This was one of my top worst experiences as far as quality of job. Had what was suppose to be a deluxe pedi which was a joke. Absolutely nothing was delux about it and once I got out I could tell she didn’t even paint all the nails. Clean and friendly yes job quality was horrible

Staff were very friendly and efficient. There was a lot of traffic in the salon, but still got in and out in about 25 minutes 😁

DeeDee has done my dip nails for the past few months and she does an awesome job. I always get compliments on my nails. I would recommend her to anyone, she takes her time and is so sweet.

The ladies here are so nice and friendly. they do a great job!! i had a giant bruise and it’s barely noticeable! i love them and highly recommend coming here for nails and toes done

The person painting my nails should have waited until their pedicure client was finished; he did my nails in a rush and left some sides along my nail unpainted. Also, it hasnt been a full 24 hours and the polish has started to chip. I could have painted my nails at home and gotten better results.

Right as I walked in they greeted me like any other salon. I asked for dip nails and they thought I said pedicure and got an attitude with me when I corrected them. My nails are more filed on one side, the shape is uneven and the powder has random dips and they arent smooth. They look okay but definitely not worth $70.

I took my 90 year old mother and they were so good to her.

Nice attention to detail. Made sure its what we want before they proceed. Chairs for pedicures are comfy.

People were nice. Place doesnt smell like chemicals. However, if you are getting acrylics, make SURE you tell them the shape you want or the people might give you square automatically. I forgot to say coffin, and my nail tech started to give me square and I said coffin and my tech kind of got irritated but I would understand why. When he started the coffin he pulled my skin out of the square glue which kind of hurt and when he cut the tips he almost got my skin in the clippers. he drilled near my cuticle which made me bleed a tiny bit and when I left i noticed minor cuts on my cuticle. I noticed this shop used previously used nail files and buffers which I know is unsanitary. He did a good job painting nail. I find out later the shop uses the MMA acrylic system, the more harmful system compared to EMA, but most corner nail shops do. Overall okay experience. Wide variety of dips, powders, and polish. Would come back for gel nails, not acrylic.

They were amazing and very attentive! They did everything they could to make sure you had a nice visit. The lengths they go to are crazy and the people they have to endure are nightmarish. Thank you guys so much!

Me and my daughter have been coming to Serenity Spa & Nails for several years and we love love love this place, everyone is so sweet, they are extremely clean and cordial to your needs. Men, women and children are welcomed with a warm greeting and smile. I cant say enough great things about this place.

They overcharged me for a full set and when I called and asked about their prices I got a different price than what I paid for. My friend then called and asked as well and she also got a different price than what I paid for and different from what they told me the second time. They did a really good job on my nails but they were not worth 70$. Never again.

Love getting my nails done here. Great staff. Extremely clean atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest is to make an appointment. They are always busy.. my favorite techs are DD, Jesilyn & Jason

Im from out of town and wasnt sure where to go to for a decent pedicure (lots of nail places in this place). Staff was very attentive! One of the best pedicures Ive had! Staff does NOT try to upsale you, which is a bonus. 😊

They seem like they’re in a rush. And I had to go through 6 colors before they found one, and that one ran out so I only got one coat on my nails. Getting into the car, my toenail chipped. They’re not friendly, and their prices are too high for them to only have 5 colors and not so great customer service. Also, they do like bare mimnimum work for deluxe prices. Also my face is breaking out after getting my eyebrows waxed.

Jesilyn is amazing! 35 weeks pregnant and she worked out the aches in my legs and feet! She’s really friendly and was easy to talk too! I just moved here and was nervous trying a new place, but saw how highly recommended she was on the reviews and they didn’t disappoint! I’ll only request her for now on

If I could post zero stars I would. The shop is not easy to move around in. My massage chair rocked. The lady next to me received a much more thorough pedicure than I did and I am certain we had the same one. The shop is not as clean as it should be and the instruments used on me were the ones on the cart that was pulled over to me quite possibly from a previous client. I mentioned to the manager my concern about the poor reviews and was told .... you cant please everyone. I agree but timing your employees seems extreme when you are in a service industry. When my techs timer went off, she rushed through the rest of the pedicure. I tipped her, but they have serious management issues and lack quality customer service.

Rudest lady I have ever had give me a pedicure. Told me to stop moving my toes as I had to move my foot to put it under the light to get a gel pedicure. I promise my toes were not moving on purpose it was because I had to move my foot. Then criticized my leggings for not being short because we are now in spring. I will never go back. Learn some tact if you are going to deal with the public.

Bre did my nails while I was in town from Dallas, and was able to fit me in last minute. I am extremely picky about my nails, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She takes her time to ensure you love everything about them step by step, and the quality is outstanding! I wish I would add a picture of how amazing they look!

