I came here to get my AC recharged and tested. I had an excellent experience. First of all they had a very comfortable waiting room with free refreshments. The technician was honest, kind, and easy to talk to to. He was very helpful and didnt try to oversell me on anything, even when I asked lots of questions about things that may potentially be a concern. I will define back!

Used the Groupon for the AC special-- they were able to get me in the same day. Im fairly knowledgeable about cars, and it was great to hear the thorough explanations and the willingness to answer all of the questions I had. Great value all around!

Great place! Honest guys, I scheduled online. When I went in for the appointment time, they were very honest and offered to comp. my oil change because after 10 or 15 minutes they weren’t able to get my car up just because of some other vehicle. Ryan gave GREAT customer service and was a wonderful guy, Josh the mechanic I believe, did great work and was pretty fast when the oil change happened. I think it can be hard to find a good auto shop especially with some misjudgments out preconceived notions when it comes to the auto business, and some shops actually trying to rip you off. I don’t think this is one of them. I think I’ve found my forever auto shop, every guys biggest dream, right?

I was referred to Ideal Auto by my son-in-law after having his car repaired by them. I called to set up an appointment and get a estimate on how much it would cost. Josh gave me a couple of options and a price for each. We set a date for the work and I was told an approximate tie the car would be done. I’m happy to say it was completed on time and the price CC was exactly what was quoted. Very friendly employees and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience again with Ideal Automotive. From the phone call to schedule an appointment for a service to the completion of the service job was a pleasant experience. I had a scheduled appt, when I pulled up, the technician was ready to work on my car. While I waited for my car, the gentleman at the front desk was very chatty in a positive and cordial way. Theres coffee and bottled waters for customers to have. During the pandemic, the workers are following protocol by wearing a mask 100% of the time and there was hadnt sanitizer accessible to customers. The cost for my brake job was reasonably priced compared to brakes jobs Ive had over the last 35 years. I was presented with a quote the week before and that was the total amount for the services rendered, not $1 more. Also, they did an assessment of my car letting me know what services are needed in the future. I appreciated that. There was no pushy behavior making the future services seem like they need to be taken care of on an emergency basis. He was honest saying this can wait awhile, but I just wanted to let you know. Again, I appreciate the honesty. This isnt the first time I brought one of my cars to Ideal Automotive. This is another great experience Ive had with them. I will continue to patronize this Automotive Shop. Please give them a chance, they are honest, reasonable, fair and very professional.

I have been a customer at Ideal Automotive for over six years. My brother is a retired mechanic and can do a lot of work in his home garage, but there are some things that must be done at a shop. Josh has always been very willing to speak with my brother about his recommendations, and my brother trusts him. The customer service has always been excellent. He hires top notch mechanics who also happen to be friendly and nice. I recommend Ideal Automotive without hesitation. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with a TV and magazines, so if you are waiting, its pleasant!

These guys really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and in a timely manner. On several occasions I have made special requests other shops would not comply with and their answer is always the same “sure, no problem” I am a customer for life and I recommend to anyone reading this that you give them a shot. 5/5 stars no question!

Ideal Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle for its required maintenance and any necessary repair work. So much better than the big chains where youre not sure if youre getting ripped off or not. These guys are honest and will tell you if something looks like it may need attention soon, but can wait a while, safely. You can tell theyre not out to separate you from all your dollars.Ive had several items fixed here, on both mine and my husbands vehicles, and we recommend Ideal to friends whenever we can.

I brought my Subaru Impreza in because it was leaking and smoking. Its typical that the headgaskets go out. I spent around $2500 and got the new headgasket. When I got it back it was still leaking and smoking. I called Josh and made the case that $2500 and 3 days should have been enough to fix the problem. His response was that my car was old. My response was that my car wasnt too old for them to take my money and sign up to do it. My engine still has a knock, and they put on the wrong size oil filter. Id give a 0.1 rating if I could.
