We came in on a short lease and needed to move in ASAP, and the management was very helpful. Had okay experience with maintenance, they are usually quick but had one issue that I should have followed back up when I didnt get a response, but never did. Internet quality was good for service that was included. I would lease from them again if Im ever back in the area.

Every one we had contact with at The Grove was amazing!! Autumn & Heather are fantastic in the office and Kent & Jason are incredible in the maintenance department! Everyone was friendly, so helpful and always quick with their responses to any questions or maintenance concerns!! Great place to live! Would definitely rent here again!

We lived at the Grove for a few years and moved out this summer. I was waiting to review until we got our deposit packet back and was pleasantly surprised, they were very fair and I got a discount for staying in my apartment for 2 years. My apartment was very nice, neighbors were kind, and the office staff were very personable when going in to pay rent and pick up packages. I never had any major maintenance issues, but my small ones they attended to quickly. It was a great experience, I recommend them to anyone.

We just moved my son in a few weekends ago and it was by far the best experience we have had in the past few years that he has been renting! I wish we would have found them years ago! The apartment was clean, maintenance quick, and atmosphere perfect. The girls in the office went above and beyond to make this easy and are incredibly thorough and professional. I would highly recommend abodes and any of their properties for your IU student!

Ladies working in the office are super nice! I got most of my deposits back after moving out. Frankly I didn’t expect this since I have rented other places and didn’t get any money back. Thank you! Recommend living here!

Ive lived at The Grove at Latimer for about two years now and have been very happy with my experience. Any time there has been a problem (be it small like a garbage disposal clog, or big like AC not working on a 90+ degree day) maintenance responds and fixes the issue incredibly quickly (they are also super nice). The property, including the pool & fitness center at The Woods at Latimer, is very well maintained. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, very communicative, and definitely make an effort to foster a sense of community among residents!

I’ve lived at the Grove at Latimer for the past two years and can easily say it’s been the best place to live for my undergraduate experience! I highly recommend looking here if you’re a student wanting a cozy apartment to make your home! It’s great as a student for the quiet location right near Kroger and the mall and at a great price for all the space you get. The leasing staff is so kind, helps with anything you need, and if there are any maintenance needs, they are there within the day or two. Highly recommend!

Love living here! The apartments are really clean and there’s a lot of space, especially for college students. The internet that is provided is great, but tenants do have to buy a router to have WiFi. The pool and workout areas are both well-maintained and are nice additions to the already pleasant area
