I found this place on a Saturday. They have been absolutely amazing with my car repairs! Fast, convenient and very affordable.

I sent my employee here and they took great care of him and had him right back on the road. I took one of my fleet vehicles in for new calipers, rotars and pads great job and completed on schedule. I then took my personal truck in for a wheel vibration that other shops did not want to attempt on my 22 inch fuel rims. These guys got it done and fixed alignment that was off on front right wheel. The truck has never felt soo good. Highly recomend this place.

What a great company and great service they provide. Called in and he couldn’t help me right away but said he could squeeze me in the next day. He called back 5 minutes later and told me that my van has a recall on that very same part and if I took it in to the dealership I could get it fixed for free. That’s the kind of service I expect from someone I had been going to for years. I never had gone to him and he easily could of went on his way and did anything else but he called me back and told me the truth. Honesty is the most important thing for me when it comes to a mechanic. And he has earned my trust forever! Keep it up!

Excellent! Highly recommend. After repeated frustrating attempts with Tire Rack and Tires Plus to have new tires put on my car I visited Affordable Auto and Tire. The service manager Jeff was professional and very knowledgeable, while the Hunter Road Force technician was extremely skilled and customized the tire balancing to my old sports car. After searching all over Naples/Bonita for a reputable Hunter Road Force technician...This is the best!Ill go back to them to service my car....and suggest you give them a try.

Took my Honda in for a free safety inspection too see what they would find, because I was just at the dealership for a recall. The dealership gave me a list of things they said that needed to be done. (Brakes, Tune Up, Timing Belt Job, Fluid Flushes, two front tires and alignment.) Cost $2,400.00Affordable did find the same things needed based on mileage and worn parts.They estimated the job at $1,750.00.I was in total shock! That was $650.00 cheaper! The manager also told me he would throw in a free oil change.I agreed to have them do the work. I must say I wish all auto repair shops were like this one. The owner Luis and his manager tony are the reason why i tell everyone to come here. My car kept having stalling issues and not only do they drive you home and back, but the price for the repair was almost less than half than other repair shops I called. They always save me whenever Im in trouble and I am very happy I have a shop i can trust to do honest and great work! Keep it up!!

NO, NO, NO!!! I paid for a wheel alignment and when I drove away it was still pulling. Mistakes a fine, but two days later I drove an hour to have it redone the owner decided he didnt want to correct the alignment or refund my money. He threw my keys at me across the counter and told me to get out. As I was leaving he said, God bless you! I looked back and asked him, do you know who sent me? My Pastor sent me here! I was so upset by his outrageous behavior that my hands where shaking. I have no respect for men who treat women a certain way, but would NEVER talk to another man in the same manner. My Pastor said, this is the second time he heard of this man treating someone with this type of behavior and he would no longer be using him or recommending their services. If you are a woman, expect to be talked down to and disrespected if you take your vehicle there without a man with you!!!

I work next door to them. I was doing my oil change and needed a small gasket removed from my oil filter. Without hesitation they did that. I wasn’t even a customer of theirs and look how they treated me. It says a lot about their character. I wish them longevity with their business.

My family and I just recently moved to the area, and I was having car problems and my neighbors suggested I bring my car to Affordable Auto, I went in and they took my car right into the shop, to take a look at the vehicle and to tell me what is wrong with it. They offered to take me home and also pick me up, so I wouldnt have to wait for the vehicle which I thought was pretty cool, not a lot of shops offer that service ! They then told me what was wrong with my vehicle and explaining everything to me, and also taking me into the shop to look under the vehicle and to show me what was wrong. They then helped me out with the cost of the repair and I then told them to go ahead and do the work. Nothing but friendly counter men at the front desk! Once the vehicle was done with the repair I then came to the shop and my van was cleaned inside and out ! They gave me a free car wash and detail inside and out ! I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND KINDNESS ! They have gained a regular customer from now on ! I recommend going to Affordable Auto for any of your car needs ! After going to a big car dealership for an oil change, my 87 year old mom was told she needed to replace the front brake pads and rotors, back brake pad and rotors, and the oil pan at a cost of $2000. “It was dangerous to drive”. My mechanic in a different state told me even if all the repairs are needed, they are charging twice as much as he would charge. He told me about Affordable Auto, where we went for a second opinion. Joe told us we only needed to replace 1 of the 3 things. The other 2 were fine. He did recommend that we put an undercoat on the undercarriage to protect it from further salt damage. ($75.00-worth it!)It is so nice to find an honest car mechanic who does great work, charges reasonable prices, and was as outraged at the deceptive scare tactics my mom received at the car dealership as I was. Joe even sent a text to me with before and after pictures of the repairs for my peace of mind. A great experience!

