Waste of time and money. GO TO A BETTER DENTIST. Signed up for a cleaning, was told it was a $50 co pay with insurance. Got x-rays and waited for 15minutes for a Dentist to come in look at my teeth for less than 20 seconds with a waste of my time attitude and tell me I had a cavity. Waited 15 minutes longer. Front desk came in and asked if I wanted to pay for the cavity fill. I asked about the cleaning and she said I wasnt scheduled for one and it would be a extra $100 because its a special deep clean that insurance dosent cover, no option for a normal clean. They said the copay was for the x-rays and exam. Even though its $25 for those if you pay cash without insurance.

The older male dentist came inn late, i waited 40 min for him inside. Never showed me any x rays or explained anything. He quickly went through my teeth didnt even used the pointer thing. Used 1 min OR LESS total to check on my teeth and said everything is fine. I asked him if i had any cavities, he said Yes! I asked him Where? He Told me 2 cavities on the bottom (even though i had pain in the upper tooth). I asked him again where exactly ?He said i will explain later go to cleaning now. After deep cleaning (paid myself) the lady came to me and gave me an estimate for 4 cavities. I told her that the dentist said i had only 2. She told me he was wrong the first place and that i need to cover fillings myself even though my insurance covers the fillings! 2 star only to the cleaning lady. As a cavities goes i will go some other place to get re- evaluation where they don t try to rip your insurance and drill your teeth make you to come back to them. Terrible!!!

My appointment was at 2p. I came 10 minutes early. Handled all on my part. They told me to make them my primary dentist with my insurance..Which I did. I took x-rays. After I waited 30 mins I asked an assistant if I would be seen soon. The dentist came in around 2:40p, spent less than 2 minutes with me. An assistant told me Id be charged $240 to get a cleaning. I said I cannot afford it, so I guess I cant get it. She told me to sign a form and sent me on my way. Not only was it a waste, but thats now my primary, nothing was solved, and they are more worried about getting paid and rushing through patients than they are taking care of the patients, working with us financially, and preventing diseases.

Dr Broggi did implant surgery on me. He is a wonderful, talented and caring dentist. He followed up with text messages and phone calls afterwards to make sure I was doing well. Not many doctors do this. It was quite refreshing and made the entire experience easy and comfortable.

This place is absolutely terrible every time I called I got a Middle Eastern woman who was absolutely rude it was not even their direct office. I saw them back in November because my mouth is absolutely killing me, They took x-rays and told me they would call me after Submitting a request to my health/dental insurance to see if a cleaning would be covered. They assured me they would call me in a few weeks latest would be January. It is now April I never heard from them I called three times and every time got the same Middle Eastern woman who is absolutely so difficult. She kept assuring me that they’re working on it. Finally I got completely fed up and asked for my x-rays to be emailed to me. She said okay and when I asked if she had my email, she said, “oh no, you can give it to me.” And it’s really disappointing because the office staff wasn’t terrible but whoever they have answering the phone is making them look really bad. I already told my insurance that they should not be having someone like that on their plan I wouldn’t waste my time.

I have been going to the dentist every 6 months since I was a child, thanks to my mom. I know what a dental cleaning is supposed to be like. This is the first time I’ve been here since I now live in Boynton. I immediately had X-RAYS done which I needed anyway. The technology there is good, but that’s beside the point. The dentist came in, looked at my gums and didn’t even really discuss what my problems were. He did not even mention my X-RAYS on whether they were good or bad (what’s the point of even having them if you aren’t going to tell me about them!?) and then proceeded to let me get a cleaning. Now, here is where it gets really bad. Like I said, I’ve been getting cleanings my entire life so I know exactly what a good cleaning feels like. The lady looked at my gums and told me I needed a deep clean. I skipped my last dental appointment (first time EVER) due to a busy life schedule. So I decided I would go ahead with the deep clean. BIG MISTAKE! My insurance covers a normal cleaning, but the deep cleaning was additional money. This lady barely even cleaned my teeth at all!!! Less than a regular cleaning (which like I said, I’ve had my whole life so I know what they entail). She barely spent any time cleaning the plaque and barely even polished them. WHERE WAS THIS DEEP CLEAN!?! She spent a total of 10 minutes cleaning my teeth from start to finish. I have never had a worse cleaning in my life! AND I just got ripped off for a “deep cleaning” that wasn’t even close to one. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here again and I highly recommend you don’t as well.

