I didn’t get what i asked for and my nails are uneven. my toes and clumpy and the shape looks like a marshmallow. i told the woman doing my nails to file it more because it’s uneven and she did but it’s still uneven and some of my nails aren’t even the shape that i asked for because she didn’t file one side enough. my mani pedi was not worth $131 and it should not have cost that much because i did the math and it didn’t come out to that total it shouldn’ve been $52.

Went for the first time This Friday walked out went home and noticed the French nails were uneven.the polish was old so, remain streaks appeared. The nail techWas nervous, looking around what others were doing.I went back the next day so they can redo the French manicure.Went to another tech their, the same thing!!! Colored bleed into the white. Now keep in mind it is Sunday now. 2 and half days later. White polish tips started peeling and chipping. So sorry to say thisBut, I will no longer return. Waste of money and my time going back and fourth.So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have to say the staff were very nice and accommodated.

I visited NEXTGEN NAIL for a pedicure while in town for work and left wishing I could find a place this good where I live!Very hospitable and friendly. I loved that they did not rush through my service and did a very thorough job. My pedicure looks great and my feet and calves feel so soft!I would absolutely recommend them for a relaxing and pleasant salon experience!

The salon was very clean and they took the time to ensure each persons nails were done impeccably. This was my first time getting dipped nails and I was extremely satisfied with the end product. Nice atmosphere aside, the manicure and pedicure I received were perfect, and my manicurist could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I feel happy every time with my nails, friendly staff and love their music. Would recommend it!

Retreat nails spa is the place to go to get your nails done. Technician never disappoints, she will make sure your nails look amazing. She takes the time to make sure they are shaped and done correctly. I never leave the place unhappy! Henry did my nails. He forgot to file my nails on my right hand. I witnessed this and went to wash my nails as instructed, there I examined them and went back and told him politely he didn’t file my right fingernails. He was combative with me and insisted that he did but went over them very lightly again. My left hand looks normal and my right hand the nails are thick and it’s so obvious. Even my boyfriend which isn’t a nail artist noticed it when I pointed it out to him but this “professional” literally said to me “whatever you say”. I just wanted my nails to look good as I paid and sat in a chair for an hour, but he didn’t correct it and now I have to file them down myself and repaint them. Never again. Beware! Not only did he not do his job correctly but when I pointed it out he was very condescending and rude!

Im glad to have tried this place out and would definitely come back again!Throughout our pedicures, they were very thorough and careful in all the procedures and had done a great job with the color applicationIf I need a good pedicure done, I will definitely be coming here!

A perfect manicure done by technician. She is the only person I go to whenever I need for my manicure and pedicure! She does it perfectly every time! This place is clean and cozy! Appointment is easy to communicate with staff! I am one of the regular there! Love it!

I just moved to Boca Raton from Denver and was in search of a new nail salon close to my new home. NEXTGEN NAIL is amazing!! I was so happy with my gel manicure and my pedicure was so luxurious! This is my fristtime here and I have had a great experience! They have a really broad color selection and have twice been able to match the color of my gel manicure with that of my regular pedicure. The women and men are very meticulous about cuticle removal, etc. My nails lasted several weeks after getting them done.Also, the staff is super friendly and has accommodated to me both times. I came in right before they closed, but they still did a thorough job on my nails.Overall- thank you NEXTGEN NAIL! I will be back.

Very nice atmosphere. The owner was very nice with all clients not just her own. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. She took very good care of me. My legs and feet have never felt better even with massage parlors.

I had been looking for a new nail salon for a while now thats closer to me. I absolutely found it. The spa was clean. The front desk were nice. And, my nails and feet came out great. Another 5 star experience. Im not sure what the problem is with other people. But hands down this is one of the best . I get gels and have never had a problem with them lifting or breaking.My nails take a beating during the week and they still last. And that says a lot . Keep up the good work!!!!****

Knowing that it was a Friday and a Holiday, we tried to do a walk-in first thing when they opened. Its a good thing we did because there was a wait, but only a little while. There were 3 of us and they accommodated one of us within 5-10 min. I was offered a bottle water and my tech had great customer service. She kept making sure I was okay while doing my finger nails. All-in-all, I know Ill be a return customer for sure!

