John and the guys are great, they are reasonably priced do a very good job and are great with customer service all around great company!!!

John, Jeremiah, and Jake all know what they are doing at A&C automotive. John is very straight up and knows what he is talking about then Jeremiah and Jake can fix the problem faster then any other mechanics would. Called John about ordering tires and wheels and he had them there the next day and cheaper then any other shops I called. Had some problems with my truck and Jeremiah had it up and fixed in minutes. I am very pleased and happy with A&C Automotive, they have the best customer service with excellent prices and they dont take advantage of the people who arent so mechanically inclined and it always feels good supporting a local business . I would recommend A&C to anyone who is having problems with their vehicles and I will definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on.

They quickly fixed multiple leaks in the a/c system, were happy to have cold air again. Highly recommend this shop!

Brought my car in I was told #5 coil is bad, fine replace it. Went to pick up my car service tech tells me he almost made a mistake and replace #3. I drove two hundred yards and same problem so I brought it back and service tech tells me that its #5 coil again, same day they brought my car to my house I drove one hundred yards same problem, I get on the phone they tell me I may have more coils going bad Hmmm bring it back and I will look at it. So, I decided to take it to someone else and found that coil #5 was never replace or look at because they saw the problem right away and they found coil #3 was new Hmmm never corrected he’s mistake. This place will fix your problem after they replace every part related to the problem or blame it on a similar part. I paid the same price as if I was at Ford lower hourly rate but longer time to fix the problem. For people with 5 star reviews I can only say that they are family or friends or had simple fixes like replacing battery or belts ect. The sad thing they knew they made a mistake and was going to charge me for it by replacing #5.

I’ve always hoped to find a mechanic that I can trust and I finally did! My vehicle has been to this shop a few times. I brought it in recently to have an oil change and the front breaks replaced. They called back to say it wasn’t time to do breaks yet— I’ve never had a mechanic tell me I needed less work done then what I planned for. John and his team are a great group of people and his shop will be the only place I take my vehicles from here on out!

Great experience! I love their ability to take pictures of my cars potential problem areas and text them to me. They also offer a shuttle option so I didnt have to wait for my car. Their prices are comparable and they do great work. Very friendly and honest individuals. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to this place.

Great neighborhood auto repair shop! John was straight forward and thoroughly communicated the status of the repairs. Most importantly he was up front on the cost of everything, which was definitely a fair price. Well be back for any future car repairs.

This place saved my day. My truck broke down on me, I was limping down 65 freaking out. My kids were in the backseat making more noise than my truck. I did a quick google search called a few places and no one could help. I was panicked. I finally saw A&C and called them. Talked to John and he chuckled and said Bring your truck here, we can help you out. I got there, explained what happened, told him I was on a very limited budget and he had my truck up on a lift right away. While we waited he overheard my kids complaining about being hungry. So did everyone. They are vocal. I didnt know what my bill would be at the shop and I knew that money was going to be tight. So I kept telling the kids that we can eat when we got home.All of a sudden a pizza and some sodas showed up on delivery. My kids eyed this food like it was a mirage in the desert. John paid the guy, asked me if it was cool for my kids to have some, which they happily did and they ate hungrily. Not only did John order a cheese pizza and some orange soda for my kids, he did it without letting me pay him. I was blown away.When the mechanic came in, he said it was a hydraulic hose and that I was ready to go. I asked John what I owed him, he said We have all been there, it was nothing, just remember us in the future. I know it was probably a few dollar hose clamp and maybe a half hour of his mechanics time. But at that moment, being a single parent, living pay check to paycheck, it meant the world to me. I am a Christian and I believe people get put in our path for a reason. Maybe to remind us how great life and people can be when we are doubtful. That day I was doubtful. John and his team reaffirmed everything for me.We have all heard of mechanic shops screwing people over, the team at A&C are tops. As long as they are in business, they have my business.

I have known John and Jeremiah for a few years now. I have never known such friendly hard working men. They do nothing but strive for customer satisfaction and look to get you the quickest highest quality service around. Far better and friendlier than the dealership or any competitor!

John & Jerimiah are so easy to work with. Knowledgeable, honest & reasonable rates. We have 5 cars in our home and only bring them here...oil changes, wipers, brakes & struts you name it. If they cant fix your vehicle, they will call someone who can...ex: exhaust, glass etc.

Always fair and prompt. The counter staff are courteous and take the time to explain the whys behind necessary repairs. Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

John and his staff have been great to us. We recently started using them to service our classics and late model vehicles. They always send us pictures of what needs to be repaired and will take the time to give our vehicles a solid once over. We are very pleased with all of the work they have done for us. If you are looking for an honest shop, that wont over charge you or lie to you, this is the place to go.

For my first time to A&C Auto my experience was one of a kind! Their prices beat any other competitor that Ive ever been to. The knowledge of their team was incredible! Theyre very detail-oriented, personable and explain things to me. I really appreciated the full report of what they were doing to my car along with pictures of where & what was wrong or needed to be replaced. Along with estimates of pricing right there for me to see. I had a really good feeling getting my car worked on there I didnt feel like I was missing out or getting ripped off or not knowing what was going on with my car. Im definitely sticking with these guys as my new Auto shop!
