They do such a wonderful job here. Friendly and lovely environment. If your a pinterest design type like myself you do have to find the right tech to do your nails. All the girls Ive seen have taken their time and made sure I loved my nails before I left.. Even when I couldnt decide on a design Anna was so creative and made one for me.. All I knew was she told me they were going to be black and white. They turned put beautiful! Ive been a long time customer and dont plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.. An appointment is highly recommended. (pics of my nails have been done by 2 other tech who are no longer there unfortunately 😩)

Probably one of the worst sets Ive had done. First she cut off all my long natural nails, by the time I realized what was done she had quickly cut 3 nails off. I only wanted a dip on my natural nails. The nails she then did to replace my natutal long nails are lumpy and messy. Lots of dried glue under my nails. They are a mess. I tried to communicate these things to her but it didnt seem understood. I wont be going back. Waste of $170.

Cindy did an amazing job making me feel pampered today. She is so friendly and kind and made sure I was happy with my nails before I got up from my chair. She did such a good job. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I will definitely request Cindy next time I go to Glamour Nails.

I showed up to my nail appointment and everything was fine until it came time for polish. She applied polish on only the tip of my nail when the design I was asking for called for either colored acrylic or a nude nail polish as a base. When she only put color on the tip of my nail I asked it it was too late to just do a solid color on the whole nail, as I did not like the design and it didn’t seem as though it was going to get any better. The other nail tech sitting next to us told me that it would take too long to take off the polish (that was still wet) and that she thought it looked fine how it was. I felt outnumbered so I just kept my mouth shut for the rest of the appointment and paid $43 for nails that I did not like. I then called Pretty Nails down the street and they fit me in to get a polish change. Highly do not recommend if you’re going to get designs.

I didn’t have a bad experience here, but it was not the best either. I went in with one design in mind, I showed pictures of it, and I was promised it will look very similar. Unfortunately that was not the case. The final design was not terrible, but it was not what I was looking for. The staff made a mistake when she cut one of my nails, and she did not want to remove the acrylic nail and put a new one. She just fixed it on the way, and I ended up with 1 nail looking different from the rest… It was not a big deal, but I think they should have listened to my request. The final result was ok, that’s why I’m giving it 4 starts, but I think they should listen more to the customers, and if they can not do the same design the client is requesting (that is totally ok), they should show to the client an example of the design first, before gluing it to your nail.

So I loved the spa pedicure the lady who did it was really good and painted my nails to almost perfection, only reason I’m giving 3 stars cause the manicure wasn’t good at all, I did gel and the girl painting my nails didn’t do it well, the painting was sloppy and there was paint left on my hands that I was trying to scrub off, I definitely could if saved the money and painted my own nails and did much better, don’t even think the gel will last 2 days since it is already pealing and there are streaks . I’m sure they do good manicures but the girl I got wasn’t one that did a good job. Pedicures recommend .

My first time. I felt welcomed and cared for. Very clean environment, easy to find. Parking was fantastic. People are easy to work with.Only feed back would be softer place for clients to place feet, my heels started to hurt after several minutes being placed on the platform.

The lady I had messed up on my first color and had to redo it idk how you mix up pale pink and deep purple. She took a chunk our of my thumb. Not worth the $40!

I was faithful to this place until they started making me pay $70 for a full with design. Last time I went in they gave me a full set with design and charged me $70 which is the same price they had me pay the time before just for a fill. The price is inconsistent. Not only that but the last time I went in for that full set I payed the price plus tip and came out to $80. I was very upset when not even a week later they started to lift. Today I took them all off and it’s only been a week. So upset that I wasted that much money. I used to like coming here but I won’t ever come back now because I feel like I’m just waisting money. My pedicure lasted longer 🙄

Maybe 45 minutes max wam bam and finished!!Impressive nail art by hand no stickers designed snowflake with gel polish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLAMOUR NAIL & SPA!!!

