I had a great experience at Lavish Salon. I felt welcome, pampered, loved the decor, and the attention to detail on my hair. I got a basic color, a haircut and a blow dry with Barbara. My hair is naturally curly and got it straight.

Horrible experience! Salon owners Jen and Lori were absolutely horrific in my dealings with them.I was recommended to Lori who is one of the owners by another hairdresser to purchase a hair piece. When I came in I picked out the piece and Lori charged me $390.55. I have since found out the piece cost her $150. I kept calling and asking when I can come pick it up since i had a wedding to attend and she assured me it should be there within a week.I kept calling and was told it was already there but no one contacted me.Again, once they charged me the money, they were not even pretending to be nice anymore.I came in to pick up the hair which was in the box.Lori pointed to the box and dismissively told me take the box and goodbye I asked if she could fit it, she snarled at me saying I need a separate appointment and it will cost me extra-money.But I was free to go to another salon and do it if I wished.She was done. Money $390 in her pocket.I ended up going to my regular hairdresser to get the hair piece fitted and styled for the wedding that night.While my hairdresser in front of a couple witnesses opened the box, unwrapped the brand new hair fitted it to my own hair and put a couple curls in the hairpiece, some hair in the piece turned bright pink.We read the instructions and it says since it’s real hair you can curl it, wash it, color it etc...The blond hairpiece definitely should not turn pink!!!I immediately went right back to Lavish Salon to see what can be done to fix it.Lori and her mean spirited business partner Jen looked at the pink in the hair and .... they didn’t want to even talk to me.Jen tried washing the pink out but was unsuccessful. At that point she handled me the piece and told me it was MY PROBLEM.The hair piece was defective!!! When I asked if she can call the company she ordered it from and maybe exchange it, Jen looked at me me and told me to leave the salon and call the company myself. I truly tried to find a solution and told her I don’t want the money back just a blond hair piece I can wear to the wedding. At that point Jen became hostile to me and literally threatened me if I didn’t leave.I have tried calling the 800 number for the company but they said they only deal with salons and couldn’t even discuss anything. They suggested Lori from the Lavish salon should contact them directly.Of course that never happened . So here I am stuck with pink hair, the rudest people who supposedly are in a service industry and go to the wedding with no hair .I have since read online that they have many unhappy customers and even had a customer picket in front of Lavish Salon to warn people not to go in.I wish I had known it before hand and saved myself the aggravation and their rude attitude is not worthy of civilized people.Beyond upset and disappointed at Jenifer Rogers and Lori at Lavish Salon.Don’t recommend it to my worst enemies.I asked if they can call the company and exchange it

Fantastic Salon! Experts in haircolor, best blow dry I have ever had! Warm friendly hairstylist. And my favorite part is the head massage with the wash/shampoo. Great Hair Salon!

By far the best salon in Boca. Actually, probably the best one I’ve ever been to. I’ve had my hair styled by Jen multiple times and have loved it each time. All of the stylists in the salon are kind, professional, and extraordinarily talented. I would not trust my hair to anyone else.

Great salon with nice, fun girls. I definitely recommend Cady, shes new there and she is amazing.

I received a great cut, color and blow dry by Cady. She is amazing and carefully listened to what i asked for. They use Goldwell color which left my hair shiny and soft.The rest of the staff is professional (no super loud chitchat or bickering) and the owner is inviting and polite . I never give a five star rating but this place deserves it. They serve organic coffee (which was amazing), biscotti, tea and water.
