There is no on-site manager or caretaker to be seen. The office is located across town at a different apartment complex. If you have an emergency, good luck getting ahold of anyone. The entrances always have dirty windows and trash strewn about. The sidewalks remain covered in snow and ice (someone messily shoveled one small path WHILE it was snowing and never returned. Theres older people with limited mobility that live here, so they should clear the entire sidewalk width plus put salt down like they do at the other properties!). I miss the old management. She walked the property almost every day to make sure things were clean and safe, and returned phone calls promptly. I even knew her by name and she knew mine! I have no idea who our manager is now. Things have gone down hill since Steven Scott took over. Our rent gets higher each year but the living quality goes down. I would not choose to live here again.

We have had good luck here for the most part. There were a few things that needed fixed when we moved that are imaged here but theyve been on it and are very good about accommodating residents needs.

Rented this appartment from 2012 to 2014. The building is located in a nice quite area across the freeway from MOA. The building is nice and clean. There is a park near by. The apartments are very quite. We rented the first floor which was nice because it was a nice walk out right to the grassy area and we loved to BBQ and enterrain.We actually were thinking about moving back to Bloomington, MN and considered moving back into these appartment. We never had a hard time with the neighbors due to everyone minding there own busness.