This place is the best! Last minute I was looking for place to treat my visiting family. Somewhere not too expensive and still yet good quality work. They had good reviews, so I took a chance. They were so awesome, I called to make a appt for 5. We walked in and everyone was very nice and smiling. When they spoke to each other it was in English, no guessing if they are talking about you. They made you feel very welcome, like not bothered to work on you unlike some places. We all walked out very happy with our toe and finger nails! (my niece stated I feel so relax Im coming back for sure)

The owner did my nails and she did an amazing job. I had to wait 30 minutes but it was a great experience and my pedicure was perfect.

I think I come here almost every 2 weeks. The owner is awesome. The staff is awesome. The options. The options are endless. They have like 700 different charms. I love charms. My charms never fall off. Im addicted to my long nails. And I have my hands in water everyday. Ive never had any pop off in the middle of the day like I had before from other salons. Im so bougie now because my nails. I love this place.

I got a natural manicure there today and I think the young woman did an amazing job! She managed my cuticles really, really well and there are absolutely no bubbles in the polish. I am really happy with the result.💝

For what they charge, quality isn’t worth it. It took a very long time and my dip manicure is very thick, it looks bad. The place is very clean which was good and the staff was kind. I just think for the place to be called “Nextgen nails” that they would do a good job with next gen, but it was mediocre. When I called they said that for dip with tips it would be $40 & a gel pedi would be $40. Then as I checked out they upped the pedi by $5 without explanation.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The owner is very nice to everyone and is always smiling. Lan is my nail tech and is excellent at what she does. My nails come out perfect each time! She’s very accommodating and always takes her time to make sure the clients are satisfied. I always do the nexgen dip with tips on my nails and a spa pedicure, even after 2 weeks my nails look perfect! Hong is a great nail tech also, she’s super nice and friendly. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Currently sitting in the salon. I just wanted a deluxe pedicure and my nail artist was answering his phone, rushing my service, and he kept rushing so much that he kept messing up and having to redo and redo.... he was nice but impatient and didnt want to be doing this. his coworker kept staring so hard at what he was doing.... very uncomfortable ;/

Yes. You read that right. 5 stars. This guy did my mani/pedi worked me good!!! Like he was all over them like he owned them! After the foot massage, I felt like I was walking on clouds by the time I was leaving. Free wifi, very affordable nails, complimentary water. It may not be those exclusive luxury services but I am quite happy with what was provided. Im definitely coming back.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Horrible service. Very unorganized. No point in setting an appointment you’ll just end up waiting almost an hour to get serviced. I had to leave and spend my money else where.

First time that I been there but will definitely be the last .... the guy was taking off my very stuck Nexgen nails with his nails instead of soaking and that hurt so bad ..... when my right hand nails weren’t coming off he used the same dirty acetone container that he used on a client before me ..... when he was done doing my nails he left some shorter than others and some way thicker than others ..... i have lumps on the Nexgen nails it’s like a mountain ⛰.... he took like 2 hours and 30 minutes to do my nails .... never again 😤

I wish I could upload a picture of how terrible my ombre nails look. The man took 1 hour in a half and my nails do not look ombre. And second they are lumpy! They did such a terrible job! Im very disappointed. Honestly I can do a better job at home. My nails are disgusting 😭

The aryclic is stuck under the tips, he didn’t clean it off. He didn’t paint the whole nail. And he pain Inter too close to the skin.

I love Nextgen Nail, Ive been going here since January and Tea has never let me down. I can show her a picture off Pinterest and she always does a beyond incredible job for me. Such good service, they know me by name and always make sure I am taken care of!! All of the pictures attached are done by Nextgen.

Hello, i went with my bestfriend to go get her nails done and the service was horrendous, the staff was rude, the bathrooms were dirty it was a nightmare.

Went last weekend. Horrible service. They rushed my pedicure and then had the nerve to charge me $24 for a 10 minute pedicure! I then asked for my nails to be painted and shaped with gel polish (no acrylic needed as I already done that part myself) and I was charged $24 just for shaping and polishing my nails! What a rip-off. Will NEVER go back there. My nails don’t look that great.

Horrible service, took her almost an hour to take off my nextgen nails. I got a manicure and when they told me I was good to go I got into my car and the nail polish was completing coming off. Just with a touch it was coming off. I will never be going to this place again.

Its a hit or miss at best. Sanitation practices are questionable and customer service is lacking.

I loved the atmosphere, my friend and I were treated well and our manicurists were so nice. Going back there this Thursday!
