Well this company when from 5 star to 2 star why well I call yesterday to ask them if could extend my insurance till Thursday till I got paid so I could pay the rest of the bill the lady told no we cant you just have let cancel rewrite the policy . I was like ok thanks for nothing so Im dropping this joke of insurance company p.s whatever yall do dont use this company poor customer service

This has not paid my claim canceled me and backdated my policy sorry I did business with a company denying claims and not investigating wrecks properly. They paid someone not their client on a report showing they came down a one way street that went up what a mess and they just left me to pay it all. Never abandons a bad situation for me now

The folks at LM are awesome! When I called about a policy change, the agency on the phone was extremely helpful. He was able to provide me with details and some much needed information regarding my policy. Thank you LM for insuring my car, my belongings, and me!

NO STARS!!!!!!(This system would not allow me to post until I gave it at least one star.)Very disappointed with Liberty Mutual. I just noticed a $2.00 Installment Fee on my bill allowing them to make automatic monthly withdrawals from my account to pay my monthly car insurance bill. When I first signed up for insurance I was told if they had to mail my bill it would be a $2.00 monthly fee and the auto withdrawal from my account would be at no charge. NOW there is a charge. I am sure L.M. saved millions by not mailing out their bills if you consider postage, envelopes, printing costs and labor. Did I see a reduction in my insurance? NO. I called and asked the C.S. Rep about this charge and she said it was only recently initiated and all customers are being charged. She also stated if I wanted a bill mailed it costs $5.00/month. I think this is another example of corporate greed. Having the funds come from my account is not labor intensive, it happens automatically so what is the reason for any charge? I for one and sick and tired of being nickled and dimed for the sake of corporate big whigs wanting a bigger yacht or more expensive car or whatever. I am in the process of looking for another insurer. I would love suggestions from any of you out there who could steer me in another direction for insurance coverage.
