Lextech has been my go-to auto repair for 15+ years. I cant tell you how many times Ive driven in to check some warning light on my dash, only to leave will no bill. Everyone here is a Toyota/Lexus certified mechanic. But they work on all makes and models as far as I know. There are no surprises when you arrive to pickup your car. They also include a list of items that should be addressed and when. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

We were vacationing down in Bonita Springs, this past week (as we do almost every year). Late in the week, my wife got stranded as our 2009 Toyota would not shift out of neutral. Not a fun thing to happen anytime, but especially when you are not near home. After looking online, I assumed that there was something wrong with the gear shift cable. A friend has family in the area and recommended Lextech. We had the vehicle towed there, after confirming they could look at it. They were the most kind and supportive mechanic shop that I’ve ever been to. They completed the needed repair at a very fair cost, and we were back on the road in less than a day. This was good because we were headed home the next day. Thank you, Lextech!

The guys at the front counter are always very friendly and listen well. Our lexy was taken care of and fixed up nicely. The prices seems fair and reasonable and we never feel pressure to purchase more. They do make suggestions or recommendations and allow the freedom to do as much or little as you like or can afford. Check them out, they will treat you right.

Brought my lifted trucks in today for Jim the owner to work on getting it ready for 35” tires. Got my caster at full positive and we did a little bit of camber correction and got my toes right on track. It rides smooth and straight!! For a former Toyota and Lexus master tech this man knows his stuff and he’s very meticulous about his work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

If I could give Lextech a 10 star rating I would!! I drove across the state to visit my sister who had recently moved to Bonita Springs. When I arrived I parked my car in her garage and the next morning found a bunch of liquid under my car. I found the leak on a Friday and I needed to leave first thing Monday morning! I panicked because I have had some transmission issues with this car! My husband tried to call all the Ford dealers around, and no one would look at my car for about a week. I really needed to know if it was something simple from my long drive, or was my transmission about to blow! Someone had recommended Lextech to my sister, because they drive a Lexus, so I tried them. Darrel said they would try to fit it in, even though they were booked up. I took it over, and a few hours later they called to say it was all good, the coolant had over heated, and they refilled it (dont quote me on that, I am not mechanically inclined!) and they had checked my transmission and it was all good! They did not need to fit this out of towner in with a Ford, but they did and they were amazing!! They could have charged me a ton of money and they didnt, many places would have taken advantage of the situation! I told my Bonita Springs family to spread the word about this amazing shop! Thank you so much to Darrel and Jim for taking such good care of me and my Ford!

The people who work here are extremely helpful and friendly!! I work next door and theyve helped me out twice. Once when my battery died, they walked over and jump started me, and once when the uneven pavement tore some of my car undercarriage up, added some missing screws for no cost. I am not one to write reviews. However after this weeks service appointment I have to pass on my sanctification with there service technicians. I went in for my scheduled oil change where afterwords they checked over the rest of the car as requested. The only other thing wrong was my battery. They did a load test and found the battery was still functioning however was not to spec and was failing. I had not had an issue but in Florida the heat takes its toll on your battery. They went further and told me the battery was still under warranty but would have to be replaced by the dealer. I went to the dealer today where they preformed the same load test and Lextech was right. The battery was replaced at my dealer at no charge. Thank you Lextech for finding this and letting me know. I was getting ready for a trip and this could have caught me off guard at the wrong time. Do yourself a favor and stop going to those tire stores! I love the Lextechs professional service!Jerry

Took my Toyota Tundra here for service. Great experience! They treated me well and the service was done sooner than expected. Plus, they use BG Products, which means I get to keep the protection plan coverage on my truck. As someone who has experience working on vehicles, BG is the best, and it says a lot about a shop that only carries the best stuff. Jim, Darryl, and Steve treated me with the red carpet experience. This place has been excellent when it comes to the repair of our cars. After trying a few other places here in SWFL over the past few years, I dont take my cars anywhere else except Lextech.There prices are lower than other places and the service has always been personal and detailed. LexTech has been my go team for my auto service. I am particular and really want to find a service provider that takes care of their clients. I am not sure but i think it has been about 15 years, of rock solid service and actually friendship, as i look back on the different cars and years. However we moved from the Naples area to Ocala. There was a lot of good in this move but missing Jim Kunkle and his excellent, and caring team was hard to take. Oil changes that cost way too much, issues with going back for work not completed correctly. So i did make the 4 hr trip down to the Naples area to have my 100k maintenance work completed. Set up well in advance by phone Darrell the service manager said “NO”. You are not do yet. The Prius check up is at 120k miles and not 100k. My trip down was tied to some real estate issues and i came back with please... i understand and but when i come down just do the required work early.If you value your car(s) and quality this is the place to go to. They will quickly earn your trust and confidence. Super and unexpected surprises. When the car was completed they backed in into one of the service bays so that i would not get wet.