This a is the best Pedicure I have had in a long time. I tried the Lavender pedicure. I will try their other new Pedicures next time. It comes with hot stone and hot wax which I prefer in winter time. Also, they gave you a gift for this special Pedi. The place was cozy and welcoming. The smell was so good once I entered. I will bring my husband next time. He def. needs his toes done 😛

There was so many options for pedicures. I tried Volcano Pedicure and LOVE it. Very new to this area, but so far this is the best place I have been to.

Pedicure great, they are so busy did my manicure at the pedicure chair :(, the gel lifted in a week. Toes satisfied, hands terrible. We are like cattle in there, busy loud and cant manage time with the appts they book.

I will start by saying that this was not my first time there and that their service really depends on who you get; therefore, if you got a person that did a fantastic job the first time, make sure you ask for the same person next time you go. They were very polite, and fast, maybe a little too fast. It felt like the lady was rushing even though it wasn’t busy and I had an appointment. I got a solid color dipped powder nothing fancy (nothing they charge you extra for, e.g. Ombré, French manicure, designs, etc...)I had a $25 gift card that my son gave me for my birthday and finally decided to use it. They charged me $50 for the service ( this was just color no manicure or even taking nail polish off. My nails were ready to go) I thought the price was a bit excessive specially when the menu that came with the certificate said it was $35. ( It was an older menu from 8 months ago, I guess they increased their prices 43% during the pandemic. My son purchased the certificate last June but because of covid I decided to wait until now).Of course I tip, because that is what you should do if your nails look better after you leave the place.😊After $55 for dip powder nails, I remembered why I don’t get my nails done very often. 😓If you are willing to pay that much for an average job then this is a good place to go. As for me, I know of other places in Bonney Lake and Buckley that would give me the same average service and they would charge me way less. Nothing I didn’t know before but I decided to leave a review for all of those new in town. I only went there because of the gift certificate.

My regular nail place was shut down, so I look online and try Glamour Nails. I am glad that I made appointment before I came because Friday was busy. The front desk girl was so helpful and sweet. I had a new full set and a pedicure. They were AMAZING!!! I didnt know that they have been operating for 8 years. Everyone can speak very good English. I forgot name of person who did my nails. She was super talent. I will definitely return.

I came here for my first time ever getting my nails doneI didn’t know what to expect, but it definitely wasn’t uneven nails, polish that doesn’t even cover my whole nail, and jagged nail tipsI asked for sqoval nails and they ended up looking like a flareI came here with someone else, who wanted a simple manicure with a clear top coat, and theirs ended up being messed up almost as soon as we walked out the doorI came here because someone recommended it and the reviews looked great, but I’m never coming back

It was packed full. clean, goregous, and everyone was so kind and caring. they said 25 min wait for a full packed salon and had me started on my pedi in just 15 mins. the pedi was amazing and the girls are so gentle and delicate. by far the best spa expierence Ive ever had i felt right at home.

This place is HORRIBLE! They are extremely over charged and will add stuff on that you dont ask for. They dont follow the prices they set and up charge for everything. The charged my husband $150 for 2 pedi and 1 nail trim no polish!! Will never go there again. The ladies are also super rude. Peter was the only nice one there.

Soooo I took my friend and my son for pedicures yesterday... WOW.... I have never been in a nail salon with that many employees. It wasnt chaotic at all. They were laughing, and being silly with each other and just having fun. The atmosphere was awesome. I loved hearing all the laughing. When I asked them to massage my legs lightly she smiled and said of course Very polite and nice. For as busy as they were we got right in at our appt time, and for 3 pedicures and 2 eye brow waxes we were out within an hour. That was unheard of at my old nail salons where I used to live. STELLAR job, amazingly nice people. Clean salon. Fantastic experience. Definitely found my new nail salon ill be going to all the time.

I paid for shellac on my toes but ended up finding out they used gel polish because it peeled right off two days later. My daughters nails chipped after two days as well. The lady who did my nails was in such a rush I’m assuming because I interrupted her texting conversation to get my nails done and insisted that she just paint over a couple particles that stuck to my nail instead of removing them first. She also was somewhat rude and kept saying that she can’t work on my nails if she has to keep telling me to relax my hands. I definitely won’t be going back.

