I came here for a gel mani and pedi. They were friendly and prompt. But the man did not use any gel base or top coat on my toes though that’s what I asked for. I asked him and he assured me that he did. An hour after getting home I noticed that the polish had faded off my toes. I JUST got this service done. Terrible quality will not return.

I went in today and only asked for clear gel nail polish and that man charged me 25.50. I was so upset. Paid and took off. That’s ripping people off just for gel nail polish. I will never come here again!!!!!!!

Very nice and very clean. The people here are legit artists. They did some *amazing* work on my fiancées nail because they were looking surly.Just kidding. The crew is professional, social and jovial. Theyre right on Green Springs too, so its easy to find. Prices are good for the high quality work they do. Best time to go is morning to around 2PM on any day that isnt Friday or the weekend.

THEY DIDNT SPEAK LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR. THEY CHARGE ALOT FOR POOR QUALITY. MY NAILS HAS LUMPS WITH NO MANICURE JUST PEDI WITH EYE BROWS BEING UNEVEN.

This was the first and last time I will ever patron this establishment. The woman with the short bob haircut, whose station is the first one to the left when you walk in, did my fill-in, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I was pleased with the nail service, even though she told me I couldn’t get regular nail polish with a gel top coat. She said they don’t do that here. On the other hand, not her waxing skills. She suggested an eyebrow wax. I was skeptical until she explained that I only need to get them shaped and cleaned up since I have thin brows. She completely messed up my eyebrows. She trimmed to much from my left brow leaving the start of my brow very thin, but my other brow was nicely done. She claimed my brows were already like that, but I saw her trim one side and not the other. She even tried to fill in her mistake with an eyebrow pencil to show me a difference. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in service, she became rude and told me that no one should ever wax my brows. My brows are thin and grow differently. I’ve never had this issue before with any other business that provide a waxing service. I now have to fill in her mistake with an eyebrow pencil until my hairs grow back causing an inconvenience. I don’t wear makeup on the regular, but now I will have to make an exception daily until nature corrects her mistake. She was going to charge me for her incompetence until I mentioned that I wasn’t going to pay for it. This was a horrible experience. If you don’t believe me, I uploaded photos to the review page.

I was thoroughly please with my service especially for a hoilday. I needed a full set asap and Kai was simply amazing she has gained a new client! Just remember every nail tech has there own process!!!!

Very rude & unprofessional. I couldn’t get what design I wanted because Haiya stated that I was too late and she refused to do it. I walked in at approximately 615. The hours online state they do not close until 7. But I was refused a service because I was “late”. I told the nail tech this would be the last time I would be coming here if I’m spending my hard earned money & cannot get my services how I requested. The nail tech was very unapologetic about it and even proceeded to shrug her shoulders when I made my statement about being dissatisfied! With that being said, this is the last time I will EVER be spending my money here. I will resume supporting black businesses even if it means I have to wait! At least I’m getting my moneys worth & what I requested.Sincerely,A dissatisfied customer

Just not pleased. I read reviews and still decided to give them a chance... Polish outside of the lines, little lumpy, and not a good coffin shape. I wish I would gone somewhere else; it was just not worth the money.

Went to get ombré nails! They don’t look like the best nail shop but they did absolutely great! Gave me exactly what I asked for! They are pricey but they where the only ones in the green springs area to do ombré!

Whoever that lady is. I think she was the owner, she has no idea what shes doin. Ill be goin somewhere else next time

All i can say is ANNA, ANNA, ANNA!!!! she has the last desk in the very back on your right hand side upon walking in the door, unless they have switched, so she is amazingly wonderful, speaks great ENGLISH to you, is NEVER rude, she lets you set appointments idk if she takes walk ins, however, she sterilized every instrument she finished with in the sterilization machine. She takes her time on everything, i TRULY get a relaxed feel, and then her work is beautiful. I havent been in a while because the new job is not nail friendly for me, but if ever i need them done ANNA is my nail tech. She is the only one who isnt rude, the owner of the shop is very rude, ive noticed the other nail tech be rude to and about clients. Anna never sits there and constantly speak in her native language in front of me, shes not supper chatty with the other nail techs when shes working. If she does its done in mostly english.Thanks Anna for making people feel comfortable 💓

Slow Service. Waited over an hour for service and when I finally got my full set they where thick, lumpy and uneven.

Very unprofessional rude customer service. Dont ask them how long the wait will be, they will get an attitude and when you proceed to leave mouth you can leave THEY ARE RUDE. The inside look like a dump. FIX IT UP BETTER THAN YOU DO PEDICURES because everybody who walked in complained how they wanted the black lady to do their pedi and not the other lady. THEY ONLY OFFER ABOUT 25 dull gel polish colors. If you bougie and dont have a ratchet side dont go here. All the pedicure chairs broke they dont massage your back you just sit.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Came here in a pinch on my lunch break at work and there were no customers, I can definitely see why. Salon looked run down and nasty. All the fixtures are old and broken. The nail polish looked old and caked up. The lady was nice but the pedicure only took 20 mins total, the normal salon I go to takes 45 mins to an hour because they are very thorough and charge the same price. Will not be going back.

My experience here was absolutely totally and completely incredibly unprofessional and nowhere near up to the par of anyone who cared about their craft. I am totally pissed and would have spent a little extra elsewhere to have had much better quality service(my lash extensions look ridiculous... unacceptable to say the least) For starters the woman who did my pedicure bumped into me while I was picking out my polish did not say excuse me and it kind of seemed like she did it on purpose. Next I was made to wait at least 30 minutes before even being seated in the one of the many Pedicure Chairs that were not being used by anyone literally only one station was being occupied by a woman who was having her pedicure being finished up. They could have at least set me up to be comfortable and have my feet soaking. The spa chairs by the way are very uncomfortable and make so much noise from how loose the screws in them are. I mean theyre absolutely falling apart. To top it all off my promised and paid for deluxe pedicure which I specifically asked if it included paraffin wax and was told yes the paraffin wax was included was nowhere near Deluxe I waited longer than they spent on the overpriced pedicure. My feet r still rough af and my cuticles and dead skin are still all over the nail. Oh ya and they dont even offer parafin wax as i was promised. The young Asian girl is lazy rude and ledt me wondering if shes even certified for the craft she cares nothing about.

Happy Nails is NOT the place to go for eyebrow waxing. The woman in charged has messed up my eyebrows twice due to her rushing around. I wouldnt recommend her at all for eyebrow waxing.

As you can see the nail shop closes at 7, but hi stayed after hours and slayed my nails. I will be returning😊