This place gives the best pedicure!! Everyone here is very friendly. Get the spa pedicure with the scrub if you really want to treat yourself.

After seeing all the reviews, I am pleased with the services I have received. I came in 2 weeks ago to re-do my dip & I also had a pedicure done (AMAZING MASSAGE!!!!!) Usually my dip would crack from other nail salons but this was the first time it stayed in tack! No cracks, no chips, no discoloration. Jesilyn is really good at what she does. I am happy I found her. I will be going back this week to have them done again.

We got Mani/pedi no polish and a full gel manicure with cat eye polish. Both of us loved the experience. Our technicians were extremely thorough, very quick (but excellent), and friendly. This area has really low star nail salons, so it was great finding such an amazing place😎. Thank you to the staff we will be back!

I just left this business. I spend about 30 mins waiting. Literally when I walked in, I was greeted with how may I help you. I informed the guy, I only needed a repair to one nail. He asked did I get my nails done there, I answered no while I was out of town. He then told me to sit it would be 20 mins. No problem, I waited! Then he got done with another customer looked at me and helped someone else! At this time, another customer walked in. The employee then came asked me again about my nail and walked back to help another customer then called the customer to the back (yes the one that just walked in). I’m sorry but I felt disrespected. Instead of becoming upset or igniting the situation, I decided to leave. Yes my feelings were hurt maybe because I was the only African American person in the business or maybe my service was consider minor. Any case I won’t ever go back! I wanted to share my experience.

I had the best pedicure yesterday!!! Bri was amazing, wonderful personality very friendly. I live 1 1/2 Hour away and I will drive to her from now on... great massage!!!

I have been going here for years. I always go to Dee Dee or her husband, Tim. They both do a GREAT job! Recently Dee Dee has become the new owner/manager and Im sure that the service will only get better under her leadership.

Ive been getting my nails done for 25yrs I dont jump from place to place Im VERY OCD but my salon Ive used for last 15yrs closed I found Serenity & OMG they ARE AMAZING! EXPENSIVE But WORTH IT!! And worth the 30 mile drive I make! My health prevents me from getting them done every 2 weeks & they have lasted this month going back today & cant wait! THANK YOU SERENITY for bringing me Joy!

Ive been here several times. The first few times were great, the last 3 times ive been here were horrible. The atmosphere is good, but i ended up having to fix my nails myself because they were very thick, acrylic got under the tips and it was very uncomfortable. The guy that did my nails was more worried about what he was going to eat for lunch, than he was about my nails.

Jesilyn is the best!!! She takes her time & makes you feel relaxed. The massage part felt so good, the best one I’ve ever had! I’ll definitly be back to her.

They are getting one star because this place is overpriced. There was no wait. But they didnt ask what package I wanted they just thought I wanted what they wanted to do for a pedicure. They guy didnt do much for the 35$ price. No hot towels and no lotion. I think I was in the chair for 15 minutes. Then they charged me 15$ for a design that I had to wait 20 minutes for. I will never go back here. They suck. Needless to say they didnt get a tip because of that. And they are receiving this review.

If I could give no stars I would. So disappointed. Ive never had an ingrown toenail and yet they cut the sides of my big toenail, pulled skin off with it. Had me bleeding. Now 3 days later I have a fat, super swollen, red, and VERY sore toe that I would rather chop off than keep. Then I paid so much money for a pedi that left me with an infected toe but also chipped polish that didnt last 2 days. I will be going elsewhere!

Dont do it! I am not very good at doing my own nails, but for $45 in and out in 30 minutes, I could have done it myself or just wore a closed toe shoe. Save your time and money.

Never going there again!! if i could give it zero stars i would!! i went there Sunday cause the nail shop i go to were closed. The girl rushed through and was done in 10 minutes and didnt get everything that i paid for. i paid 35 bucks which is to much when i only pay 25 where i go!! so i went to my regular nail shop and got color change and they fixed my big toe nail that got broken, which at Serenity the girl didnt fix!!

Worst pedicure.. ever!!! Staff were rude, tried to up sell the whole time, burned my legs with the hot towels ( my legs are still red from it ), overpriced, and the absolute shortest pedicure I have ever received!! The guy literally yelled at me to pick my colors faster, everything was rushed, and once he finished painting my nails, I never saw him again. Didnt help put my shoes back on either. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. That includes walking through the front door to paying and walking out. I spent more time drying my nails than it took them to do my pedicure. Ive never posted a review, but my experience was so awful! Wouldnt want anyone else to experience the same!

I had the guy do mine who was rude as could be, removed my previous dip nails my shoving another nail underneath and popping them off which hurt. Then huffed and puffed the whole time also making unnecessary rude comments when he did decide to speak
