They are the best in Bossier for pedicures they actually take their time and its very relaxing i love this place

I loooovvveeeee this nail shop! Everytime I go its always two ladies (I go in the afternoon majority of the time). They are very hygienic and everyone has on a mask the entire time. Ive been going here for a couple of months now and love the calm environment!

70 to gel paint nails and in 20 hours the gel pulled off all her nails. Will never go back.

Wait time was supposed to been an hour turned into 3 hours and still no service performed 😤

Waited for over 20min while owner sat on their phone with multiple customers waiting.

Beautifully done powder dip! I was visiting from out of town, found this place and they didnt disappoint. My first time trying powder dip and Im glad I did. Nail tech was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. I will be visiting again next time Im in Bossier.

Big Rip Off! When i first entered the establishment I ask how much would it be for the service i required. I did not change anything I ask for at anytime. When it was time to pay. She changed the price. Then had Mia take the money so she would not have to look me in the eye. It is not Mia she is Great. It is the owner as she grows. The place only becomes money and not the people. I don’t mind paying,if you take your time! There is no cuticle oil my nails and they are dry as can be.

HORRIBLE! Worst experience I’ve ever received. Lady told me my finger was crooked so she shaped my nail crooked! Asked for it to be fixed she proceeded to say “she don’t know what I want from her” Umm, I would like for you to shape nail correctly not crooked. Just bad! If I could give no stars I would!

The worst of the worst I never in my life had to be treated so poorly by customer service I would come there and have to wait and Mia would let 3 other customers come in and get done after I’ve already been sitting waiting for her she’s been doing a very sloppy job lately my hands would look like two different people had done them and when I would ask if she would fix them she would get mad and get very silent and ignore me and expect for me to pay for a horrible job the prices was always different eveytime it never was the same and I’d been coming here for 2 years

Very accommodating. I had manicure & pedicure. If your feet hurt from arthritis. Had a hot wax treatment on both feet & it felt great. They do a great job.

The only place to go for nails and waxing super courteous employees never a long wait time

Great dip selection. Loved the lady that worked on my nails. Not from here but I will make it a point to come back if these last awhile!
