Brought my husbands PS4 here to get the HDMI port fixed. I asked to show me that it worked and the guy had no problem doing so. They fixed it quick, and it works great! What I do like is they give a 90 day warranty. Great customer service, Friendly staff. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Ended up taking two xbox consoles, one being the original Xbox, down to these guys to get the lens changed as well as the disc drives and am glad to say that ACR did a fantastic job at fixing my consoles, as they now function the way they did when I first purchased them. I brought my tower in because it was periodically freezing, forcing me to shut down and reboot. ACR ran my machine overnight and it did not fail.When I called the next morning they informed me that they found no issues but agreed to test for another couple of hours.I went in and tested with applications I was running when it froze. Still nothing. Still dont know what happened but the testing was free. So happy with their service!

I first used this company in 2019 after my iPad was damaged in a car accident. I thought it was history, but I took it in to see if it could be fixed, Brian fixed it good as new in a day and a half and only charged me $90.Recently, I’ve been having issues updating my all in one desktop computer to the newest version of Windows 10. I took it to Advanced Computer and let Brian have a whack at it. He kept my computer for a couple days and ran test after test, fixed a few corrupt files and it still wouldn’t update. After discussing the options, we agreed to hold off on the update for a few months, but I wanted to compensate Brian for all the time he spent on it. He refused to take a dime stating he didn’t complete the upgrade as promised.This kid is not only great at his job, he has integrity, very rare in business today. You can’t go wrong here, give them a try and ask for Brian.

My HP laptop needed to be fixed. I took it to another place and was quoted $300 just to purchase the part that was broken. I was actually told that the hinge on my HP laptop was broken and needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and brought my laptop to Advanced Computer Resources. I ended up spending less than $200 to get my laptop fixed! The problem was not the hinges, it was the back cover of my laptop that was broken. I am so happy with the work that they did. I thought i was going to without my laptop for 2 weeks, but instead they fixed it in 4 days. AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place!

Even though they were unable to fix my ps4 they did not charge me for the diagnosis or them trying to fix it. They are super friendly and honest people. Their prices are lower then anywhere I have checked and if you buy a used ps4 from them you get a 3 month warranty. I bought a ps4 of offer up for more then I paid there and it broke in 1 month. I bought 2 ps4s from here and they work wonderfully. The kids are happy. Love this place

I brought my PS4 to them with some odd problems with the system; PS not staying in rest mode and corrupted disk data for COD. When I dropped it off the associate that I explained my problems to really didn’t understand what I was talking about after multiple explanations. We ended up playing for tag for a week for them to tell me I needed a new motherboard, then for them to tell me they hadn’t run into these issues before, then told to come get it because they really don’t know what’s wrong with it. Initially I was told it would take a day or so to diagnose the issue and it took them four days to even start working on it. Finally when I came to pick up my console 8 days later, the manager had no idea of the issues that his team was facing. Frankly he seemed embarrassed. My PS still is in the same condition that I dropped it off and I feel my time and there’s has been wasted. I though that with such great reviews the service would be much better but I honestly wouldn’t return here or recommend this place to anyone.

They fix my computer regularly, and recently fixed my flat screen tv. Been using them for some time now. I have never had an issue with them.

My xbox one died 2 weeks ago. No response at all. I stopped at ACR on Thursday around 10 am. Lindsey was very nice and professional yet friendly. She said they would check it out and let me know. 4 hours later she called me and let me know the deal. My hard drive died. She gave me a reasonable quote for repair and it was ready for pickup 90 minutes later. I love this place and the crew at ACR are amazing. I recommend them to everyone with computer issues. They know their stuff.

This place is great! I took my ps4 pro in to fix the extremely loud fan. I figured it just needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Which it did. Took no more than about 2 hours for them to finish it. Reasonable price as well. Now it’s whisper quiet. Can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely returning for any other repairs I might need. For sure worth checking out. Very recommended.

Had bought an AMD 9 3900x cpu over 7months ago. First time building an gaming rig i bent the heck out of quit few pins on my cpu. By trying to remove the heatsink.Luckily, this shop was able to fix my $600 cpu.Great job & many thanks!Note, at the time when I bought the AMD 9 3900X it was around $600. I was unable to access the internet, after going to another location, who incorrectly diagnosed the problem as the graphics card, and couldnt get a signal on his monitor, I went to Advanced Computing who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently as well as a few speed enhancements. What I like about this business is they have an actual storefront location with set hours, not a garage or home. They can be reached during their posted business hours. They are professional, friendly, efficient and obviously knowledgeable, at a reasonable hourly rate. Highly recommended.

