I chose this nail salon because it was close to the hotel im residing in. I wish I didnt! First, off Lisa the nail tech has no personality and her customer service skills is horrible. She cut the length of my nails based on me inquiring how much is a full set. She assumed that I wanted the basic full set price. Ive never experienced a nail tech cutting your nails before asking what length you desire. Then the tech will inform you of extra charge based upon the length of the nail. She (Lisa ) rushed my nails and never took the time nor pride in her work. She polished my nails so fast! It looked like a job of a 10yr old. I did not like the work so I asked her nicely to removed the polish and just apply on a clear/ natural coat. At least with a natural coat you couldnt see the horrible paint job. She was irritated that I wanted a change of polish. She started speaking in another language beside English so I assumed she was venting to her coworkers. To make a long story short... my experience at Al Nails was horrible! Im from Florida an I will never revisit this place again when I do return to Alabama. The vibe was off and the customer service was horrible. I left the nails salon wasting my money because I didnt get what I required. If there was a no star button they wouldnt have gotten a 1 star from me.

I appeared at this nail shop to get four fill ins they. First the woman said I’ll have to pay $35 for just those four fill ins & the shape of my nails with the gel polish. I’ve never heard of having to accept gel polish only with powder that’s the only method of getting gel polish. I’m a frequent customer of Sara Nails in Homewood & I definitely don’t have to pay $50 for four fills in with coffin shape & gel polish. They don’t have their prices organized nor do they have them displayed. I will never refer a person to this salon !

I go here but I ask for Mrs Anna and also gel polish is 15 dollars a nailSo since I know it’s out of my budget I stick with regular polish and each time u upgrade it’s a fee Nun is free I’m very satisfied
