I took my niece here for pedicures for her birthday. I called ahead and asked if they were able to do two pedicures. They told us to come right then. We showed up and it was pretty dingy inside. There are signs everywhere that say NO CHILDREN...it was my nieces 10th birthday, so that was awkward. Only one technician was available to do our nails. She did our pedicures one at a time, which I would have loved to know beforehand because we ended up being there for over 2 hours for 2 pedicures (one for a child). We werent allowed to choose our own colors. We had to tell the technician what color we wanted and she brought out a few to choose from. My niece asked for a little cupcake design on each of her big toes. We asked the technician and she said yes, sure then she proceeded to paint some random firework flower thing...I showed her a picture of a cupcake and asked again, and she just said no. There was clearly a language barrier, which I totally understand...but I ended up paying $72 plus tip for literally the worst pedicure of my 29-years living on earth. Im from San Francisco, CA. Services are expensive as heck out there and I have NEVER paid so much for two pedicures. This was a very disappointing experience for both me and my niece :(

My nail work was very poor from one of the guys there. It was very messy and coats weren’t applied properly. My toes were supposed to be gel polish. The painting was also very messy and my cuticles were full of paint. Both of my big toes have huge purple bruises under the nail bed. The bruises appeared a day after I got them done. I got them done here and then went somewhere else to get them redone and realized this.

Love this place... Emily is the best she is the only one who does my 💅... Now her sister does ok. But I prefer Emily. Only thing is they open up so late 10am Im saying and on a Saturday too. Plus its not for sure its right at 10am. So 3 Stars out 5

The customer service and quality of work is very bad there and the wife has a bad attitude. She seemed to not want to do what I asked for and only what she insisted on doing. I will not be spending another copper penny in there. If I could rate this place with no stars I would.

Never go again. Nursing an infection in big toe fromguy who did pedicure and cut me 3 times with nippers...this was almost 2 weeks ago

I had gel nails done and theybegan to chip two days later. The owner refused to repair them she stated that it was hot. The reason the gel came off. Worst customer service ever and poor quality of work