Was so excited to try a new place. Sadly very disappointed. After I spent money on my shellac mani within 20 minuets of leaving half my thumb policy peeled of. I went back. Thinking she would re do the entire nail, nope she patched it. 2 days later a layer from another has peeled of 🤦‍♀️🙄🤬 I’m very disappointed I spent an hour here, service was not so friendly. I went back today and Sherry took care of me and my nails look amazing!

It was okay.. nothing to write home about. They rubbed my legs and feet for maybe 3 minutes.. it was the quickest and hurried through pedi I have ever had..I was disappointed because no one asked what kind of pedicure I wanted.. I asked if they had different ones and the guy didn’t say anything🤷🏼‍♀️ I would have paid extra to have my feet rubbed longer - and was really disappointed.. didn’t ask if I wanted a design or anything and half the polish wasn’t on my toes and I had to ask for it to be fixed... not to mention, he only scrubbed the dead skin off of 1 foot.. not both....it wasn’t that busy, there was 4-5 employees just sitting around.. I would try somewhere else before going back

I love this salon so much! First, the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. Everyone working there speaks very good English so I never have a problem talking to them. When I walk out I am always pleased with my manicure!

I’ve never had trouble making appointment because I can go online or call them. I loved the place. I was originally scheduled with kevin but ended up with another lady not sure of her name. She was super nice did a pretty good job on my nails seemed a little new not sure if she was or not but all in all pretty good. My only complaint is i had acrylic all over my skin when i left and one side of my nail i pulled it off and it took some skin with it.

The place is beautiful, but they rush through your services and charge top dollar.

Today was the last time I have this place a try. I walked in asking for my acrylics to removed and a new set put on. Sophia took me back and proceeded to rip off my acrylics. It was super painful and I asked for her to stop. She literally grabbed a tip and yanked at my acrylics. So much so that I left with my nails bleeding and so sore I can barely touch anything. I complained and all they said was sorry that they would talk to her. That is the nails are too hard they usually will soak off. I told them I have never in my years of having my nails done walked away in pain and with my nails looking as horrid as they did. Never will return to this place!

Worst experience Ive ever had ! I went in for two full sets nothing special and a childs paint and spent almost 200$ . The whole time there was nothing just commotion of different conversations is indifferent language. My nails came out bumpy, and didnt go from side to side of my natural nail. It hasnt even been a week and already lifting and chipping away. I only give two stars because my moms came out a bit better. Everything felt rushed . Granted they were busy but when asked they said that was a normal volume which makes me believe this is product they give everytime . Will not be going back not worth the price I paid.

Very friendly staffs. Got brows, nails and feet done here. They did excellent job. Usually, the polish lasts so long for me. Occasionally, I needed a nail fix, they was so nice helping me find color and fixed it quickly. Sometimes, it is hard to get in so I always make appointment ahead of time. This is the only place I trust to do my nails. Ask for deluxe pedicure, you won’t regret it. I will bring my husband next time.

This place is the Lamborghini of mom and pop nail salons. Their service is precise, well-tuned, fast, and VERY dependable- without the unaffordable price tag. That being said, even if I were a millionaire I would probably still come here because they can always accommodate the customer and their needs on-the-spot. Highly recommended! Love Glamour Nails.

I started going to this place in February and I loved it. The last three times I went was absolutely horrible. I always get acrylic nails or fills from them. The first time it went down hill is when I went in on my day off and asked if they had time for a fill and I told them I was willing to wait however long I had nothing going on. Instead of waiting for a station to open up they had me sit in the pedicure chair to get them done. They turned out horrible and still charged me full price. I figured I would give another chance but The second time the guy replaced an acrylic over my already broken nails and a day later they broke. The last time I will ever go there is when I got a new set and I took my mom to get her nails done as well for our rare mother-daughter outings. For mine they were so ugly and it hurt like crazy. Then my mom just wanted her nails done with simple paint and the lady refused to paint them after getting a manicure. She told my mom that my mom would end up messing them up anyway. My mom was completely hurt and offered by this. I would not recommend this place anymore like I use to.....

