Coaches and the people on the front desk, awesome, costumer service......but...The exercises are very repetitive ... its been 6 weeks now, we go with my wife between 4 and 5 days a week and always the same, burpees, bosu exercises, squats, many others are repeated ... it seems to me that they would have to review the books and put other things, and also too many repetitions, 3 times of the same gets boring.Thats why the 3 stars.

Super friendly staff. The instructors are great and very motivating. Equipment is in excellent condition ñ and in general, you feel safe with all the measures taken to prevent COVID.

Im HOOKED on these classes because I feel SO energized and alert for the whole day after the workout! I love the group class setting and how you team up for each station which is motivational, and since I get bored easily, I really like that this workout never has you doing the same exercise for more than a few minutes... huge variety of exercises and equipment to use every muscle in your body. No boring treadmill for 20 min like at OrangeTheory. What also works for me is that its the right level of challenge. I was always worried about getting injured while doing CrossFit, and I found OrangeTheory too easy and boring after a few months. BodyTek is challenging, fun, very effective to get you in shape, and keeps your mind engaged the whole workout!

This place is absolutely amazing! The workouts are nice and challenging with very high energy from the people and coaches. It is a full body workout and you will feel great afterwards! It took me one class and now I’m hooked. There is no other place like this one, I would encourage you to check it out today!

The instructors are phenomenal! They all provide great motivation and instruction. All are very friendly and assist when necessary. I overall love the challenge each workout session provides. It brings back memories from my time in the military. Love it!
