So where do I begin? I could start with how professional Send In The Clowns are or how easy to work with them is. Maybe we can talk about Gary the owner or Jake who provides customer service was through and accommodating, or the quality of inflatables that is better than any we have used in the past. I can also tell you how impressed I was with Matt and his team. They turned our school yard into a carnival that our kids had a the hardest time leaving because they were having so much fun. I am so happy we found them and will continue to use them for any event that I want done right!

I contact Lindsay from Send In the clowns for poker table rental for my husbands surprise 40th birthday. She was very accommodating from start to finish. The 2 dealers Mike & Mike who were at the party did an amazing job! They were super friendly and made sure the guests had a great time! I look forward to more events and working with this company. I highly recommend them!!

DO NOT use this vendor. I do not know how they are still in business I even filed a BBB complaint against them. We used them for our block party and last year they sent the WRONG bouncy house (a baby one). They promised the following year to make up for it by throwing in a slide. We tried NUMEROUS times to contact them and kept getting the run around. Bottom line is they did NOT want to live up their promise and I was out a lot of $ for their prior year mistake. They are unprofessional, unreliable and rude. Better to spend a few extra bucks for the other vendors out there. BEWARE...

Gary is hands down the most loving and compassionate person in the party industry. I called numerous places and ever since Infoundnhis company have used him for street fairs, church fairs, business events and my kids parties. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Patrick and liz are also the best. I also use their T shirt company where Edward makes killer shirts and banners!

Do not call Send in the Clowns from New Hyde Park! We had an event at Flushing Meadow Park that we ordered chairs, tables a grill & inflatable for. They showed up 45 minutes late, the grill was filthy as if it had just been used, we rented 60 chairs, 51 were delivered, the inflatable game was filthy with popcorn all over it and the generator to inflate the game didnt work so it wouldnt stay inflated. The owner Gary insisted we pay the full balance and was rude & unprofessional. After a very negative negotiation with the owner Gary, he excepted a balance minus 1/4 owed. Very unprofessional!
