Excellent Job!Needed the spark plugs changed on my Ford V10 truck. This was one of the years where a crappy design by Ford caused some plugs to break when removed. These guys did great, none were broken and a very good price. Recommend them 100%.

Had a huge list of things wrong with my car. They were so friendly and the price was fantastically reasonable. They were extremely respectful. Finished car on time and went above and beyond. When a small piece on break pads broke, totally unrelated to any repairs they had made the day before, they got me I. And had it fixed to about 15 min. They wouldnt even let me pay for it. I will not be taking my car anywhere else again. Reliable and honest. Thanks guys!

The guys at the shop are very courteous and honest. They dont try to sell you something you dont need like a lot of those drive-in places. They get the job done fast and dont overcharge. I wont take my car anyplace else.

This is a great place. Only changed me $15 to mount my 2 lawn tractor tires. They spent like an hour cleaning up the rims from all the slime that was in them from the previous owner of the tractor. And also the new tires would not seal right on the rim so they took a Grindr to them to clean them up so that the new tires would seal. All for $15 that was with me taking old tires with me. So I let them keep the old tires and payed $25 on a $20 bill. Honestly if I had more to give I would’ve they did way more work than just $15 worth. 👍👍

I have used Rob and his crew since he first opened shop by Sawyer Tire. They are knowledgeable and honest. They do good work and I will use them for all my mechanical work in the future.

Have just started using Westside this year and I am very happy with them. Wish I would have started with them years ago. They knew right away that my Tahoe was having transmission problems and sent me to A+ Transmission. Same problem that Bill Roberts said was fuel pump, idiots. Wasted a lot of time and money with Bill Roberts, horrible customer service and mechanics break things while working on your vehicle then just leave it for you to find later. Now they just seem to not even know what theyre doing. Wont have that problem at Westside!! Had them do a bunch of front end work after the transmission was done, work that Bill Roberts supposedly has done twice before in the last six years. Guess what not only did Westside discover why things were wearing out so fast IT DRIVES BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS IN THE SIX YEARS IVE HAD IT. No more Bill Roberts and precision alignment for my front end work WESTSIDE IS THE BEST AT THE BEST RATE.

The people at Westside Automotive literally saved the day. I was driving fours Scout to Scout camp (with all of the troops gear on a trailer) to camp when the welding around the input to the radiator cracked at 3:45pm on a Thursday. Fortunately, this all happened right as we approached Westside Automotive. When we pulled in the person at the counter was honest and told me that at 3pm it was unlikely that they could get a radiator for my SUV, but he would do his best. In less then 10 minute he had on its way. He told us it would take about an hour and a half to replace the radiator. They got it done in an hour and 40 minutes. Additionally, they knew we were Scouts trying to get to camp, so they we very kind to us stayed about 20 minutes passed closing time to get it installed. They could have told me I had to come back tomorrow, but didn’t. We made it to camp only a few hours late, instead of the next day (with all the expense of getting hotel rooms) If I’m every broken down in Bolivar, MO again, they will be the place I head to.
