I called at 6:45am after getting a flat tire from a large pothole on my way to work. The owner answered right away and was more than helpful in finding me a one of his drivers in close proximity to me. The driver showed up within about 25 min after I called and had my car loaded up on the truck within minutes to take my car to the dealership for repair.highly recommend for fast and timely service as well as reliability.

Great service, friendly staff. My Jeep was wrecked over the weekend, and towed to Sano’s yard. I went back twice today to collect all personal belongings from the vehicle. Staffs were very friendly.

Super friendly office and very helpful. Called for a tow and their guy shows up in under half an hour and knew the roads well to get me to where I needed to be quickly.

Picked me up with a flat tire and bent rim, pushed and cajoled me to use his mechanic Your mechanic is too expensive, he doesnt do tires, my guy will give you a better price and you get discounts for AAA etc I went to his guy and pretty much got ripped off on the tire and the service the tire got me back home and I had to go to my mechanic to get the right tire and fix the rim. Let him tow you if you have AAA but DONT use the mechanic he recommends unless you want to pay double for shoddy service. I would ask him to recommend someone and then just make sure not to use them. I cant imagine how badly I would have been ripped off if I listened to his mechanics advice about knocking in the engine ..... terrible front end alignment etc. Shady from beginning to end.

Had my car towed here last night from a car accident. The front bumper was messed up but the car was still driveable. They attached it back for us to get it back home, free of charge. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not expect any service therethe fat guy working there seemed drunk when I went there to retrieve my car,It costed $285 to retrieve my car, and he started yelling at me when i asked about pricing, saying you want it back or not !? if not, come back tomorrow more money you will pay and he employed occasionally F words when he moved truck out of the way for my car to get out
