VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The owner gave me a tour of an apartment and proceeded to take my application, then never ever ran the application. I had to cal SEVERAL times over the course of WEEKS to even get a response, in which he told me that he already gave it to someone else!!!!! Unbelievable, very hard to communicate with DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEEEEEEEE

Very unprofessional. Never does proper paper work or responds promptly. If you get to their apartments, that means you are trapped.

Probably the best location in town. Restaurants, fast food, 24 hrs diner, grocery stores,pharmacy everything is literally at walking distance. The rent is inexpensive but the construction is on the older side. If you are looking for newer apartments with gated community then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for affordable, value for money, cosy place then this will work. Their service is usually good and responsive.

I didnt live in this particular apartment complex but a different apartment that they manage up in Normal. Great, friendly staff that was amazingly responsive to concerns/maintenance requests. I would absolutely recommend renting from this group.
