Everyone is really generous and they did a great job.

The tall guy I think Stephen is rude. He is the young and tall guy and he is very rude and makes you feel like you are complaining or a problem when you tell him what you want. He constantly told me what’s best and why what I wanted wouldn’t look good. When he was done he just got up and left me at the chair. After having him do my nails I will never go back! I will not pay for overpriced rude service. If you go here at least stay clear of that young tall guy!! There’s only one guy there who is polite and he’s middle aged shorter slim guy. Other than that, stay clear of the guys.

The girls at the front were very unwelcoming. This could be overlooked because the lady who did my pedicure was amazing. After looking at the reviews it seems that the front desk girls are always like this though.

Anna, Lana, and Tommy are great but making an appointment is difficult. They’ve messed up my appointments at least 3-4 times. And if you’re not able to get an appointment with those three, your nails won’t even last a week and will not look good. But that being said, whenever I get my nails done by one of them, they are perfect and last forever!

Woman at the front desk almost made me want to turn around and walk out. Not a happy or welcoming person. The nail techs were much nicer.

Dont go there!!!!!!!Very expensive and the service does not worth the price.Got a pedicure, my feet are not that bad, but nothing was really done, was left with all the dead skin on like I came with, the lady named Lucy, just gently stroked my feet and called it a massage. I could care less about a massage, if I pay $50 just for a pedicure I would like my feet to come out flawless. Not to get in and out in 10 minutes, the lady just took off and left me on the chair. Those are the after pictures right when she was done. Asked to talk to the manager but he didnt do anything, he just told me they dont use filers for the feet.Theres another place that gives you the best service for $30 and make sure youre satisfied.

I have used Foxy Nails for over 10 years. They have always given great service. I tried another place because of covid last year but came right back to Ashley!!

They upcharged me, by adding on to the services without my permission. I treated my daughter for her 12th birthday and they added on to her services without my permission the manger is rude and the owner is so rude and money crazy they kept saying my daughter who is 12 and 13 wasnt and they could make the decision to add to the services. The girls said they told them it was part of the package Minors. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

First time here since moving from Tuscaloosa. Ivy did such a great job, and Im so pleased with my nails! They also practice 100% health precautions. A little pricy but worth it.. Very impressed and I will be back.

I recommend Foxy Nails and Spa to everyone! Michael is AWESOME! I’m always very pleased after he does my nails and toes, he’s very talented and so much fun!! I used to dread having this done because the tech’s never really talked to me they talked to each other but Michael Is very personable, he and Billy make it so much fun! I love the atmosphere and the courtesy displayed!!! Will always use Michael if I have the choice! If you want a great experience go to Foxy Nails and Spa!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years. Only because it’s close to my house. But after yesterday, I’ll never be back. I had the worst experience with Stephen I believe his name was. Younger guy. Tall. The main thing I had an issue with was how he handled my concerns. He made me feel like I was being problematic for simply asking him to fix 2 nails. One of each hand that weren’t shaped to my liking. I asked nicely and he ignored me and when I asked again he says “I’m going to let him shape them and you can complain to him.” I was outdone. Since he hadn’t said anything the entire time he was doing my nails, it took me by surprise. I was embarrassed as people were sitting there watching and he just flew off the handle as if I was complaining the entire tome. Although I could’ve complained about him placing an excessive amount of acrylic on my nail because he didn’t like the way it looked curving down (which is how I’ve ALWAYS gotten my nails) and when I told him nicely that I usually keep them curved since I only get overlay he says “why? That’s ugly.” And “well it’s too late now”. He was all around rude and unprofessional. I’m not a picky person but when I’m paying for a service I expect to at least be asked if I like something that you’ve changed before proceeding to do it and getting angry when I say it’s not what I asked for. If you’re considering giving them business, at the very least don’t go to that guy. I paid and didn’t complain because the owner seems to not really care about customers anyway.

I have been very pleased with the service and cleanliness at this salon. It is easy to walk-in and get my nails done when I haven’t had time to make an appointment, and the gel polish lasts 2 weeks without peeling or chipping. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Foxy Nails and Spa is the best. I’ve been going for a while now and I always see Billy when I go in there. Always excellent service and Billy does an excellent job! I recommend them to everyone!

Its a beautiful spa. Atmosphere is perfect and the employees where professional. They spoke English and engaged me with conversation. Service was great, but I have had more for my money elsewhere. I would recommend to others that are trying it for the first time. For hard core people that do it regularly because they need to and have to....well, Im still searching and researching it.