Royal Dental is professional organized and professional. My hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I understood my required treatments and the necessity of making sure I do my part as a patient.

My experience at Royal Dental was very good ! The office is lovely & so are ALL the workers there !! I had a root canal & that is not the most pleasant but Dr. Broggi who performed the procedure made sure I was always comfortable ! We even had a few good laughs during my 2 hour procedure !! I would highly recommend this Dental office for any & all work that you may need to keep your smile & choppers healthy & maintained !! 😁❤️😁

I have liberty dental so this was one of the offices who took it. I am so happy with my experience at this office, I have terrible dental anxiety, haven’t been to the dentist in over 13 years due to my fear, I am so glad i came here, the doctor is literally the sweetest and was very understanding that I was very fearful, he took his time numbing me up and reassuring me, I had a pain free appointment! They receptionist is hands down the nicest receptionist i have ever come across, she would check up on me since she knew I was super scared and anxious, she was so understanding and really made my experience a great one! If you want good service and nice understanding people come here!!!!

Dr. Edward Broggi has been my dentist for over 10 years. I have full confidence with him. He is an excellent dentist and very good with implants and plenty of experience with this skill. Ive had a great experience so far at Royal Dental. I came in and was told I have gingivitis. I had to have a deep scaling done and the hygienist Carla did an amazing job on my teeth. She was so kind, knowledgable, and patient with me. I have been seeing her for checkups ever since and its always a pleasure. I am someone who never has liked the dentist, but Carla makes it so enjoyable and I always look forward to seeing her. I had a issue with my teeth so I found ROYAL DENTAL and I have to say that I was taken care by the Dentist and his assistant.

Phenomenal service. They were amazing with my two year old daughter! So much patience, straight to the point! Loved the service !!

Money hungry dentist 1st day there they said I needed a deep cleaning (confused face) cause I been going to a dentist regularly just moved city’s so I needed a new dentist. Any ways got a deep cleaning which wasn’t deep at all had to pay out of pocket cause my insurance don’t pay for deep cleanings and they know that . So they said I need to get a cleaning every 3 months to keep up with the deep cleaning which I paid 340 for my whole mouth. And the cleaning to keep up with the deep would be 100 dollars . They never wanted to do my freee two cleanings I get a tears cause it’s free . Didn’t see a difference between the deep cleaning and regular cleaning. Mind you it’s other things going on with my mouth they said the 1st time I came but they don’t want to fix them problems because my insurance do pay for those.

I’d like to start my review by saying that I have been with this particular dentist now the last few months. Not only am I giving a five star review for the dentist but also his staff and the office overall.Christina is my hygienist and she took all of the care to make sure I was comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. She did a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I will be happy to work with her in the future.Dr. Juan Cerrutti DMD is not only a dentist but a dental artist. Like the hygienist he made sure I felt comfortable and explained the process as he was working. He briefed me before he started to work as to what we were doing and also updated me while he was working which made me feel extremely comfortable.During the course of fixing the cavities in my teeth the dreaded drill did need to be used however, I would like to mention that I don’t think he ever brought the drill up to full speed where it would make that horrifying high pitch noise. The drill remained quiet and at a low pitch which also aided in my feeling at ease.Of all the cavities that need to be fixed I only needed to be numbed one time. All the rest of the cavities were repaired without Novocain. Even the one time Novocain was needed I never even felt the needle.As of writing this, the final product is a nice white smile and teeth that are no longer sensitive. I guess they use some kind of anti-sensitivity medication before filling the cavity.I would highly recommend this dentist not just for yourself but for your family and kids also. I thank the Almighty up high that I found this dentist.My next visit to his office in three months will be just for a routine cleaning. I can confidently say I have no reservations or fear about going to the dentist at this point.

