I work in a leasing office of a property management community, we are trying to hire this service for our garage and the person on the phone Jim keeps hanging up on both my colleague and I when we ask what is the best time to call back to speak with someone about specifics. When we call back he wont answer, only if we call from different numbers. Very unprofessional, we wanted to give them business.

I called them and spoke to 2 different associates one named Jim who couldnt have been more rude and unprofessional, proceeded to lie to both me and my colleague and hung up on us. I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could help and they proceeded to yell and hang up once again. Being involved in the customer service industry i have Truly never had to deal with a more rude and unprofessional company and staff in my entire life. Would not recommend to anyone.

A wonderful, family-owned business! My dad and I just purchased a brand new car and it had some strange issue with it and needed to be towed to the dealership in Boston. Jim picked up two cars from two different locations and delivered them to my front door for a verrry reasonable price. If you need pampering or perhaps counseling services, this is not the place.

Jim has came to help me get back in my car from a lock out. Long Story short, he was tremedacely helpful; far beyond the typical customer service you would see. His commitment to help and support was beyond just unlocking my car but joined to help me look for my car key was very kind and much needed at the time of frustration and when it was late at night. I locked my keys in my car right after clocking out of work, I was very tired but Jim came through and was very helpful and unlocked my car in a matter of minutes! Cant recommend him enough!!!

I requested service from the company earlier today and took almost 2 hours for someone to be even dispatched by that time my dad was already on his way to help. I cancelled the service with them and they refunded my 75$ back. The customer service rep I spoke with was wonderful and kind during both times calls took place. They have awesome customer service skills, just Seems like they need to get people dispatched sooner and they will be an awesome company to use!

Hung up on me repeatedly, 10+ minute hold times, then told me rudely that he was “with another customer” as i sit in my car on the side of the road in Boston in 94° heat. Avoid like the plague.

My car died out at New York, so naturally I needed a tow. My friend and I Googled this company and were super impressed! His response time was killer...(5 minute wait) and it was CHEAP! $50 bucks got my car up the road, and he even reversed my car into my moms parking stall....and it aint easy to do...i mean this guy was fast, efficient, and humble!

Dont be fooled by this company. They are a middle man that calls other towing services and will charge you a premium and thats the least of their issues.I was in an accident and called for their services at 3AM and they said I could just leave the car and Ill wake up and find the car in my driveway. Well I wake up, no car to be seen. Turns out, they started calling other towing services at 7:30AM either due to forgetfulness or negligence. The towing service they hire comes to the location at 10AM and cant find my car. Turns out State Police towed my car at 6:30AM because it was just sitting there. Now Ive to pay the State Police for towing my car, and an entire different towing business to tow from their lot to the repairshop.I call Downtown Boston Towing to cancel my charges and they, being grimy, insist that the charges are irreversible despite not providing me a service at all.DO NOT do business with this shady and grimy business.

This company is fake, it is a third party towing company that does not have towing trucks of their own. They overcharge you and then use a portion of that to hire an actual towing company to tow your car. Do yourselves a favor and do not listen to their false positive reviews.