While Lex Tech specializes in Toyota/Lexus models, I bring my 1996 Dodge Viper classic to LT for maintenance. Having been in the automotive business and represented Vehicle Manufacturers for over 35 years, I can assure you LT is honorable and deserves a 10 Star rating.

Best service in town. Everyone pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been taking my Camry there since the dealer warranty ran out on my car. Lextech is much fairer and more reasonable than dealership. The owner (Jim) even helped me get my generator running before Hurricane Irma. He is a super guy, and seems like a great person to work for. He even mentions all his mechanics and staff in his ads. Thats the kind of person who gets and KEEPS top notch mechanics. I have no reservations in recommending Lextech to anyone looking for a reliable and fair place to take their car for service.

Took my 2011 Nissan versa in for strut hardware replacement. The Nissan dealer diagnosed the problem. Jim the owner took the car for a drive and came back with the same diagnosis. I had them do the repair and it was done right. Five thousand miles later and the car is still great. The only difference was the 300 bucks more the dealer wanted for the same repair. Clean professional shop . Highly recommend !!

Been taking my Lexus there for the past 4 years now. Knowledgeable mechanics and they charge you a fraction of what the dealership would. Extremely happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Lexus or Toyota.

Very happy each time we’ve had our Toyota there. First time we were there, they quickly got to our car, fixed what needed to be fixed but were very honest telling us when we didn’t need to fix something. Today we had it in with a tentative plan of replacing the transmission. Another service center said it was the transmission and they felt it was too and we were ready to have them replace it but their technician looked further and found the problem. Less than $200 fix instead. So nice to find such a trustworthy business.

Best option for Toyota and Lexus owners to get away from dealer prices

We have been taking our cars here for years. The honesty and friendliness are extraordinary. They go out of their way to do only the necessary repairs. We have brought our cars there after the dealer has said we need thousands of dollars of repairs only to find out they were not needed. They are efficient, knowledgeable and most accommodating. The new shop has state of the art equipment so all diagnosis and repairs are done per latest industry standards.

The mechanics here really know their stuff. They are honest, and they go out of their way to help their customers. Real master mechanics here! Very professional and honest!

I have been using them for several years for scheduled maintenance and couldnt be more pleased with the good service and fair prices, far better all around than the Acura dealer. Good scheduling so there are no delays and everyone is really friendly. Clean and comfortable waiting room with wifi.

My Lexus LS460 overheated and they took it in without an appointment. They were busy but made time for me. The amount of work was crazy. The car came back better then before. Can’t say enough about how they saved my butt. Recommend it to anyone with a Lexus issue.

Unauthorized charges to invoice for add on charge: BG FRIGI- FRESH.This spray without my consent was put into air intake! Toxic, hazardous fumes into car, caused headache and skin irratation. Google this product. I went in for and asked for a air cabin filter & they charged and added this spray....called and they did not solve the problem!....legal action pending....

WOW! Im truly impressed by the attention to detail and true respect for customers. I had my Toyota MR2 looked at by a local Toyota dealership for a strange noise the exhaust was making, when shifting in low gears. The assessment was a whole new exhaust system was required, which is obviously big bucks. I read customer reviews about Lextechs commitment to quality and customer excellence, so I had Steve and Darrell assess this issue as well. The team identified this noise was caused by simply rusted bolts around the exhaust. The guys didnt even charge me for their efforts! Not only will I be a repeat customer from now on - I will continue to express my sincere gratitude for this company. Id highly recommend having your vehicle serviced @ Lextech.