I rarely write reviews but I feel the need to write one today. I did a walk-in with my brother for pedicures (I also got a manicure). I have gone to about every nail salon in the inner Bonney Lake and this was by far the best experience.They took so much time really cleaning and shaping my nails. The massage and hot towels were awesome as well! I almost fell asleep. My brother gets no polish pedicures just to keep on top of his feet and he said hes never had anyone take so much time on his feet and pay such careful attention. They were so friendly and my polish looks so perfect.This is definitely my new spot!!Thank you.

The tools were all clean as far as I could tell and the people were friendly and personable. The prices were pretty decent as well. Great color selection!I really should get my nails did more often.

Tried this salon for the first time and giving two stars instead of one because it’s a beautiful salon and I enjoy the paraffin wax that most other salons don’t have.My mom and I got pedicures on Saturday and it was very very rushed. I’m not one for writing bad reviews but it honestly looks like something I could’ve done at home. My toenails are crooked, no shape to them at all. And before I had a chance to say something or even ask for a design, I was being rushed out to pay.My moms toenails are also crooked and they did a rush job on her too. I’m disappointed because $30 is a fair amount of money to spend and it feels wasted.My mom made a comment that she didn’t enjoy her visit to the man at the counter and his response was ‘oh okay.’ Really seemed like he just didn’t care. We also witnessed a woman complain about her nails falling off after a week.After we cashed out and were sitting to let our toes dry, many employees were sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones- I completely 100% understand taking a break but I believe in great customer service and rushing with a customer in order to get a break is not the way.I’m sad to say that I probably won’t return, and will continue going to my normal salon.

I wish I could post pictures. Got good design but cuticles are bad and the clear polish went all over fingers and cooked on. Not only charged high but when i ran my card, the lady signed my name on device. Like sooo not ok to do that! When i said oh, you singed my name for me??? Her response was casual yes like that wasnt a crime or anything!!!

I felt rushed. I’ve been to this salon a handful of times. I wouldn’t say I always had the BEST experience but not horrible either. Went to get nails done today. Asked if there were options to keep my long NATURAL nails, they basically said No cut them off and we went with acrylics.My tech was rude and any time I asked him anything g he acted as if I was annoying him. When using their dermal he cut up all my cuticle area. So I told him to be cautious of how he is using that because I had obvious cuts from him now. I left with a few bleeding fingers and one of my ring fingers slit on the side. My nails are gorgeous but was it really worth all that? Including the $50 + tip I left

Best nail salon Ive been to in the area but they were so busy (on a Thursday at 3:00) that I had to wait a half an hour even though I had an appointment. I also ended up with a lot of the shellac polish on my skin which is not the best because that usually means itll peel off more quickly. I think maybe I got someone who isnt as experienced because the first person who started on me was quick, efficient, thanked me for waiting and was good at understanding the shape and length I wanted but then passed me off to another lady part way through, and it was her work that was just ok. I will still go back because so many salons do all these things too but worse.

Went in less than two weeks ago for a full set and they started to lift the next day. Now two have fallen off, and five more are about to.The time before the women was ignoring me. I picked out my color and told her, but she was too busy talking to her coworker to acknowledge me. Would not recommend this place.

I use to be a long time customer if this salon and I went in at 3pm but they were too busy so I made an appointment at 6pm for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. After the worst gel pedicure I have ever had there, they proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get my nails done because they ran out of time. The whole time I was getting my pedicure they were taking walk-ins. Someone could’ve done my nails at the same time of doing my toenails. I am leaving out of town and now my toes don’t match my old manicure. I wouldn’t have done my toes if they couldn’t do both. I’m extremely upset that they don’t care about there customers and just rushed me out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s a waste of time and money. They do a poor job and don’t care if you made an appointment with them. They also put three coats of polish on one toe because they messed it up and now that one toe’s polish looks heavier then the rest. Like I said do not go here!!!

This is the first place Ive found in Washington that does powder dip nails that are worth rating. Christy did my nails perfectly. Perfectly thin and the cuticle clean up was great. Im on my way back for another manicure! I went back a week later and had eyebrow and lip waxing, still amazing. The fact that my sensitive skin didnt break out is wonderful!I will say, be ready to wait. This place is always hopping. I will also say, its totally worth the wait.
