My child has been going here for about a year now, maybe longer. Normally his haircuts are okay(could be better but i didn’t complain). They became better throughout the time. He went today to get a haircut for his first day of school and the hair cut was awful. His hair was not the same length nor was it blended together(due it not being the same length). He has more hair at the top and the back looks like he is almost bald as if he is in the military at a young age. He even have some patches of baldness where there isn’t any hair at all. This was the worst experience ever. I wasn’t the one who took him unfortunately. There is no way to fix his haircut because he will be bald completely. I am very disappointed by this visit. Not sure i will go back after being a customer for a while. It is very convenient but not worth the money.

We had,a great experience here with a 2 yr old and 4 yr old. They got us right in with the check in ahead and were so great with them. Would recommend for all ages

Had a great haircut here, with your first time they give you a free upgrade to the mvp which includes a hot towel, and their back massage. I felt safe during my visit. They do ask you to take your mask off for the hot towel, but I bet this is so you dont get your mask wet. Overall great haircut, great environment that felt very safe and welcoming.

This is the second time I have been to this location and both times they have accepted customers not wearing masks. St Louis county is under a mask mandate. You are putting your employees and other customers at risk.

I like the sports that you get to watch while youre in the waiting room. All the people that work there seem like a very nice people. They all talk and they all make good conversations. And one of the best things it is about this place is they go one step further than other places. By giving you a massage on your neck and your shoulders it really feels good.

First always be sure to check in online this will ensure your wait time is kept to a minimum. I always check in online and the longest wait I have had has been about 10 minutes. The ladies here are always friendly and professional and will take the time to ensure your cut is just to your liking.

I went it and got hands down the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Tameka burned me, cut me and attempted to trim my neck w a standard clipper resulting in a cut a in my throat. I spoke to Ashley who told me my next 3 cuts would be comp by the company. Cool.. covid happens now when I call back to hold them to it they are tell me they won’t honor that. I have pictures w time stamps. Wanna play games sports clips? Ok.

I looked around for a place that I can a good haircut for several months when I moved out to Creve Coeur. Went to a few local barbers. None could do a decent fade. Met Sadie at sport clips and been getting my cuts there from her for he past several years now. Highly recommend Sadie.

Ive been there twice now. Received the MVP service with the wash and the vibrating message. They did a good job and have experienced haircutters - both had been working there over fifteen years. Haircutters provide a nice conversation and good customer service. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.

So I like to go here and get the vip haircut and shampoo and shoulder massage plus the hot towels. It is always so good and relaxing. The girls are really cool and do a great job on my hair. So I dont have any complaints except maybe too much ESPN on the television. Lol

Good place. So far all three stylists do a great job even though I am really bad at describing what I (or rather, my wife, lol) wants.

First two times were great. Yesterday was a nightmare. My breard was cut shorter on one side than the other, they effectively gave me an undercut when I didnt want one and didnt trim any hair off the top. Flattened it down with product. Now I need to find a real barber to clean it up until my hair grows out.

I took my son here for his back to school hair cut. I asked for them to buzz the side and keep the top long. Sides looked good but they took way to much off the top

Im from out of town but go to sport clips back home. I assumed I wouldve received the same treatment but not here. walked in, 3 other people waiting for cuts ahead of me, stood by the front desk for a few minutes, was never greeted or spoke to. 2 of the girls glanced up at me but said nothing. so I sat down, another man came in several minutes later and also never acknowledged. when another customer was finished he paid and left, the girl turned around to go back to her station until the other man got up as did i. no clue I was there first or cared. I walked out. went to another sport clips 15 minutes away. greeted right away with a smile. this sport clips can piss off.

My son went to this location this past Saturday, 8/27; very disappointed in the style he requested vs. what he got, and the ridiculous price. He requested a fade haircut and what he got was simply a buzz FOR $37.00! I could have done better myself!NEVER AGAIN!

Consistently a good cut and no appointments are necessary. Since they just do mens hair they do it really well.

Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then was told someone would be with me soon, never took my name. A half dozen people came in after me and had there names taken ahead of me. To avoid an argument I just left. Avoid this location at all costs. It is very poorly organized and run.