First I was quoted $25 to install a battery (just the price of installation(including replacing one terminal with my parts)While I was waiting the price went up to $49 plus tax.Not the way to conduct business!

Great service. Fair price. These guys have been servicing my vehicles for a couple years now. They do a good job and theyre really reasonable. They get it out in a timely manner as well. Ive been satisfied with every job theyve done for me so far.

My car needed tires, but the 20 inch rims meant a short sidewall, and I wasnt loving the ride. Alan worked with me to find a solution that would give me a better ride without having to swap out the rims, and he coordinated with Brian to set me up with an appointment. When the work was done (including an oil change, new rear brakes, an alignment, and some other stuff), I noticed the obligatory funny noise after I left with the car. I brought it back the next day, and Brian got the problem fixed at no charge, even though they had to take the rear wheels off and disassemble the whole brake assembly on both sides.That is the kind of customer service that will bring me back to Affordable.

When I moved to Florida, I wasnt sure where to go for my cars issues. I asked someone who has lived here for a while and she said after trying out countless auto shops, she trusts Affordable. Hank is absolutely wonderful. He even remembered me the second time I came in months later. Hell actually explain whats wrong with your car and the best route to take to fix it, not the most expensive route. One time I had an issue that required 19 hours of labor and he only charged me for 1/4 of that. Now i have to say it was very odd circumstances and it was probably because of the exact nature of that problem, but it still let me know a lot about the place. While in the waiting room an elderly man came in telling them about a certain sound he wasnt sure about. They test drove it and i heard them talking to the guy telling him why it was not imperative to fix anything and it was a normal sound for his make and model. Almost any other shop would just take advantage. Ill never go anywhere else.

These guys are dishonest and crooks. Went in for oil change and tire rotation only on a vehicle with 14,000 miles on it. I came to pick it up and they had it on the alignment rack and telling me it needed an alignment. I never asked to have it checked and the tires were not showing any irregular wear. Tony told me that they check alignment on all $29.95 oil changes, which ended up being over sixty bucks. Stay far away from these guys and I feel bad for the people cheated by them and didnt realize it. You give honest shops a black eye. Shame on you.

One of them had every bay empty yet they told us they were booked. We stumbled on Affordable Auto & Tire. A mom and pop. 40 minutes before closing. Without hesitation they took us in. I cannot thank Jeff Russom enough for his kindness and for exhausting his resources until he found the part that we needed. Horrible customer service. Brought my grandfathers car for an oil change and they refused to use my grandfathers card (brought registration and everything to prove its my grandfathers car). Even after explaining that my grandfather is elderly and not very mobile they told me to Go get him! ... and it took an 75 minutes for the oil change and I had an appointment! Go to Jiffy on S. Tamiami trail for better and faster service! Oil changes take 20 min or less when I do them myself or have Jiffy Lube do the job. I went here to take advantage of their free diagnosis and estimate; they werent the best price for brakes and rotors, so I went elsewhere for that work. I go back to them for an oil change to give them some of my business and they rudely kicked me out. They are clearly a greedy all or nothing repair shop. DO NOT GO THERE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR FREE DIAGNOSIS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK!! IF THEY DONT DO THE WORK, THEY WILL NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!!!!

When my car overheated, I went to them as they are in my neighborhood. They were professional & friendly, & the office was very clean. Indeed, my radiator had a leak. Original equipment, 10 year old car. They drove me home, then picked me up when the work was done. Very reasonably priced. To top it off, yesterday they called to see if everything was working correctly! Wow, thats a 1st. Im a happy customer & will use them again.

Only the person with this company has the means to get into their Ad is the one that is able to put it there or remove it. They also lied to me about not knowing what was wrong with my air conditioner.Last night, while explaining how I did my own research eliminating things, the man at the desk stated, He knew this and that worked. Then he told me what the problem was. Why all the lies?I walked, and I dont believe all of these good reviews. Any business can write phony ads...check out the bad ones, and on the ones on Yelp as well.

My daughter went there today to have brakes checked. When she was going to leave they got upset and tried pressuring her into letting them do the brake work. They told her five hundred for front brakes and rotors. Two hundred seventysix for rear. They told her the whole system needed to be replaced. She has never dealt with this before she is in college and young they could have handled the situation better instead of with pressure and anger. She stopped and called me and her dad. We are going to fix the vehicle or get a reliable mechanic. She was almost crying when she called and she is not usually like that. Disappointed in this place

I arrived at Affordable Auto & Tire Service with a coupon in hand for a semi-synthetic oil change. Upon inspection, they found that I also needed a serpentine belt and rear brake rotors/pads. I knew they were being honest about the brakes because my NC Honda dealership had advised to replace them over a year ago! And I asked if the serpentine belt would cause a squealing noise when I drove through standing water (and the temporarily loss of power steering).....they said yes, absolutely and also it would leave me stranded if the cracked, loose belt broke! They offered to honor a coupon for the brake service......and even dropped me off to shop and picked me up when the service was complete! They were very courteous, honest and professional! I will recommend them to anyone! My car drives and brakes perfectly now!