Big Mike, Lana and Ivy do amazing work! My mom, sister and I go every two weeks to get a gel manicure! I would highly recommend!

I got a pedicure and the girl did a great job. I then asked if anyone had time to give me a full set of pink and white nails. I was told the costs is $55 but when I went to pay I was told the costs is $60! I paid it but I will never go back. I have one of there brochures which shows the price as $55. This is stealing in my options. Just saying!

I have been going to Foxy nails for 2 years and today, Dani was my nail tech. Wow! She was helpful in picking the perfect color. She did a great job and provided the best customer service I have had in a few years. She took pride in her work and was sincerely concerned about my experience and her work. Go see Dani!

I’ve been to foxy nails off and on over the past 3 years and this will be my final time ever using this salon. I came in for a fill in and my nails are not shaped how I asked them to be even though I asked the nail tech to fix them. They’re extremely chunky and uneven in the fill. They look terrible. The nail tech was too busy talking to the tech next to him to do my nails in a timely manner. Way overpriced for the quality of service. There are MUCH better salons in the area.

I came in for a bachelorette party and had to bring my 9 month old with me. Hes usually content to sit in a sling and hang out, but today he was not having it. My manicurist and all of the other staff were so kind. The sweet receptionist held my crying baby while I got my nails done. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I felt horrible, but everyone was so sweet. Such a great experience!!

I had a wonderful experience with Daniel. He was very professional and did an amazing job on my SNS nails as well as my pedicure. The salon was impeccably clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

My friend and I both got a gel full set & regular pedicure. They were very busy,which is to be expected on a Saturday. We picked polish and were getting our pedicures in no time! It was $81 for the gel set & regular polish pedi. The staff were all very very sweet and did a wonderful job! The only downfall is that they were out of a lot of the gel colors I picked & my tech didn’t want to do a design. Still a great atmosphere and I will be back!

They are crooks...my mom and I went and she is disabled. They never helped her to even get into the chair. She cut my moms toe in the middle of the pedicure. My mom was constantly telling her what she missed and what to do. I had a refill and polish change on my toes and my mom had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and they did a horrible job on both of us. The staff was so rude then charged us $170.00 dollars. We just about fainted. Advice for owner and staff....When you come to our country to live the American dream.... don’t screw the Americans that are keeping you in business. We would never go back and would never recommend this nail shop....save yourself $100.00 and go just right down the road.

I wouldn’t even give this place half of a star if it was an option. I was drying my nails and they told me to leave before they closed, I knew my nails weren’t finished drying and of course they messed up completely on the way out. I came back to get them fixed, and they charged me 15 more dollars to get my nails redone on the nails that they had messed up on top of the 35 dollars that they already charged me to get them done in the first place. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude as i was denied a beverage because I was getting a repair. I will never go to this awful, rude, overpriced, and horrible service nail salon ever again.

I wont be back. It wasnt wretched but it was certainly unprofessional. When I walked in, two girls at the front desk were gossiping about something. Saw me but didnt acknowledge .Continued on with the gossip. After about a minute and a half I gave an awkward look. They noticed the look and both said: hi! I asked for a pedicure. Picked my color and waited for a few more minutes. Noticed at least 7 employees relaxing in the chairs and on their phones. Finally I was told to take a chair. Waited another few minutes. Still, several employees sitting down, looking at phones - not concerned with me at all. The guys came to do my pedicure. I asked him to please scrub my heels very well. They get dry and cracked. He said okay but scrubbed briefly and very softly .The massage was underwhelming. Also very soft. Not even a massage if you ask me ...just a guy smoothing lotion over my calves. Water was tepid. Hot towels were tepid. Never asked me if the temp was okay. NO THANKS.

Foxy nails is awesome. So so comfortable and beautiful atmosphere. Girls and guys are very professional and friendly. Gina is excellent, she always does my nails and I just love her work. They are all good. I wont go anywhere else. No waiting around either. They are simply the best. If I could give ten stars I would lol

I only went here because it was the only place open today. The girl behind the counter was rude from the get go. I told them I was getting my nails done for my wedding and had pictures. The guy that did my nails and pedicure was annoyed and gave a PAINFUL pedicure and manicure. And my nails look nothing like what I wanted and they were extremely expensive.

