I called at 9:30 on a Saturday night for a tire change on a camper. We were on 13 highway and cars were not getting over. We were tired and frustrated. Affordable Towing provided wonderful service! Once they arrived, they got us taken care of quick. I would highly recommend and I have such high respect for these individuals.

Tow truck driver pulls up to our shop gets out comes up to me asks me the tech where I want the car with an attitude I politely let him know he needs to speak to the service advisor he then proceeds to go back outside drop the car in the middle of the driveway blocking it and my service bay and left if you hate your job quit dont be mean

We had a driver back into our car and leave the scene. Front end is smashed up. He did get a ticket for leaving the scene, however he does deny hitting the car. We will be taking to small claims court to get our car fixed. Driver was rude and confrontational. Unethical. Worst of all they have Jesus saves on the truck doors. We would not recommend this company. What ever happened to honest and ethical companies??I have called and reached out and no reply. Dennis Cleveland is the driver who backed into our car. Your lack of response says it all.

We had to have a tow. Our driver Jerry was excellent, he went above and beyond for us in the middle of a storm. No complaints about the weather or the location he had to travel to in order to find us. Would recommend this tow company to all. Very professional and reliable. Showed up in the time frame given actually a little faster and prompt service. Kudos to our driver Jerry. Thanks again.

Id give more stars if I could! Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful and I got a great deal by having my car towed at their convenience. Hopefully Ill never need a tow again but if I do Ill definitely be using them again!

We travel all over the US and have lucked upon some great businesses along the way; Affordable Towing is one of those businesses. They have fantastic customer service, especially the shop in Joplin. They worked around the clock, and on a Sunday to repair our diesel pickup in order to get us back on the road as soon as possible.

Jerry was fantastic! When our car broke down on the highway, he safely towed it to the dealership, and dealt with the issues unloading the car once we got there.Afterwards, he dropped us off at the inn nearby and ensured we were checked in with no issues. Thanks Jerry!

Outstanding friendly service. Quick to respond and went above and beyond. We had a blowout on a trailer and had no spare. They towed the trailer to Walmart while we purchased new tires and then replace both tires on the trailer for us.

We were stalled out hours from home. Through Triple AAA we got connected with this tow service. In a frustrating situation, Jerry showed up and made a bad situation into a much better experience. Professional, courteous and funny, he took great care of us. Nobody wants to be broken down, but I am sure glad he was there to help. Accidently locked my dog in my car at 7:00am in Bolivar. Local locksmith doesnt answer phone until 9:00. Called Affordable and they had someone there in 20 minutes. Plus he loved on my dog to make sure she was ok. They will always have my business after this experience.

This is the worst managed company I have ever dealt with. I pay my car insurance to cover all road side assistance costs, including towing. When my car was towed I was billed $170. When I attempted to dispute the costs the driver started driving away with my car, almost running my boyfriend off. I couldnt believe how a Christian company could treat a customer the way they did. I was cussed at and threatened. If anything they are all possessed by the devil.

I was quoted on the phone $40 pickup and $3/mile. The driver turns up and declares he didnt know we were so far north of Springfield even though I said what mile marker we were at 3x. The driver said normally they charge $140 plus miles for that far. Orth but he was going to do us a favor and only charge us $100. So what should have been a $75-$80 tow cost is $100. Dont use this company.

Horrible experience waited until the time of arrival then called them back they informed me that it would be another 25 min due to the previous job taking longer than expected waited for another 45 min to call back and was the informed that they were just now on their way and it would be yet another 30 mins ok waited 40 min called back and informed they are still about 15 mins away but definitely on thier way well its been 25 mins and still waiting.

I had my car towed from Joplin to Springfield yesterday. I called this company at 3 in the afternoon and I didnt recieve my car until 11:47 that night. Their truck broke down and thats understandable, things happen. what i found that was the most disrespectful is the fact they took $15 off my total. 73 miles times $3 a mile is $219 and they took $15 off. When the tow truck driver got here i showed him where his truck damaged my my front bumper and he said yeah usually im in a flat bed and just get under there and pop the tab and it should pop right back in.I would never in life use this company again and I would strongly consider using every, and any other company besides this one. It is obvious they dont habe a BBB rating and if they did it would be -5. I made the mistake of not reading their reviews i hope you dont do the same.

Doesnt look like they need me to give them a review what with the other ones they have I certianly cant help.I was involved in a slid out and to avoid taking all day to contact my insurance company to get road-side assistance I had the SPD to call them since I had them do a Traffic assist.the driver pulled up and at first seemed at least civil but after we was rolling I thought he was having a medical problem when he said I have something to tell you then agian after a few seconds.... WTH then while still rolling he tells me it is a $150 tow!!!!!!!!! like what the H*@@. like I had any way of disputing it.after we got to my destination he almost took out my wooden privacy fence and all he said was it is not my fault look at the tires he had drive tires on the front instead of steer tires.. nothing like I apologize let me call dispatch and see if we can compensate you for the damage OUR truck caused yes, you know who you were and just because it wasnt your personal vehicle you were IN CONTROL and just like the average Joe out on the road if you have a accident you are liable to get a C&I or at least fail to yeild....Know what I mean.I will NEVER use your company agian.

These people recently towed my sons 97 f 150 17 miles charged $190.00 after we got it home we discovered the battery as well as other items missing. i give this company 5 thumbs down
