The owner is very loud! Charged for services she didnt doI got a new full set and a pedicure all my nails are off. Her nail techniques are of someone who learned at home not educationally trained! Its quiet because there is nobody there? When i got there and saw a empty nail shop on a Saturday?? Should have followed my instinct!! Dont go here, dont waste your time and money!!

Was hesitant to try them after seeing bad reviews, but then I realized the demographic in the area isnt very reasonable..... This salon has been here for decades, so I gave them a try. At Kims Nails, they were prompt, fast, and detail-oriented. He was friendly but focused, so I can see how someone can misunderstand. My nails are clean, nice, and exactly as I wanted (I just got acrylic overlay on my natural nails). Plus, they were $5 cheaper than the other place I used to go to. Im going to make them my main place. I really like my nails. They look and feel great.

I should have went some place else... Pulling up, no one was there, which was a clear signThe guy who did my nails, does not know how to apply acrylic nails, let alone polish. Its been two days and Im already experiencing a lift. Im visiting from Atlanta and wouldve thought that I could have gotten better service. Clearly the 5 star reviews here are lies. His clear coat is actually tinted yellow.

I enjoy going to Kims Nails. First, her work is top notch. They are professional, care about what they do, have patience, and kind.

I had a pedicure done on Thursday and by Saturday the police sh came off it was actually old polish. Not worth the money you pay. Stay Away!!!

My friend and I went in for a manicure & pedicure. I got a mani/pedi. My pedi wasn’t bad however my manicure was awful! I’m just going to say I’ve never experienced something like this. My nails started chipping the same day. My nails weren’t shaped or anything. My French manicure wasn’t even. It was all so terrible that it was almost comical that a place like this still has business. My friend just got a pedicure and she has an infected toe now. Lesson learned and we won’t be back. I paid $75 for an awful experience.

She messed up my nails and she tried to say I had 3 refill and I only signed her paper twice after the 1st refill they started popping up i went back to times and she cant fixed my last 2 nail so I took her I sent 35 dollars refill 3 days ago and they keep coming off so I took her to take my nails off and she left sum of the old nails on and its broken my real nail done I have to wear a band aid because its coming off

I was at a conference with my husband in Bossier City and wanted to treat myself to a manicure. I wish I had read the reviews before going here. The manicurist cut 6 out of my 10 cuticles. I was bleedimg all over the place. It was horrible. The shape of my nails was terrible; I had to go back to my hotel and re-file them. The girl who was with me also had one of her fingers cut. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What was supposed to be A manicure Turned into a bloody nightmare! Kim is unpleasant and rude! $55 for uneven power dip.. cut finger she tried to polish while bleeding! DO NOT GO!

I paid $35 for gel on my own nails. After one day the gel comes out, and I can see my nail through the gel polish. Don’t waist your money and time.

Love Kim nails dont have to say nothing been coming there so long they know what I want.

Worst set of dip powder nails I’ve ever got. Lumpy and uneven plus made most cuticles bleed from the nail filing machine. Lady was nice overall but needs more experience for sure.

I recently got a French Manicure and it hasnt been a week and they are already coming up. I think he didnt a good of a job as he couldve because its to soon to need a fill.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.... Went On December 23 And My Nails Are Popping Off And Its Just December 27... The Man That Works in There Is So Rude And He Rushed My Nails... I Will Never Go Back There !!!!!

Don’t go they will rush you and mess up ur nails.

Horrible!!! Rude!!!! Kim is rude and her husband cuts you! Beware this place. It might be cheap but it’s not worth it!!! Health Department needs to shut them down!!!!