Actually, this is Peg Athanas, Robs wife. I take the car in when it needs an oil change or repair so have the first hand knowledge of Affordable Auto and Tires service. My understanding is that they opened under the current name and ownership 4 1/2 years ago. We have used them for 4 years now. I was referred by my sister who stopped in on a whim for an oil change. She was so impressed she called to let me know she could not have been happier with their service and courtesy. Therefore, I went when we needed service and have been using them ever since. We bought our car new and have had it for 9 years now. Obviously problems escalate with age; some overt and some hidden. AA&T has helped me understand which issues can be deferred and which need resolved, particularly safety issues. They not only describe them, they demonstrate them to me. My husband is quite knowledgeable about cars and has never objected to what they cited after hearing and seeing the problem(s). Their prices are always fair and reasonable. Again, my husband can be quite the cynic when it comes to auto repair shops and he has been as impressed as I in AA&Ts equitability. Jeff, Hank, Wayne, Eddie, Ryan, and anyone associated with the shop who I may have omitted are first class. Affordable Auto goes above and beyond the basic standards of service and I am hard pressed to imagine circumstances which would compel us to take our car anywhere else.

I have a high performance Camaro I am very picky with who works on my vehicle since its a high-performance car it needs a lot of maintenance therefore I have been to many shops in the Naples area and Bonita area this shop by far has the best prices and they will stop at nothing to get you what you desire they treat your car as if it was their own its a family ran business and I would recommend to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle I will be installing tires on my Ford Taurus SHO tomorrow through this business

Affordable Auto and Tire Service in Bonita Springs told us we needed new front rotors calibers pads along with a new break line it was going to cost 700+ dollars. took the car across the street to tuffy they said that we were lied to and showed us themselves that the caliber was fine it was not locked and there was nothing wrong with the car. this place should be shut down. not the only bad experience with them we just caught on to them this time!

Honesty and integrity must be in their company policy. Went in for what I thought was going to be a very expensive problem and they where able to fix it for less then 100$.

I went to get the belt changed on my car. I made an appointment and got there early. Instead of letting me know they were running behind so i can make plans to come back, they had me sitting there for 45 minutes. I went up to ask why a 15 minute job was taking so long and they said it was because they ordered the wrong part and it should be there any minute. Another 30 minutes go by and I told them I would pick it up later. When I get back to pick it up, it is the only car in a puddle. There were 4 other cars there so it wasnt like they ran out of parking spaces. I just paid and had to walk in the puddle to get to the door and drive off. Never again going to this place.

These guys are incompetent mechanics, they are liars and scam artists!!!! Stay far away!!! Took my truck there to have a oil leak fixed. They told me it needed new gaskets on oil pan and valve covers, charged me little over $500. The morning after I picked it up there was a huge puddle of oil underneath it. Took it back, they told me it needed a main rear seal replaced, charged me another $800. So after spending close to $1400, it still leaks oil!!!!! This shop ripped me off big time!!UPDATE: After getting loud and raising hell, the owner of the shop reimbursed me $800!!

Ive been to Affordable Auto and Tire twice since living in Florida and had great experiences. I didnt have a scheduled appointment on either occasion but they were happy to fit me in. Down the earth staff and theyre honest and to the point with what needs and doesnt need attention with your vehicle .

These people are crooks, sent my wife to get an alignment, they told her my tie rods were very bad, they tried to intimidate her into getting a bunch of unnecessary work. they charged me for an alignment and didnt loosen not 1 bolt yo alight my car. I took it to my friends shop in Miami and he told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my inner or outer tie rods. They didnt even perform the alignment. Its very unfortunate they would do this to women or people they assume have no knowledge of cars. They stole $85 from me but Karma will get them though.

We were not happy with our recent repair with this company. We when in for a oil charge. After a few days we had oil on the driveway. So we returned to have them check the leak. They came back and said we need valve cover gasket. We said OK.So they did the job. That is when the problems started. We didnt have any leaks for the radiator befor they were working on the car. They told us there was something broken on the radiator. So we had to paid to replace the radiator. So our $500 plus bill went up to $850 bill. We feel they told advantage us because we were older people. Beside they didnt put the car back in good order. They didnt recharge the Air Conditioner and didnt put the all the bolts back in place. We had to paid someone else to fix the air and bolt. We will not use this company again.
