I needed a quick binder or proof of insurance on a new lease car while waiting for my old car to be sold and processed while sitting in a dealership for 2-3 weeks. Sarah’s quick solution to put storage insurance on it before the sale was completed allowed me to drive my new car home with the assurance that the old car was covered in the dealership storage lot.THANKS Sarah!

Had seven 85 foot trees hit my house during a severe storm two years ago. Ive been with MEEMIC and tge Randahl Agency since 1979. Never had a serious claim like this and MEEMIC was great. My neighbor down the street waited two weeks just for the adjuster from his insurance company to come out while my home was being repaired. MEEMIC responded immediately and didnt nit pick the contractors prices. If the price was reasonable I was allowed to go forward. Other neighbors have asked who my insurance was through and couldnt believe the responsiveness. MEEMIC made a scary situation not so scary!!

I have had the best experience with Meemic insurance recently my husband and I bought a house and I got to work with Sarah Thomas. She was extremely kind and informative and my favorite part was that she was super responsive and her customer service skills were impeccable. It’s hard to find service like this!

Randahl Agency is very responsive, professional and willing to provide stellar customer service. In particular, Aubrey is the epitome of customer service and follow thru to make sure issues are resolved. I had an issue with a windshield replacement claim. And while the issue wasnt really with Meemic (but rather with Safelite who they subcontract with to manage windshield claims), Aubrey made sure that I had my issues addressed and finally resolved, all while Safelite seemed to just be pushing me around from person to person and never resolving the issue.

My experience yesterday with a Meemic agent was really pleasant. I wanted to pay my bill and she was extremely accommodating. The Randal Agency feels more like a family than a business of thousands. I so appreciated the personalized attention.
