I LOVE having my nails done here. Always welcoming and friendly. They have new protocols in place for covid that allow you to still feel pampered. Very reasonably priced too. Have been a loyal customer here for 2 yrs and counting!

After being to 20 some different nail salons all over in my life, I have been so consistently happy with red gloss. I’ve lived in the area for a few years now and finally stumbled my way in. Great quality of shellac. I love the pedicure experience. Staff is so friendly & knowledgable, they really make you feel comfortable. There is no annoying tv channel/commercials on, instead nice calming music. Great, clean (it doesn’t have that overwhelming nail salon smell either) style inside. You can tell this salon really cares about the quality of their name/work.

I went here for the first time today and was quite pleased. The salon is a pleasant atmosphere. I was impressed with the precautions being taken in regards to covid. All the spa chairs were spaced sufficiently, patricians between the tech and customers, and hand sanitizer at the check in desk. I was also taken care of as soon as I walked in and saw the same for those who came in after me. I will be back!

Been going here for a while now, since referred by a friend. Ive had shellac, dip, and pedicures and all have help up nicely. Ive had several different techs and theyve each done a great job. Getting appointments isnt hard, but I would recommend it. It seems there is always someone doing a walk-in while Im there, but they are usually are booked day of. So Id call to make an appointment. Even a couple days ahead they can usually fit you in.

Love the staff! Always so kind and know you by name when you walk in the door. Always quality work. Bonus - no acrylic smell!! This is what brought me to this salon when I moved to the area. I have not gone anywhere else since!

I absolutely love this place. It’s super cute inside. The ladies are totally sweet. The pedicures put me to sleep they’re so good. Kay is amazing at nail art and I am so happy I found her and this super cute place. The prices are perfect for the great service you get.

I was hoping for an email but since there isn’t. I’m not super thrilled with my nails. My name is Brooke Butler, I was in on Wednesday June 26th, and the lady who did my nails was super sweet but had told me maybe not choose the color that I did because it was kind of opaque. Another lady chimed in and said it wasn’t see through and that it was okay so it’s the color we went with. Again, the lady who did my nails was very nice but I think she was worried about the color being see through, so she put so so so much of the dip on that it looks ridiculous. It is so thick and I’m kinda embarrassed so I’m going to go somewhere else and get them redone. She also cut me a little on accident which I would totally blow off and not angry about that but just that combined with how bad they look is a bummer. I’m going on vacation in a week and that’s why I got them done and now have to spend another $50 or so dollars to go somewhere where they will do a better job. If there is a way for my to be refunded it would be great but if not, in the future I would just be careful with that. I wish there was a way for my to attach the picture I took because it looks pretty bad.

Wow! I have never had a pedicure before, but this will definitely be the place I go to whenever I need one. The staff were so kind and fun to chat with! The place is beautiful and relaxing inside, it is very easy to fall asleep on their massage chairs. I cant wait until I need another pedicure!

New to the area and looking for a new salon. Went to sign in and gal at front thought my pink/whites were acrylic, We dont do those. I tell them that they are gel nails. At 3:30, Im turned away and told there are no appointments. Not a good vibe from this place and sorry I drove 10 miles to get here I pay about $50 each time in Grand Rapids and travel to get them done. This is why.

Great service, fit me in last minute, new customer mid-day on a Wednesday (I called first to make sure they had time, dont just walk in). Their pedicure chairs are top notch, with tilt for the massage! Nails look amazing!

Ive been going there for a few years now, and wouldnt go anywhere else . Very clean and professional and fantastic people.

Quick and easy. I was very comfortable in their calm atmosphere and had an overall great experience. My nails came out just like I had hoped they would. Would recommend.

Nice ladies and beautiful interior. For comfort and a welcoming feel I give 5 stars. However, as a licensed Nail Technician myself I found a few things unsanitary and that is high priority for me. Natural alternative options on a few things, I didnt see anything specifically organic as they advertise as their scrubs, lotions, etc. are in unmarked containers. My issue with santitation is that they use the same tools and buffers on your nails as they do your feet without cleaning them first. It at least is not used in other people but I dont want my toe nail buffer coming in contact with my finger nails. Also they put the sticks used on you back into the scrub container that is used on everyone. That would be like putting sticks back into wax after giving a brazilian. Just dont do it.

I do not get manicures or pedicures often, mainly for special occasions. But after today’s experience, I will be a regular here. Kay is very sweet and works so precisely, I was so impressed. I had the glamorous gloss mani/pedi and it was so relaxing. I felt rejuvenated leaving there! They have me as a regular customer now.

First time here and I was very impressed. It is a more spa like expierence and very relaxing. Tuns or colors to choose from and 3 different pedicures to choose from. Love and will be back!