I brought in my newer HP laptop because my keyboard stopped working (slight water damage). They gave an awesome price & prompt service. At first I was a little iffy about bringing it in & wasn’t too sure if the repair would last past the warranty window but it’s been almost a year since I got it fixed here and no problems at all with my computer. This shop looked at my computer a second time for a similar issue that I had taken to them previously, but when I returned it was beyond their 30 day warranty, and to my dismay I thought I would need to pay them again for the diagnostic fee of $45 plus services rendered. They totally surprised me and waived both the fee and labor, resolved the issue at no costs to me. I believe I was about 10 days or so over their warranty. They demonstrated customer service and I truly appreciated what they did for me. They definitely have me as a permanent customer now and will refer my friends and family to them for their professionalism, know their craft, and customer service.

After dropping my laptop off the bed, I went today to have it fixed. Not only did Adam realize instantly that my laptop was fine and that it was actually the charging cable that was broken; but he also was honest and never tried to charge me. Horrible place. Some 15 years ago, I was a middle school kid and didnt know any better - took my desktop to get fixed. The guy fixed it after week, then I turned it on in front of him, his friends (apparently they just hang out there) and my dad to make sure it worked. It didnt work. He claimed it was my keyboard - he hooked up a beat up one he had laying around. Well, his salesman tactics came out because next thing u know, hes trying to sell the cheap used up keyboard for $55. And pretty much just held our computer until we told him wed get the keyboard. Still haunts me that a man like that would take advantage of a little girl and her over worried dad. Before making ANY transactions with this place, inquire to make sure the management and staff has changed!

I had my PSU replaced and they did a really great job with cable management and even cleaned the PC out really well. It only took three days because they had to order the PSU replacement.

I went in for a ps4 disk reader repair. The problem was resolved but it took twice as long as estimated due to a faulty replacement part. Dont know if the parts are new or used from other systems due to that. Im still debating weather to take more devices or not. The price was reasonable and the extra time spent on the device wasnt billed to me. Its been about a week and my device works well still.

I originally brought my computer to be cleaned of viruses and malware and decided whilel the computer was in there possession that they give me a quote on upgrading the operating system. The company called me the next day and quoted the repair price as well as upgrading the system. I agreed to the price and said it was fine. I was not given any instruction on how upgrading my operating system and how it would affect my programs. The company then called me and asked if I needed all my files returned to my computer and I said yes because I use it for business purposes. Once I received my computer back with repairs I realized that they deleted my Quickbooks Contractor with payroll program that cost me over $400 as well as all my MS Programs- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access which cost over $200. I originally purchased all these programs in 2012 and did not have the CD to reboot onto my computer. If I new that everything was going to be deleted I would have never agreed to upgraded the operating system and just had the computer cleaned of virus and tuned up. I called the business and explained my situation and felt that it was their professional duty to make the customer aware that I would lose all of my programs. They had no remorse and said That to bad That was there customer service and how they dealt with my concerns. The cost of cleaning the computer and upgrade was under $130 the programs I lost were more than $600

They inspected my ps3 cleaned out the unit had it up and runing in 3 hours. They only charged me $45. Same day service. Good.

Called about ipod battery replacement. Yes we do it. Took it in on Friday they said Battery out of stock. Well have more by Tuesday. Called Tuesday, Sorry we dont know when well have one in, try please try again next week. Took it down the street to Ifx4u. They ordered the battery overnight and it was fixed the next day. Both places charged the same but one Ifx4u actually gave me some service.

(update)came back again, they wanted to charge $65 for opening my hard drive and doing a simple drag and drop of some files. FYI THATS NOT HARD TO DO. i went home and did it myself. there is a $45 minimum. I also realized the replaced my lapstop keyboard with a European one. so alot of the keys have the wrong symbol. which then i realized i overpaid for the keyboard its $20 on amazon.com but i payed way more than that!

Bad service, excessive charge, and dont fix the problems with the real pay service...I pay for REBALLING and only REFLOWED the BGA, and damage the programation or change the HDD, now I have several problems with the customer for this irresponsibility...!!!
