The Geico insurance agent was very helpful, friendly, thorough and business appropriate. He responded quickly and included me in the email sent to the mortgage company. I use Geico for auto, motorcycle, renters and now home owners insurance. Ive never had a bad experience!

I had GEICO before the days of local agents (around here) and I liked them for their auto, but hated their homeowners so had to cancel it. Now that things have changed, I thought to give them another try, so I called the local for a quote and was told someone would call me back. Two days later I still hadnt heard anything, so I called again. I was told (someone) is out of the office today, but I could try calling her back in the morning. (*I* could call them *again*.) Im out of time now and need insurance today. No call back and they want to put the burden on me to call yet again? No thanks. Ill go with someone that actually wants my business.Edit: the canned stock standard contact us so we can help you reply to my review is further evidence that GEICO isnt interested in me. I obviously dont have a policy number because nobody would call me back with a quote!

So I called the agency and Phyllis would not let me speak with Rhonda but promised me she would call me in a week. A month later I have not heard from Rhonda.What a poor way to handle your business. Never got a call back till 3 days later

My price for car insurance increased after 6 months, they added 15%. I called them 4 times and they transferred me to the billing office, which never answered.They will trick you into buying their policy, but after expect pay 15% more plus price increased because my cars are not safe Honda CR-V and Honda Civic.My cars are safe, and I drive them for 5 years, it is just misleading tricks they use to get you as a new customer.

The price was great, but they were not there when we needed them. It took over a month to complete a claim. We could not get a hold of our adjuster for weeks. We left messages everyday and it was not until we called threatening a lawsuit, that we were able to settle our claim. Would NOT recommend geico.

I was at the end of my rope today we have insurance with Allstate and our 21 yr old son just purchased and paid in full for his vehicle we got quotes from our company only to find out it was going to cost more for his vehicle than we pay for our other 4 vehicles combined on the policy I called and spoke to Michelle and she was such a huge help she went out of her way to help me 30 minutes before the office closed to figure something out not only was she wonderful but geico saved us 167.00 a month compared to the other companies we looked at using! So that being said I would highly recommend them and ask for Michelle she was incredible!!!

Stacy went above and beyond for me. Every time I call in they handle the issue right away. They called me to tell me they found a way to lower my premiums. Which honestly I was already happy with my rates. (What insurance company does that?!) maybe others, but I won’t leave to find out. I appreciate what they do for me and my family.

This was a great experience. I appreciated the service and the help. No other company has helped with the facts about car insurance like Geico. They didnt try to Force me to bundle and they tried to find me other savings. They even gave me a tee Shirt and shopping bag.

Have had a policy with them for a couple years now and have never had an issue. They have always been accommodating and took care of whatever question or change right away. Most recently, and the reason for the review, they were able to have my quote done and my new car changed over to the policy within a couple minutes.

So, a person in a Geico car on I20/59 south today around 3:15 obviously does not how to drive. Does not know the rules of the road or the new law that says STAY out of the left lane! State troopers are now able to write tickets for people who stay in it for more than 1.5 miles. The Geico person was jack jawing on the phone for more than 15 miles! Great example GEICO! p

I would give them negative stars if i could. This is the worst company i have ever had to file a claim with. my appraiser received over 16 calls in two days and didn’t return a single one. Nor did he respond via text after receiving multiple texts. You will have to call and make sure they are doing their job or else it will take 5 months just to get a deductible back. my current claim has already been a week in and they haven’t appraised the car yet. Correction they went to appraise it but didn’t appraise it. just left it at the shop without communicating or telling me anything. i lost my job on my last claim because it took them so long. i recently just lost one of my new jobs because my new claim is already taking longer than it should. when explained my situation you can tell they don’t care or take any of it into consideration. the private investigator told me it could take anywhere from today or 2 weeks for him to look at my car. geico is more than unprofessional and not only that, you can tell they genuinely don’t care about the patrons.

We will be changing . my wife backed into my truck in our driveway and what did GEICO do they made us pay the deductible for both $500 for her car and $500 for my truck BUT if she would have hit a vehicle in a grocery store parking lot we only would have had to pay $500 once. Does this make any sense . So when we called Progressive, All-State, Farmers, Travelers, State Farm and a few others they ALL said that we would have only paid ONE deductible and that was from the vehicle at faults policy not the one that never moved so when you have a wreck you better hope that its not your on car or anything else on the same policy. Who knows maybe that stupid lizard needed a raise