I requested a nail polish change for my nails and toes to clear polish. The girl that did the polish change seemed annoyed from the beginning that she had to do this. Only one coat was put on and after I got home, the ends of my nails were so thin and rugged, I had to go home and re file. After one day the polish is chipping off. I will never revisit this salon again as my past experience has been really good or really bad. Too expensive to have a C- job. My last pedi/ mani was $90 including tip. My polish change...no frills was $25.00 ! Really too much for what you get. Too much competition around to have this attitude or to charge that much.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. My daughter and I were trying to have a special day and they ruined it. I asked for a full set of nails with just the tips painted and they gave me the wrong service. I even mentioned to the the person doing the service that this was not what I usually get at other places. She went to paint my short nails and I was shocked, I should have left at that point but I stayed and had another person complete the service. I was then way overcharged and completely dissatisfied with this establishment. Please do not go there.

Nail tech Micheal aka Magic Mike did my nails. He did a wonderful job on my manicure didnt even prick me my cuticles!!!. Very pleasant to talk with and was sweet to my 9month old.

This place is beautiful hands down!!! But the service sucked! Lauren was the young lady who serviced me and she totally skipped getting the callus of my right foot. I kept trying to tell her and she kept saying soft! Im like no lady, its rough!!! I will never return there again and I intended on getting my brows waxed but I couldnt fathom giving them another cent extra as they didnt deserve the money I had to pay for the pedicure. I wish I had read reviews before coming! They are extremely too expensive for the crappy service they give. Hey maybe it was just an off day! But ummmmm. 🤔

I am in the middle of the worst pedicure I have ever had. I gave 3 stars only because the last time I came here on my first visit, they did an outstanding job. Plus the girl at the front desk is not friendly at all. She is the first person you see, she should at least smile and pretend like she wants to be here.

Foxy Nails has went down hill the past few years. They have never been great but atleast decent for a quick fix or if your normal salon is booked. I will never go back to Foxy Nails after my last experience. I usually get SNS and when using Foxy Nails understanding its not great to be amazing so keep expectations extremely low. Well, this was less than extremely low. They looked bulky and nasty. I have to keep my nails short for school so I usually ask for them more rounded and natural. They were square! I continued to ask him to round them but he said this will look better! So after leaving extremely frustrated and paying $75 I called the salon and the girl asked me if I asked them to fix it? I said multiple times! I am not expecting freebies from any establishment, but I would have atleast thought she wouldve offered me something in return for the $75. However, I am sure they get so many complaints they would run out of business. You are paying for the salon. Its pretty and more upscale than your normal salon, however I want quality over quantity. Take your money somewhere else. Canterbury Nails in Mountain Brook is great! Van at Canterbery is FANTASTIC!!!!!Also, my mother has went in the past 2 weeks just for a gel manicure and she said even they messed that up! Go somewhere else!

This was the worst pedicure experience i have ever had. No one welcomed me and my friend, the pedicure was terrible, and no one even thanked us for our business. They were more concerned about getting paid than actually doing their job.

Rude people. No manners. Made my wife wait 45 minutes on sunday as they kept taking other people. They said they dont take appointment on Sunday and someone walk in with an appointment and got serviced. Its crazy how a bussiness can survive with such poor customer service. They shouldve spent more money on training and hiring better employess. Then marketing themselves as a luxury nail spa. Plus its over priced. Just trying to take advantage of the 280 demographic.

Horrible job I called to have them rectify and u was unsatisfied with the response which should have been come back we’ll take of it not 100 questions like a Interview... too many nail shops I’ll never go back and now I have to go pay someone to do it right the very next day sad

They charged me $70 for they worst set of nails Ive ever got. Then would do nothing to fix. Dont waste your time.

I visited this location a month ago and was told that I could not have my regular technician Lucy because she had an appointment that would be there in the next 10-15 mins. So someone else gave me a pedicure and did a terrible job. I called this morning to make an appointment with Lucy. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told she took a walk in just before I arrived and would be done in 15 mins. I waited over 30 mins. And Lucy was no where near being done with the other customer. I walked out and went to Rose Nails next to sushi village with no wait and they did an excellent job...much better than Foxy Nails.

They are rude and are not service minded at all. Very expensive and most of them do a sloppy job. If you do not upgrade to the more expensive pedicure it is worthless. I had a gel pedicure (expensive) the paint came off after one day and when I went back to have it fixed they ignored me.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had!! Went for a mani and pedi with a friend...to start the water they used for the pedicure was COLD and then after this they proceeded to paint with the nail polish color I picked and the lady did it 5x and finally got another lady to help her. After she worked on this for several minutes thinning the polish and taking it off and redoing it she asked if I wanted this color I told her i did but if there was something wrong with it I would just pick a different one. Then I got my manicure and they didnt match the colors for this from when they had to change the color for my toes....which didnt even last for 24hrs (and I do No manual labor). I would not go here again!! Very disappointing 💅👎🏻👎🏻
