertised as 24 hours service) and quoted me incorrect pricing. Had to go back home and get more money and return after waiting an hour outside for someone to arrive. My first emcounter was pleasant, In spite of the fact I had to wait 30 mins in the cold and another 30 inside a business adjacent to the lot just to stay warm.After my second arrival at their facility, I was told I would have to wait 45 mins for someone to arrive. AN HOUR after I was told 45 mins, I called for an ETA and was immediately told an hour, then they quickly re-assured me it would only take 15 mins again. Naturally I was cynical because of my first encounter. Pair that with the temps being as low as 3 degrees Fahrenheit on this particular day, I was more than impatient to get my vehicle released.I trespassed their property and entered my vehicle in order to keep myself warm just to find (to my suprise) someone showing up about 15 mins later and not an hour. He was visibly upset that I trespassed and would not acknowledge me or let me out the lot, despite me telling him my reasoning and having the funds to release my vehicle.I told him I would call the cops if he wouldnt let me out. He didnt flinch or acknowledge me. Once he saw I was in fact on the phone with a dispatcher and police arrived, its almost as if we became buddies in a matter of minutes. He accepted my payment and I was on my way.I really wanted to think these people werent scum like most towing companies. And believe me, you get to know them very well living in greater Boston. Unfortunately this was not the case today.I may have appeared to be some young, bum teenage punk rebel (that couldnt count cash according to their tow truck driver once I handed him my money and walked towards my vehicle), but your company is sadly mistaken this time. Your tow truck driver may have been swift in taking the padlock off the gate when he noticed I was on the phone with 9-1-1 so he could play the victim once the police arrived. And that he did, but I have this day well documented and this is not over.

What can I say either u love a tow company or not, the reason I say such a thing is when u are in need of help or a tow they are there for u with professional services but if u know u park some were an u should beware u will get towed i.e street cleaning a home residential property stores...

One of these guys put me and my girlfriend and her two brothers in his truck when he was only suppose to put two of us in it . Gave us perfect directions to the T line and when i called over the phone from a state away telling them what time i would arrive they had everythong done, the auto shop they use is also great customer service speak to a man name alfredo.

I am a property manager for residential community in Charlestown. I constantly have neighborhood residents and visitors parking in clearly signed reserved parking spaces my residents. Regulating these spaces is difficult, and dealing with tow companies has been a challenge.After nearly an hour of wasted time calling and researching my rights and responsibilities, the guys at Todiscos took the time to speak with me and give me all the information I couldnt find. Even though I didnt have a need for them, they earned my respect and my future business.Well done!

Its nothing personal they have a bad habit of towing cars on private property if the property has a contract with them and making illegal excuses to validate the towing.

Terrible experience. Bought a car at auction that was being held in their yard. Called 4 days ahead to tell them I would be there Friday morning 8am circumstances made my arrival later then planned because of uhaul didnt have my truck and trailer ready on time. Arrived at the tow truck station and was told it would be about an hour to get my car out. Nothing was done to get the car out for 2 hours. I live 4 hours away and had no where else to go. That is acceptable let, but it then took 3 hours for them to finally get the car out and I see their driver towing my awd vehicle by the front 2 wheel. I stopped him because I was always told to never move those cars like that then he gave me an attitude and told me he was going to help me get it on the trailer but now I can just do it myself. Rude driver.
