35 for a fill seems kind of pricey. Snooty about my existing nails, like she was talking down on the competitor, but mkay.. Nobody informed the color I chose was gel (didnt mention on their color card or anything) but Id have been fine with the unusually high price if there werent mistakes on every other finger and theyd at least checked on shaping before going at it with the file. Or after a few fingers, or... at all.... The shaping wasnt the round I had, more pointed and narrow now and there are spots where the set cuts in from my natural nails, they didnt when I went in, tried to show in the pics on sides of fingers. Paint job shabby and rushed, not even the whole nailbed is painted on some. Did great on brow wax though, may go back just for that. Also no wait but Id have rather waited for better quality than look at these for a week till I rip them off and get a new full set at my regular place.

My first experience of this salon was uncomfortable for two reasons - my answer wasnt respected when asked if I wanted gel, I decline. I did have gel on my toes at the time, but, didnt want any this time. The lady, however, chose not to listen to me and got gel anyway, simply because it had already been on my toes. An automatic up charge to my wallet! I did not argue because I just wanted to relax and enjoy the self care time I was looking for. The other issue was when I got my manicure, I noticed the manicurist was using tools from a sterilization pouch that had not been sealed or even had the adhesive protector removed in order to seal it for sterilization purposes. Being in Healthcare, I know how to properly sterilize instruments. I found this to be very unnerving to say the least. Im hoping the pouches werent just for show. Not going back.

I love love LOVE this nail salon. They are always very friendly, nails are affordable (even a full set of Acrylic nails!) and they make you feel like you belong. Once they accidentally pushed my cuticle too far and it started to bleed, but they were very apologetic and made sure I was okay. They even disinfected the wound. If you want a nice place to get nails done on a vacation, or just feel like being pretty, I would highly reccomend this place.

2nd time i have been here in 5 years, mainly since I dont live in the area & the lady who did my nails did them PERFECTLY! I usually always have one nail that doesnt look right or its crooked, but I dont have that issue at ALL! phenomenal!

I came in with my mother yesterday on Mothers Day to get manicures and pedicures. A chunk of my big toe was cut. The women doing my nails couldnt get it to stop bleeding. During my manicure she got under the table 3 times to clean my toe of all the blood. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY for cutting me. On top of a bloody crusty toe the job was done sloppy. Had it not been Mothers Day I absolutely would have complained but I didnt want to ruin the day for my mom. BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!!! Do look at my past reviews I hardly if ever leave a negative review about a business. This review is 100% deserved.The pictures Ive added are 2 from when I got home and 2 from the next morning.

My daughter and I had a appointment to get pedicures and a full gel set, they seated us right away but didnt even start on my daughter until I was completely done with my pedicure that took 30 mins the lady that did my pedicure did great but I was irritated that my daughter had to wait. Then when I went to get my full gel set the lady rushed threw my nails missing parts of my nails and painting over my cuticles 😠😠 then when all was finished she tried to get me for 20 bucks pretending like she didnt know how to count cash back. I will not be going back.

Ive been going to Love Fx for over 15 years. Amy is the best at pedicures and Kevin can please the pickiest person with their nails. I love that they talk to me in english. I love that they remember my mom I brought in two years ago when she was visiting and they still ask how she is. I love that if I happen to have to bring in my kids, they are great with them. No one is perfect every time. But if you tell them there is a problem i have never once seen them ignore it or not try their hardest to fix it. They stay up to date on the latest trends and have so many colors to choose from. I cant give enough compliments to them and all of their caring staff. I definetly think it is an unappreciated job and have seen them treated extremely rude on numerous occasions lately. I am grateful for them and their superb service over the years .

Went here for the first time since moving to the area and was really impressed. The nail tech didn’t ignore my latex allergy like some places have, she did quality detailed work. My service felt neither too long or short despite the large amount of people they had in. This place is great!

Ive been coming here for years and they treat me with respect, courteous service. Not always quick, but Id rather have my nails done right anyway. They do a great job, know me by name and are super nice too. That theyre open on Sundays too is a bonus.

I had an awful experience with this salon a year ago but I decided I’d give them another chance. Boy was that a waste of my time. I went in for a gel fill and to get my nails shaped. They proceeded to tell me that because I want 2 different colors (not designs mind you) that it will be an extra $10 because it takes longer. Then they said because I want different shaped nails (I had square, I wanted coffin), it will be another $10 because of time. To top it off, since they were repairing 2 broken nails it would be another $10. $60?!! Because it would take more time!? I walked out. Do NOT step foot in this salon. There are plenty of other nail salons in Bonney Lake to choose from. 8th Day Nails got me in right away and offered me complimentary espresso. Don’t waste your money on Love Fx!!!!!