When searching for a dentist through my insurance I checked the dental reviews of several offices to make sure I chose one with great customer care. The Boynton Royal Dental location did not disappoint. I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now and Carla the hygienist is my favorite out of all of the years - getting my teeth cleaned/taken care of. Extremely gentle and cautious around any areas where I have high sensitivity. Very informative and helpful as well when I have any questions. I wouldn’t want to leave out the staff or the general doctor. Everyone at the location is very nice and helpful. I wanted to leave a review for any future patients looking for a new hygienist.

I have a lifelong dread of the dentist (like so many people) but I found this office for my teenagers and thought they were really great so I made an appointment for myself. My cleaning with Carla the hygienist was great. She kept me informed on what she was doing, gave me tips on how to take better care of my gums, and recommended a more thorough cleaning which she added on the spot. Very happy with this office so far. Also Mariah at the front desk is a treasure!

This office is great. Dr. Entamon is awesome. He takes great pride in his work and is a professional. The work is the best Ive ever had. The caps look just like my teeth. He did not over charge me. I could not believe my luck.The staff is also great. I was a little rough with the scheduler since I was lost. I also was uncomfortable about seeing the dentist. The lady at the desk understood and easily could relate to my feelings. She brought me in, sat to complete my paperwork, and suggested something to put me at ease. I calmed and went through the procedure while the staff kept my husband informed that I was okay.The price, dentist, staff, and calm of the office. You cannot get better.

Their front office needs to be more reliable. I have missed time at work because they failed to tell me my insurance wasn’t accepted then they called me before my second appointment to verify my insurance to then tell me after I had left work early to be at my appointment for them to tell me that my insurance was canceled. they had all day to call me back because they verified with me at 9:08am and my appointment wasn’t till 4pm. I had Had no problem paying the out of pocket payment because I came in ready to swipe my card. But When I told the girl I would call in my appointment because I had already missed work twice to be here Her tone of voice was so condescending in telling me to have a great day that I rather never go back. For someone who was about to pay out of pocket they sure as hell did not know how to treat their patients.

A better job must be done when scheduling patients. I had a 1.30pm appointment and got in early at 1.15pm. After waiting for an hour with nothing being said to me. I told the front desk I would schedule with another dental office.Dont waste your time.

Brought my mom here for an emergency. Her face was swollen and she wasnt able to eat. Dr. Nguyen took very good care of her. Turns out she had an infection. They gave her antibiotics and extracted the infected tooth the same day. Very thankful for the help Dr. Nguyen provided.

I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone. I waited for 45 minutes, only to receive a mediocre dental cleaning. A guy at the office did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. He started with a dental pick, which was okay. When he polished my teeth he briefly went around my entire mouth, instead of focusing on each individual tooth. He only flossed my bottom 4 teeth, and even pulled the floss through my tooth and gum. He didn’t floss any of my upper teeth, which left me extremely unsatisfied. The doctor who checked my teeth (before I received my cleaning) said I could inactivate my cavity by flossing.. I will never return, and I highly suggest choosing another dentist.

The secretary was great. The doctor on the other hand was rude, didn’t even stay 2 seconds in the room, and the secretary ended up getting me. Mind you it was an emergency visit. The doctor wanted to do oral surgery and he tell the secretary my options instead of me. Find another dentist place this place sucks.

Needed some cleaning with my teeth and luckily I found this on facebook, so I told my hubby to get us an appointment. We went here a week after and gosh I am very happy with the results. The dentist really knows what he is doing, very professional and polite. We will be back for some follow up on if possible for some fillings as well. Great place highly recommended to all.
