Irina, the owner of this particular location was the best, most awesome person! She took care of my rush alteration request but did not overprice. She is the most honest, relatable and personable business owner ever! I could not run out of praises for her. To top all that, because I was from out of town, she even volunteered to deliver my dress to my hotel to save me money for my uber. This is the best service that I have experienced in my lifetime.

Its a long story that brought me to this location but Im glad I went (avoid N Fargo location! Different owner.) The service and friendliness of the staff was nothing short of amazing. The quality of work done was outstanding as well. All future needs will be done at this location and if you are looking for alterations youd be hard pressed to find a better place. I have had two bridesmaids dresses altered by Irina. She always gets them done by the date I need and she’s very good at making sure the dress fits perfectly!

She was great. I dont frequent taylors or need alterations. I was getting a suit hemmed up. A friend measured me, however when she was sewing, she noticed the measurements were slightly different, I couldnt tell until she showed me. Then she immediately evened them up so I would be looking good!I was recommeneded to them from my boss, and was very happy. Great service.

I called the 17th Ave location one day to see if I could get an appointment for an alteration on a bridesmaid dress. The lady who answered the phone immediately started talking to someone else in the background when I was asking when there was availability to come in. She interrupted me and said there is a customer here. I need to call you back. When I asked her if she needed my phone number she said I have it and hung up. I never once received a phone call back from her still to this day. Thankfully I read the horrible reviews on google for this company and found Sew Special who was amazing got me in the next day and was kind and professional. I highly suggest you as a company address the rude and unprofessional manner of how your employees answer the phone to work with new customers. Word of mouth is huge and I felt you should know this. Whether you care or not thats your business.

She sewed on patches and fixed the Velcro on my Down Vest! Did an Awesome job!

My son was given a day to pick up his pants he paid to have hemmed. They lost his pants then when they found his pants they werent even done.