Cindy is the best pedicure lady ever! First off i was super late (5 min till closing) but they stayed open just so i could get in. I love the way my toes look, since they stayed open late i made sure to give a big tip. Thanks so much

Busy busy place, but they do a great job! I went in a few weeks ago and Kevin was able to fix my terrible terrible nails! They were too thick and the wrong shape. I thought I was going to need to have them all removed and start over, but nope. Kevin worked magic.I came back again today, and once again excellent job.

Just moved to the area and looked for nail places close to me and found this place. Great first impression, the ladies were very friendly and got me and my daughters in right away. All 3 ladies did a really good job and we came out loving our nails! I found my new salon! :)

Ive been to a few other nail salons in the area, since I recently moved to Bonney Lake. This is by far the best service Ive received. I called them late Saturday evening, they said come in we will stay open. Amy was very generous. I have been picky in my past about tips. I asked Amy once, and she did exactly what I wanted. Absolutely no complaints... will be going back there from now on.

Im kind of disappointed in this place. Everything felt rushed (when I had called and made an appointment) changed people 4 times from getting in. I set up for afull manicure! And was charged $35 just for them to trim my nails and do a dip color....not a full manicure no soaking, no massage, no nothing. $35 to just do a color is a little fricken ridiculous if I knew it was going to be like that I wouldve gone somewhere else. Honestly still cant believe that! Id save your money and time and spend it some where they will actually take their time and appreciate your money!

I recently moved to Bonney Lake, and I was on the hunt for a new nail salon near by. Everyone was closed on Sunday and I gave Fx Nail salon a call and they said theyll take me in, even when it was passed their closing schedule. I came in they took their time and wow I am impressed with their work. My nails look amazing! Ill be coming again.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a year now and always walk out happy with my nails.

I went for a basic mani/pedi today. They reuse the same pumice bar on everyone—um gross. They use a brush with soap on your foot and then clean the pumice with the brush and then set both in the clean bucket—um gross. They have every dip their feet in the paraffin wax container instead of dumping some into a bag—um gross. They don’t use a base primer for regular polish but that was the least of my worries.

Will not be back. Made an appointment for my friends birthday to get pedicures. When we arrived, we were told we needed to wait. After 15 minutes they were ready. As my feet were in the water, I noticed they washed tools they had used on someone’s feet with the nail brushes at the sink, that people use to clean their nails while getting fills or sets done. The woman doing my feet stopped mid way because another lady complained about having to wait past her appt time. So, she stopped my feet and went to someone else, no words given..no explaining.Moral of the story:GrossNot hygienicMis-managed appointments

I am honestly *shocked* to see people having a negative experience, and wonder if they rated to correct nail shop….The first time I ever went everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years (you could consider me a junkie!) and Kevin does the best work with acrylic I’ve ever seen. He takes pride and care in his work, and the first time he was very patient with me. I like my nails PERFECT (I hate when they get too thick, uneven, the French manicure crooked, dirt under the nails, etc.) and he listened to me throughout every step of the process.Kevin and Amy treat me as if we are family and when I bring my 2 year old in, they always tell me to relax and they will keep an eye on the baby. They even remember the smallest details I cannot (what color I got 5 months ago—who knows that?) and are.They do the best job on manicures and acrylics, they stay longer than other salons I have been too. My acrylics hold up though typing (majority of my job), my 2 year old, cutting open boxes (no lie!) and last for 4-5 weeks without a fill. I honestly get complements on my nails from women on the street, bus, grocery store, asking where I get my nails done.This is family-owned local shop and I continue to support them. I moved to Seattle about 3 years ago, and still drive all the way to Bonney Lake to get my nails done. People think I’m crazy to go so far, but when you find such a unique shop with great price ($15 fill—love!) like LoveFX you can’t help but continue to go. My family and friends pile in the car and take a drive for manicures (Amy), pedicures (Julie or Kim), acrylics (Kevin), and we wouldnt go anywhere else!STRONG RECOMMENDATION: Make an appointment in advance. There are so many women who continue to go to the shop, and spaces fill quickly. Saturdays they are often swamped, so be patient—its definitely worth the wait! The overall customer service and skill really sets them apart from other nail salons.

