Horrible!!!! Don’t come here!!!!!!Edit to respond to the owner- I came in and asked for a dip MANICURE and a pedicure. The pedicure went amazing and then they started to get busy. I sat down and the lady I am assuming the owner said what color dip, I told her and showed her a picture of the Mickey ears I was hoping to get. She said “ok” ok” but seemed annoyed. She had they start multiple other people who they did not have the staff to surface. 5 minutes in she asked me if I could wait so she could help someone else and I said I couldn’t. I had a meeting but I could skip the nails, she said no no and then basically went as fast as she could so she could charge me. The whole thing was suppose to be a dip Manicure took all of 15 minutes. She of course did not do a manicure since she wanted to move on to the next person. She didn’t even have me wash my hand after filing them down. They were messy, bumpy and looked horrible. Not mention of the accent nail I asked for. She then said $40 for the 15 minute dip (no manicure) that she didn’t even buff out. Maybe in the future you may want to let you clients know that if they go eight the $40 dip there will be dip powder all over your fingers, you can’t get them fire or buffed, and suggest they pay $5 more if they want them to be clean and not look like a 3 year old did them. I asked if she was going to finish the service and she was extremely rude and argumentative. I told her I would be happy to pay for the the dip manicure I requested when the service was done. They began asking other customers to look at my nails to see if they looked ok. How unprofessional is that. I have had hundreds of manicures and have never had an issue at any other place. It has been a week and I have already had to have them removed since they were chipping and breaking.I live in a very large community in Bonney Lake and I made sure to Let others know about this experience and no one had one good thing to say about your salon, basically go anywhere else. I wish I had asked before I tired you out. Maybe in addition to working on the services you provide, also listen to your clients and what they are asking you for and showing you. Bringing other clients into your issue is ridiculous. If your looking for a professional food quality salon, choose any salon but this one. Pretty Nails in the Walmart parking lot is amazing!

Hate that the owner is in everyones face, seems like a stressful work environment which is stressful for customers. Gals did a decent job, but theyre expensive compared to other, better, local places.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a while!

They were so much more gentle than any nail salon Ive ever been to it was so nice, they were also very nice and did an amazing job!

I was going on a 2 week trip & dropped my Credit card there as I left. I didnt notice for several days, then called home to check. 410 Nails was the last place I remembered using it. I sent my Son-In-Law to check, & they just beamed as they produced it. I LOVE this business, and fully recommend it. They are excellent.

Salon was very clean and staff was extremely friendly! They were following all COVID-19 guidlines and I was able to feel safe and be able to relax.

Went in for the first time and my experience was fabulous! Got the spa pedicure and a dip manicure, both turned out flawless. Anne provided exceptional service for the pedicure and the leg massage was to die for. Cindy did my nails at the same time as the pedicure and she was very focused on the details to ensure I was happy every step on the way.

Paid an extra $5 for “longer nails” and they told me to get a new set after they were done with painting. 4 of my nails broke off the next day. Very unhappy with this.

BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICES NOT TO MENTION THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED, SCREW WHAT YOU WANT. NAILS ARE UNEVEN WITH THE POWDER, SHAPE. I FELT LIKE I WAS AT A COLLEGE CLASS. WILL NEVER GO BACK. RUDE!

Everyone was nice and made an effort to talk to us and get to know us. The salon was clean, bright and not too busy and the prices were very reasonable. They did a great job shaping and painting my nails and gave a really good foot/leg massage. This will be my new regular place on the plateau.

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because I really loved the unique nails I got, for about a week. After that, they started falling off. I’m just now ready for a fill, but 6 out of 10 nails have come off. They came off easily, painlessly, and sometimes without me even noticing. I will definitely not be returning to this salon!

Been going here for 5 years now and love this place and the people who work there! They are all very nice and friendly the place is clean and theres rarely much wait time! I get the shellac and they tend to last better than anywhere else Ive tried in the area!

This is my go to place to get my pedicure. Always able to get in and Ive never been disappointed. But need to work on English, hard to understand.

Been going here for over a year. Switched salons for one that provided better service. Ownership or maybe management changed at some point and noticed the service wad not as good. Staff are friendly but it takes way too long to get a fill, I got swithched around between 2 to 3 people, and at times just left waiting in a chair for a half an hour or more even with an appointment. Simply takes too long most times to get in, BUT good selection of polishes, types of nail designs, clean, and reasonnably priced.

Love this place. Friendly staff and great service. I get their spa pedicure, includes hot stones, scrub, mask, hot wax etc.They also have a reasonable price for kids pedis, take my children in with me - they make them feel special.Also like the punch card they have for customers

This nail salon is always busy. Call ahead and make an appointment. Was happy with the service provided. Prices and treatments were typical for nail salons in the area

I got my nails done a week ago, which one needed a whole new nail. And that new nail broke today! Im a stay at home momma so I am not doing nothing crazy Im not banging my nails into anything and I didnt slam it on anything so there was no reason for it to break. Im super upset I spent 37$ on my nails just to have to go to someone else a week later to get them fixed.

Nice people but the nails are ok at best. They need to have better options. And they are very slow:(

At first they were pretty good, but this past time they cut one toe and the shape is all messed up. Its almost like they are in such a hurry they try to get you out as fast as possible.

Daughter liked her nails and felt they put in more effort to deliver what she wanted. The shop is clean and bright with 7 spa pedicure massage chairs and six manicure stations.

Only giving two stars because they were friendly. I went in just to get my nails taken off and they didn’t even soak them, they were trying to rip them off so carelessly I cried. After seeing my reaction they soaked them and I left there with some acrylic still all over my nails and glue everywhere and they charged me $10. Lmao

I showed up with no appointment and I was in the chair within a minute, I thought it was going to be a good experience until the girl putting on my acrylics stoped half way through and asked me to pay! I can understand if she didnt want me to get my paint messed up afterwards but she wouldnt let me pay with a credit card, despite the sign saying they accept Visa cards! I barely had enough cash in my purse and when I gave it to her she counted it and quickly shoved it in a drawer. My nails ended up disappointedly misshapen and the paint job wasnt that sharp ether. Overall a very odd experience. Would not go there again.

Wish i would have read the reviews before i spent thw money. I got right in but left wanting to cry. I had a full swt of acrylics done and they are the worst set of nails iv ever had. They are thick and bigger then my nail bed uneven and so ugly i will have to spend more money to have them fixed. Will never go back there again.

Grandbabies had a good time

Three hours for a manicure. They were busy, I get it. They had a guy who was not a nail technician remove my Polish, left me soaking in water for forty minutes. When I left my nails looked like a five year old did them. No one speaks or understands English so it does no good to complain.

Worst place I have ever gone! I waited 45 minutes with my nails half painted while the ladys did a pedicure for someone who came in after me. The nails are horribly shaped. The lady was very rude! This was the worst experience and the worst nails I have ever gotten. A refund would be necessary for how bad of a job they did

I asked specifically for squared nails and she made them round. For an Mani and polished over priced I believe
