I’m new to the area and work in Springfield so when my car broke down before I got on the highway, I was in a bit of a pickle. I’m thankful that A&B got me in immediately and replaced an ignition coil so that I could make it home. A couple weeks later, I had them replace an axle. They seem fair & honest and above all very helpful. I lucked out ending up at A&B. Thank you!

Ended up stranded in bolivar because my lexus was leaking oil at an alarming rate. These guys were the closest repair place . Not only did they address me with little to no respect,but they treated me like i was the jerk for being upset that my car still wasnt finished after four weeks. They charged me a thousand dollars for using sealant to repa ir the leak. And the car burst after a hundred miles downthe road.... i wouldve canceled payment but they insisted on cash... my feeling is they knew the car would fail so they insistednon cash. My hope is that anyone will read this and spare themselves the embarrassment and waste of time and money that was my experience.... buyer beware... steer clear of these guys if i could give a negative amount of stars i would...

Previous to visiting A & B I had only negative experiences with mechanics who only wanted the most money they could get and would go through any avenue to do so. Ive been through 3 vehicles at this point, and I have only taken them to A & B Automotive. Mike and his staff are professional, timely, and always take care to explain the necessary fixes my car needs. After fixing, they explain the warranty policies and any other information that may need to be passed on. If Ive ever had an issue with the repair, theyve been quick to get me back in and warranty the parts/labor out.The waiting room is clean and open, and the atmosphere is friendly. If youre looking for great customer service then Mike and his team are your guys. Im thankful for his honesty, his service, and his care for quality of his work. I have known these guys for years and are the only ones I trust with any of my vehicles. They done everything from extensive re-wiring to my one of a kind Corvette Mako Shark to simple brake jobs on my beater work truck. Super honest people, if they find anything that requires immediate attention or something that may need replaced soon they will let you know about it. They can do anything and everything you need to your vehicle.

Moved up from Louisiana and car started messing up on the way here, went to A & B Automotive on recommendation and couldnt be happier with the work they did!!! Had 2 different mechanics in Louisiana work on my car and these fantastic guys fixed everything they couldnt or wouldnt. HIGHLY recommend using this quality business, the only place Ill be taking my vehicle from now on!!

Had these guys do some custom work on a truck for me while I traveled out of state. What I thought might take 6 months to a year for a simple cab swap, with wiring, and vintage air turned into an almost 3 year hack job. If youre looking for custom quality work I would advise you to look elsewhere. ( In response to your reply) I had worked out of state for the 2 and a half years that you guys had this truck. You made sure that all of your projects were finished before mine.Pics below show their attention to detail on the cab mount welds... not even fully welded.

Took truck in for an accident, vehicle was fixed within 4 days an even gave a custom touch. Took care of all insurance dealings an continue to help with problems as needed, great customer service an never talk down or treat you like a number.

Ok. Ive taken both my vehicles in to be completely rebuilt by Mike Teague(owner) & his staff.. my 05 Bonneville GXP..& 02 Chevy Tahoe. Both needed extensive work.. engine/body/electrical.. he straighten out all the issues with them that a couple of lesser mechanic(s) had either stole parts from or put bad parts on them...Mike took his time and did it right..!!! Both are top preformers now. Thanx A&B HotRod and Customs!! Best money spent!!!!👍