Everytime I come to this place cindy (i think her name is Cindy- third chair on the right side), is so sweet! I am very particular about my nails but I tip well and I LOVE her quality work and how she tries to remember things about me.. It had been months since Id been in!

Usual nail lady wasnt there and didnt call in So I was assigned to someone else after waiting about 35-40 minutes after my initial appointment. Wish they would have knocked 10 off seeing as I had to wait for quite a while but no. I paid the whole $54... However rude I felt that was, I know how things get when theyre swamped. Not an excuse for lack of responsibility or dedication to your customers..... I was pleased with the outcome of my nails. Just make sure to make it clear what you want, and usually all goes well. All in all, 4 stars due to mishap; were only human otherwise.

Bittersweet, Normally I go to the gentleman that owns it to get my full sets, however he seemed to busy sitting in his cell. The lady who did my nails constantly jerked and pulled ny fingers then shoved my hands back at me when she was done. Stuck headphones in her ears and talked on the phone the entire hour I was there. Almost every nail is uneven or slanted. And the price was more than I usually pay. During all this I watched co workers clean the chairs and tables. Really disappointed. Time to find a new nail salon! :/

My daughter got a gel manicure and within 3 days they were peeling up. Not worth the cash I paid.

Hands down the worst pedicure Ive ever had. We made apts for pedi/manis. They took a walk in at same time as us and made us wait for 30min to get pedi chairs. When we finally got seated they were filling up my tub with dirty water that had someone elses dead skin floating in it. I asked for tub to be cleaned and they wanted to argue my tub was cleaned. They did not trim or cut cuticles...kept having me hold and move my leg. Not relaxing at all. Foot massage was 2min and was them just slapping my foot and leg. ( probably because I called them out on dirty tub) Place was dirty, worn and unkept.

To be completely honest giving them even one star is giving them credit. I went into their salon yesterday evening to get my nails done for prom this week and when I went in there I got seat and I told the lady that my thumb hurt so be gental with it cause my really nail broke off way to short and took off some skin. Let me tell you they were not gental at all. She barley talked and she was rude when she did. I even jerked my hand back several times cause it hurt and she was still rude about it. When I was done my fingers were bleeding and so sore that it hurt to do anything that involved my fingers. I had said something to her able my bleeding fingers and she wiped the blood of and proceeded to tell me it was $30 for the crap work they did. I went home after and had to soak my hands in warm water... My nails are also uneven and there were glue all the way up on my knuckles and I had to go home and clean up there work... Looks like Im never going back there

Wish 0 stars were an option--made an appointment for a pedicure, sat there with my feet in freezing water for about 40 min til I just got up and left. If you cant take on the clientel..just say NO. If you want low quality service come right on in.

This place was one of the best nail salons Ive ever gone to. Kevin and Amy are always super friendly, and normally take their time at their job and do a great job. But I went in two days ago to get one of my nails fixed because my real nail underneath had come loose from the acrylic, and somehow at my old job, (cuz working at mcdonalds Id always be lifting, and accidentally hitting my nails on stuff even if I just had them done short) it had lifted and cracked across my fake nail, and was very close to coming off. So I came in the day of to have it fixed. Unfortunetly I came in at a busy time but wasnt able to come in any earlier. I waited for about 20 minutes or so and then Kevin came to see what needed to be fixed and said oh! Easy fix! I thought he was going to take the paint off, file it down, put more powder on over the crack, file it more then paint it, and top coat. But no. He half-assed it and put more glue on my real nail underneath, and put top coat over the cracked nail and called it good. I was very disappointed. I know they were busy, but I dont think thats an excuse. It looked like crap, and I had an important family event the next day. And today my cracked nail snagged on my hair and it came all the way off. So the only reason Im giving this place three stars is because I went in today, and they fixed my nail up good, and for free of course. Its a shame because I know someone whos been going there for nine years and she always has her nails done perfect. Its been a great place, and I really like Kevin and Amy but after this I think Im done here and I may not come back.

First off if I could put no stars I would second I was a returning customer who was unsatisfied with there work I had to get 1 nail fixed and I was there for over an hour because I wasn’t paying to get my nail fixed they made me wait way to long they would stop in then middle of doing my nail and go help the other lady’s when I ONLY HAD ONE NAIL TO BE FIXED I spent to much money here to be this unsatisfied I’m very angry and my nail didn’t even come out even to the other ones I do not recommend this nail place at all and I will not be going back so not waste your time or money.

I went back after 2 days because 2 toenails chipped and 1 fingernail (gel). Now Im less than a week out and another toe chipped and another nail. I will not return again!
