Stylist was super helpful and actually listened and did what I asked. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Daughter asked if this is where she can go from now on so a specific stylist can cut her hair from now on. Very happy. Definitely will be going back.

They all were doing a good job and were quick getting people in and out but a few of them didnt smile and didnt seem very friendly.

Shaniece is a treasure!!! She literally sat on the floor to cut my four year olds hair. He was having a hard time and she got on his level, talked to him as the person in charge of his body, and not like a little kid that needed to listen to the adult in charge. She was so patient and did an incredible job! I think my son has a stylist now .. as hes already asked about her twice today.

My son has been wanting a specific hair cut and we finally found someone we can go to every time. Erica Meade us feel right at home and took such good care of him. She took the time to really listen to what how he wanted his cut and she got did it perfect as he said. He is ten these things matter now 😉 I would highly recommend Erica to anyone!

I have went to multiple barber shops in Lansing and Jackson and saint johns and none of them know how to do a fade. I moved from pa so I had to find a barber cause you know I gotta have a nice skin fade nobody has been able to do it and one barber shop up here actually cut my ear so bad it bled for about an hour but I gave this sport clips a try and was not disappointed. I just wanted to give credit to the girl who cut my hair and my short term memory won’t allow me to remember her name but she does a great job and it’s a very friendly atmosphere there.

Ive been a loyal customer since this location opened. I have been happy with their service and continue to visit this location exclusively, Kels does an excellent job. My only complaint is the recent change to their military discount, which came as a surprise. This was after they already raised their prices this year. Im always happy & thankful to receive any discount since it should not be expected, but abruptly changing the policy and only finding out at checkout after services have been rendered is not ok. Ill still get my hair cut at this location, but will need to adjust the frequency that I visit and services I choose in order to better fit my budget since Im on a fixed income as a disabled veteran. Other than my minor complaint, this is a clean location that provides great service and would still recommend that you visit.

I was having issues trying to check in online. Was not working for me. So, i called. They refused to simply put my name on the board lol. Come on guys. With the amount of money you charge for a hair cut. You would think they could atleast help you out. I guess Ill go else where.

Daughter, grandson and I went up here (off of Canal) toget out hair cut. daughter went in first. the stylist that has grocho mark eye brows was super rude to my daughter when she was not sure if she was in their system-she came back-and we went down the street to Grand Ledge Meijer salon-much friendlier!!

The service at Sport Clips is Top Notch and Mary did an amazing job cutting my hair. She always takes time to make sure it is perfect. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone seeking a haircut

I found her completely by accident and shes been stuck dealing with me since. It has been years now. I will only let her cut my hair.

I had a great experience my first visit at Sport Clips in West Lansing. My hairdresser, Tina, was exceptional. She understood what it was I wanted in my hairstyle, despite failing to articulate it very well, and even though I had confidence in her abilities, my expectations were entirely surpassed! Not only do I think this is the best haircut Ive ever received, everyone else I know thinks so too! The compliments Ive received are especially impressed by the cut and style, which I will also attribute to Tinas recommended product for my type of hair, which is now by far the best product Ive used! Frankly, Ive always struggled to get a handle over my hair and get a look I want thatll hold all day. Now, thats no problem thanks to stopping in at this location. Thank you, Ill certainly be back!

Hair stylist was really new; I realized that in a few minutes after sitting. Hair cut was not evenly, it was like patches. I tried to be patient and told her to fix it one by one. I was verifying and told her. She was also supportive and fixed it - one positive point that’s worth mentioning. However I wouldn’t want to be scapegoat for someone to learn their business.

I took my son to get his second haircut here and he is only one years old. His stylist handled him with this best care he got to sit on my wifes lap which made him more comfortable. He didnt cry and she was very delicate. I had my haircut there as well I was very impressed. The entire staff is amazing they treat you with care and compassion. I definitely recommend this barber shop to adults and children. It is a little high priced but no more than what you would pay for a normal haircut and you get a massage, a hot towel, and complete relaxation for the price you pay. Completely worth it nothing but thumbs up for Sport clips location on W. saginaw.☺

At first, I thought my 1 year olds hair cut looked eh when they were done. Wasnt that impressed, but I was looking more at the mediocre at best hair cut of his bangs. Then again, I know my son is 1 and he was moving, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It wasnt until I got home that I realized the back of his hair looked god awful. His hair has a HUGE chunk missing on the left side and it is terribly uneven. Went back for a refund because it really isnt fixable and the MANAGER told me thats just the way his hair was curling at the time, not like we can break out the trimmer and do fades on a one year old either by the way, sorry. Well, by the way, I just wanted a trim for his birthday party in two day. I didnt want any fades or anything fancy. Like I said, going in my standards were pretty low, but they managed to hit rock bottom with their attitude and service after all was said and done. 1 star, do not recommend for kids.

While the lady that cut my sons hair was very nice, his hair now looks so ridiculous that I’ll probably have to just buzz it off. It’s extremely uneven and his bangs look like they were cut with hedge clippers. I could have done a better job myself.
