Not so nice. I suppose if its not pertaining to bringing money in, happiness disappears. Pam voice sounds happy when I call in, but when she responds after Ive said something she immediately sounds drained or irritated Jackson seems to never be available anymore. Its not my fault your client hit my Jeep, which isnt worth repairing. I JUST WISH you would respond and move as if it were YOU IN THIS SITUATION. Paying a $500 car note for a car you no longer have is depressing.

I absolutely love this office, they took such great care of us after a car wreck, during a home purchase and also with my business insurance needs. I highly recommend them to everyone I can.

Can’t get them to do anything and I’m a client of theirs. It took them 4 months to tell me I had MedPay. Still waiting for them to write me a check a month later. My medical bills are being sent to collections because of their incompetence. Just go with Allstate or someone else, Alfa is of no use when you’re in a car accident that was not your fault.
