Paul did excellent work repairing my TV from the 1970s, and he did it for a very reasonable price. I cant imagine finding another place with the knowledge and willingness to do the repair. He was also very personable and took time to explain his repairs. Its still an old cathode ray TV, but the picture looks better than a 40+ TV has a right to. I would definitely recommend them.

I was able to find the parts to fix my TV and ordered them from their website. Shipping was quick and after the first set of parts were damaged and left unusable due to the post; this company helped and was able to get me a second set of parts quicker than the first and even beefed up the package to make sure it got to me undamaged. All-in-all I am thrilled to have found this company and will be ordering parts from them in the future.

I took in my year and a half old Vizio because the screen was getting very dark. Quick google search had led me to believe it was an issue with my LED strips. Sure enough that was the case. They had new LED’s on hand and were able to have my TV ready to go in only 2 days. Great customer service (spoke with Daniel and his father) and excellent repair time. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

One of my coworkers cut a customers power cord for there new LG TV by accident during a install. He called me not knowing what to do. Called around and only Alamo would come out right away. Rush job, same day, took off back of TV and soldered a new power cord on for only $100.00. Appreciate how quickly they took care of us and the fact that they didnt take advantage of us when they could have. Highly recommend.

This repair shop provides excellent service with integrity and honesty. I dropped off a broken 3y/o Vizio TV and they diagnosed it with a bad LCD panel. Unrepairable. They kept the tv for recycling, at no extra charge. Fast -forward a month, I discovered I had an extended warranty, which COSTCO said I didn’t have. My wife called, and to our surprise, they still had it. It was in the dump heap waiting for pickup. Daniel pulled it out and let us have it back. What amazing service. I definitely recommend bringing your broken TVs to Alamo TV Repair.

My wall mounted TV went out. Would not turn on. Was to big to bring it into the store so i needed some one to take a look at it. Paul come out and check my tv. Said the issue was with the Power Supply. Said he could rebuilt it and a week later came out to reinstall it. Helped me put the mounting bracket back on and put it back on the wall. Works great now. Excellent service and great communication. I plan on using Alamo TV Repair for any future TV problems.

Service was great! Brought our Visio in and had it fixed within 30 minutes! The website is great, too. It described the exact problem we were having, and we were convinced the tv could actually be fixed in this day and age of disposable products! Excellent!

My Samsung TV has been acting up for a few months now and I couldnt understand why it was happened. I had taken the same TV to Alamo last year for another problem. I was happy with the work that was done that I brought it back again. These guys are AWESOME! 3 Months ago to this day I took my TV in because the buttons messed up. Turns out I screwed up and destroyed my buttons module for my TV because I had bombed the house due to fleas infesting it.Not only did they fix it for around a total of 85 dollars or less. Which is seriously cheap. I didnt know where my remote was for the TV. I had bought a universal remote but it didnt work on my TV! I found my remote a few days ago in my house and low and behold, my TVs sensor no longer works.I went in and told them I came in 3 months ago and stuff. Was willing to show them proof of purchase off my banks history but they said Dont worry about it, let me take a look at it. They took a sensor module out of one of there broken tvs and put it in mine for FREE!Really awesome guys and a class act. Even if it is the southside, I would recommend even those who have money to come get there TV service down by these guys. They are very kind and are 100 percent legit.

Fixed my tv quick at a good price

Had a problem with white spots on the 73 Mitsubishi tv, called Daniel and he knew of the problem and gave a quote over the phone. He called the next morning to confirm that he was on his way to our residence. Replace the chip that had gone bad and cleaned the area he had been working in and even connected the dvd players that we did know how to connect. Daniel did a great job and best of all the cost came in less than the quote. I will be a returning customer.

I had a technician from alamo tv come to my home to give me an estimate for my Samsung 60 inch tv. He instantly was confused about what symptoms my TV was displaying and said he had never seen that before. He was so unsure of what to do that he called his boss to describe to him what my TV was doing. He was trying to figure it out and told me that he was in uncharted waters because he had never dealt with this before. He said that it needed a part that was no longer offered through Samsung and the only one they found was for sale online from some person, not a shop or anything for 150 dollars, used! I didnt want to pay that much for a used part and he even said that he wasnt even sure if that would fix the problem. They still charged me full price for the service call, or lack thereof! They showed no empathy for my situation. I would have been happy to pay half since they didnt know what was wrong. I feel robbed! I tried reaching out to the manager about how I felt and did not care! So if your TV needs a part that is no longer available, you will still get charged the full 85 plus tax which comes to 92.01. For nothing! Bad business, no empathy!

Kandi, I have more less same problem, they charge me $85 for came to my house, but, I needed my TV repaired and called for service, then was a similar process like yours, time, money and a bad experience.I rarely write reviews, but reading your review, Im filling the same that you.I share your frustration at the lack of outcomes.

They told me they could pick up a large non-working plasma tv for recycle and twice after giving a day and a time were a no show.

Horrible experience, but they always answer this reviews like fake, charge for in home service and is too much money for fix a simple problem, cost me more the in home service that fix it in other shop.
