Very pleasant staff but the wait in the sun was not fun. I got what I needed and they didnt overcharge me cuz Im a girl.

Quick and friendly service. Went in for a transmission flush and they showed me the fluid in my transfer case also needed changed. I like how they show you the fluids they take from your vehicle and put them on a sheet for you to see. Mine was clearly dirty. They also have the best rates in town

Employee came to my car every 15 minutes to inform me of any changes in wait time, which was appreciated. Staff was friendly and sociable and informed me of all options available in regards to my coupons and oil choices. Wait time was minimal considering the number of people ahead of me. Ill be back.

Awesome friendly staff here. Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. Cost wise, its a little on the spindy side. But its quick and easier than doing it yourself. You dont have to find a way to get rid of the used oil. They also change out the oil filter as part of the service, Not extraAs to the cost. It more then makes up for the simple fact you can go in and top off your oil and fluids at any point. And I dont think theres a limit in how many times you can go top off. That in itself is worth it when you burn though oil between oil changes.

Excellent oil change service! The only con is youre paying a premium, but when youve got a car full of luggage you want to keep an eye on, its nice not to have to leave it. Not to mention practically no wait time so you can get back to the road!

I went here to get my oil changed here. I was also talked into a transmission flush. It was COVID so I did not drive a lot but my Subaru with only 60,000 miles would slip out of gear. It happened a couple of times and I put it off that I was lazy shifting. My brother took it on a trip and about an hour out it made terrible noises and after he got off the highway would not move. Had to get a tow truck and because of COVID he was left on the side of the road to wait for a ride as my Subaru was towed away. When my brother checked the transmission fluid it was completely out. Put transmission fluid in and it ran -after a couple of days it is smooth shifting again. It’s been a week or so and there is no sign of a leak.

It appears that they are understaffed, at this time .some routine checks,like air filter and cabin filter were not checked.and,wait Time was over 30 minutes.No one comes out and acknowledges you,and shares how,many people possibly waiting.This,was,my 3rd attempt to get oil change in 3 weeks. I did not have time the other times,to wait out the line..had other commitments .

If I could give negative stars I would give them all! My boyfriend and I went to go get an oil change on a 96 ford truck they told us not a problem. They told us it was gonna come out to be $170 which isnt too terrible so were sitting and waiting then he told us the total was gonna be $770 for everything... our jaws dropped. We start looking over what they added to everything and was trying to waaaay over charge us without even telling us what were getting charged for. After I said Im calling the cops the worker said Oh no this is just a quote so they know what they are doing to people! They broke our hood latch cause they were mad we werent as STUPID as they thought we were. I feel bad for the people that they have over charged and got a way with it. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY!!

The last time I changed the oil in my car at this facility, I didnt have a good experience. The guys seemed rushed and didnt perform any of the checks that they offer such as checking my cars lights, tire pressure, air filter. They didnt even show me how the oil looked like after it was changed. A Week later I decided to pen the hood and check the oil myself. It looked like it was old oil. very dark and not very viscous. My car only has 30000 miles and new oil should not look like that. I took the car to the dealership and they told me that indeed the oil was old. The guys apparently didnt change it. Im very disappointed at this facility and its dishonesty.

Made me wait 45 minutes and when it was my turn they told me I had to back out and let some other person have my place because they chose a line that was slower. I simply couldnt believe it, I left. What a mess.

One of the rudest places we have ever had the displeasure of coming and try to get service for a truck. Poor management total unprofessional. lacking customer service 100%. We got there got on one of the lines waited for 45 minutes when it was our turn a young kid comes out and tells us that we need to move to the other line because somebody else was there first on the other line, just because somebody in the service is too slow doing their work. Why was that our problem? they need better management and better customer service, they could have come before and told me that it was going to take long and that somebody else was there that needed to go first, who knows somebodys friend I guess. Needless to say we will never go back there again and recommendations to for them? not even to my worst enemy. Very disappointed. I am sure they could care less about this review, however for anyone else who cares to read it, here it is.

This place showed me a lot of love, I have never ever ever had such a great experience with quick oil changing places. Come from a big city usually the employees are trashy and beat up. These guys love their job and like working with each other good team very impressed. It was Valentines Day also my birthday but they didn’t know it was my bday . Told them I can’t afford windshield wipers but need a pair. Complimentary set laying around was hooked up, I then told them it was my bday. Literally had to drive to Astoria Oregon the next day through the rain the whole way.. Thank you Valvoline for helping me get there safe it felt real good being able to see out my front windshield on the 7hr drive through the rain and on the way back...

They are a little higher in price than some places in town, but I can just drive right up anytime i see there is no line and they take care of me.They have changed everything from oil and filter to brake lights to a timing belt in my Chrysler Pacifica and I have never had any issues.While I am in Klamath Falls, this is where I get my oil changed :)

Ive taken my vehicles here probably 30 times. Everything was great 28 of those times. On the last oil change, I experienced the following: No more camera/screen to see what is going on. Being told the air filter that I changed out 2 weeks prior was filthy and needed to be replaced. The radiator mount splash guard is now broken right in half (could have happened on the road, but with the oil drain plug also now seeping, Im assuming their tech was forceful with his tool on the drain plug, which in turn cracked the splash guard). Tire pressures not checked because the green caps indicate Nitrogen. That was all on a model 2016 vehicle with 13k miles. A few years ago, they put +32 washer fluid in another one of my cars, in the middle of winter, which in turn cracked the reservoir when it froze. The convenience of these guys are great when they actually do their job and not try to upsale you; when they are careless, its going to cost you additional money to fix their mistakes.

I went in 8 days over my service date with my oil light on and the manager justin still topped me off for free and helped me reset my oil lights. I always use oil can henrys and justin and his crew have never let me down.

Majority of reviews for this business predate it being bought by Valvoline. Now that it is under new ownership quality has gone downhill expect to wait at least an hour to get your oil changed. Seems theyve hired the cast off from Jiffy scam theyre just as pushy trying to get you to buy the unnecessary garbage. Steer Clear Fork out the money and have the dealer do the oil change

Unless you want your car worked on by drunk idiots who run around hitting each other in the balls like its a game, dont come here (yes this really happened when they were directing my car into the bay). I was rather unimpressed with the lack of maturity and overall responsibility at Oil Can Henrys. The management is a joke and there is a few employees in particular that make me feel like my car is worthless to them. Usually they tell you about your car and what needs to be worked on, not this time, they simply changed my oil and sent me on my way! After the first time going in I thought it was one employee in particular (who kept checking me out the entire time making it completely awkward) and figured Id give it a second chance. The second time I came in I heard a sexual remark coming from the office and decided Id never come back. This place lacks overall professionalism and every time I went in theres always half the crew in the back smoking cigarettes outside---gross!