I would never trust ANYONE else!! Before Lextech I was ripped off and lied to SO many times since Im a woman with no knowledge of cars. They never recommend expensive unnecessary work. If you do need something, the work is always done on time and right. They consistently give more than I expect. They wash your car every time they work on it. They even offered to give me a ride to get some lunch while I wait for my car to be ready. When I bring my car to Lextech I feel total confidence and trust. Ive been a fan of Lextech and a devoted customer for seven years and I cant say enough great things about Lextech. Darrell and Jim and the Lextech crew are always professional and ethical in everything they do.

These guys are great, literally one of the best mechanics I have been to short of going to the dealership. I have an old Toyota Avalon, I was having a whole plethora of issues, the car would shimmy and pull, and the steering would creak when I make turns. I took it to a whole bunch of different shops, and they all were telling me something different, of which it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix. I took it Lextech, they took it in as a walk in, they drove it around and said that my tires should be rebalanced, 60+ and oil change later, my car is driving like it use to. theyve gained a customer for life.The labor rates of these guys are also the most reasonable I have found anywhere. They dont seem like a predatory shop by any means.Also, if youre a new customer they give you 10% off your bill.

I was referred by a friend who had been using them for years. I was in and out of there in a few minutes after they ran the trouble codes through the computer. Found out somebody had simply not tightened the gas cap which will light up trouble lights on the dashboard.The owner Jim Kunkle is THE best and the price was so reasonable I was shocked in a good way. Outstanding.

I thought a new battery was needed, but everything tested out just fine. My bill was $0. This is the only place I will get my Yaris serviced.

They replaced the transmission on my (ancient) Lexus a few weeks ago; when the car died yesterday - a busy Friday afternoon - they got me right in, were able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly, werent sure whether it had arisen during the transmission replacement, so they ASSUMED it did and waived all charges for repairing it (including having to keep the car overnight). Cant say enough in praise of Lextech. Cant encourage you strongly enough to AVOID confusingly-similar-sounding shop names and, if Lextech isnt your 1st stop, make sure at least to see them for a 2nd opinion before having your work done. HIGHLY likely their diagnosis will be more accurate and their charges lower. You will NOT be disappointed!Ive been a completely satisfied Lextech customer for over 13 years. (I cant believe I havent taken the time to write a Google review of it until now!) Ive always thought that a highly experienced, expertly knowledgeable, completely trustworthy auto mechanic is almost as important as an experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy doctor, given we take our lives (and others lives) in our hands when we drive our cars.Lextech has always met those all-important criteria and then exceeded them. Set an appt if you want work done on your car. This is a busy place, which is a good sign for a shop. Nice guys, professional and took care of my car with reasonable prices and no upsales.

Very disappointed, I had recommended this place to tons of people after my first service at this place.the staff were very friendly, and they seem professional until I found out that they are crooks.I took my car to Lextech because of a noise that was coming when stearing, so after the diagnosis they told me that I needed to replace the strut mounts of my car, so I went ahead and replaced them both, however, I noticed that my car was still making the noise right after, so moths later I took the car back to them, but off course they told me that the noise was from coming from something else, that I better off going to the dealer. Anyways, I was very dissapointed were their answer so I took it to the dealer and have it inspected, just to find out that Lextech never replaced my strut mounts, they probably just tight some bults or loose parts that got rid of the noise for couple of weeks.My advise is, if you are replacing cat parts, ask to disclose it on their invoice or tell them that you want to see the old parts from.youre car, so you dont experience the same problem.

The best honest local repair shop for Japanese cars. Can’t afford a new Acura so I bring mine here. Reasonable repairs by an honest experienced mechanic! Very friendly and polite too. They work on Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Acura, Nissan and Infiniti. They are by the Racetrac gas station by the Naples-Fort Myers Greyhound Racing & Poker facility.

Had an appointment for 9:00AM, Friday, March 24th, 2017. I dropped off car at 8:45AM and stated that I wouldbe back between 10:30AM and 11:00AM. I was told that it might be ready sooner and if so they would call. When we arrived back at 10:55AM, the car haddnt even been taken in for service. The advisor had no comment. I took my car and will never go back. I have heard that Lexpert, on Rail Head, is better and more reasonable. Thats where I am going from now on!
