These folks are great. I own 4 vehicles and all of them go there for service. Fast, reasonably priced and always friendly. I guess you should expect that from a local small town shop.

Went in for an oil change because my friend recommended me. The lady when I came in was automatically rude to me just because I did not know what type of oil my car took. I did let her know I was new and kind of expected her to ask me what oil change I wanted or something. I should have just asked myself because when I went up to pay she told me it was $93!!! They have put on the receipt what there were $17 in additional charges because of additive services and the base price was already 70. Why was I not told of these or asked before hand??? Terrible. Will definitely not be going back.

I have been having my vehicles serviced here for quite a few years now. Always very quick, prices good, and they caught a few things that were needing to be addressed while doing inspection. Its so great to be able to go and get your service done without having to wait days or weeks. I drive from another town where there are quite a few places to get service but none that is so convenient and always done so well.This is a well run business always, not just when the boss is around!

They are really fast on changing the oil but like $20 more expensive than Walmart for the same kind and amount of oil.

Lost my business just from one phone call. I am on a one hour lunch break and need to get an inspection. When I called, I asked if they had time to do an inspection, because the shop I normally use is backed up. Her answer was “we don’t do appointments”. I thought maybe if I dumbed it down, by asking if they were busy right now, she would understand what I was asking. But that was not the case. The lady Who answers the phone very obviously does not care about the business.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up twice before I was done talking, as well as the fact that when I took it in for an inspection it took them a ridiculous amount of time.

Service was good. Extremely over priced for me. Small 4 cylinder car cost $122.04 for a oil change and filter. Oil change was $69.95 and air filter was $39.95.

Charged me over $100 for an oil change on my 15 Dodge Challenger. Ridiculous!! The dealership only charges me $40!!! They said its because its synthetic oil, but thats BS! They were just price jabbing because Im not a regular customer and after that I never will be.

Some of their technicians dont know what they are doing and I honestly dont know how they they got certified. They dont do a thorough job with inspections. They will either miss actual safety issues or misdiagnose some issues. Better off getting a vehicle inspection somewhere that has more experienced techs that take pride in their work. I would do less than one star, but that wasnt an option.

My wife called this place yesterday to find out how much an oil change would be and they told her 44.95 and when she went in today and got the oil changed they charged her 54.95 and told her that it was because it was a 2016 and takes different oil... if this is the case then why in the hell do they not ask you the year of your car before giving a price to get you to come in and on top of it all it is raining today amd they left her window down and dirt in the seat. I do not recommend this place.

I was traveling in rapidly freezing weather and needed to have a radiator flush and I brought it in after 3pm and they did it quickly. Very friendly and courteous! My trip was not interrupted and I was able to go on with no problems!

They put the wrong kind of oil and additive in and engine drove slow, and started slower and was heating up. So I went back and asked them to put the manufacturers recommendation in and they were going to charge me again the full amount even though I didnt need a new filter. So I went to walmart. Got them to put the recommended in the engine. And guess what the van runs fine again. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service. I called them about 10 till 5 on a Monday (they close at 5) and asked if they could fix a flat for me if I got it there soon. Their response: hurry on over and well do it. I was in a pinch and they helped me out. I would recommend them to anyone - not only because of this one instance but because they have a good reputation around Bolivar and continue to live up to it.

Friendly service, but $85 for a simple oil change was quite shocking AFTER they were done.

Didnt notice until I got home that I was charged for 3 extra quarts of oil. The normal oil change includes 5 quarts. My car takes 7.5 quarts. When I called back and spoke to the fellow that changed the oil, he couldnt answer my question why I was charged for more than what was necessary. He referred me to the owner who said they always round up and that they didnt do anything differently with me than they do with everyone.Its only a half quart and $2.50 + tax. No big deal until I looked at the ticket for the oil change my son had done last month. He was charged for 6 quarts when his engine only takes 5.5. This was synthetic oil and that overcharge was $4.75 + tax.Let the buyer beware, but if theres this type of dishonesty, I wont be going back. I suggest you are careful if you go there.

They are very nice folk with whom to deal. They do a good job at a fair price and very promptly. You are in and out in less then 30 minutes.
