Spacious, Clean, safe and affordable! I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. The management came in and did some great work. My apartment is updated, very stylish open modern design. I love it! The workers do a great job keeping the community clean and are helpful when you need them. I will be renewing my lease come june.

My boyfriend leases from here. They do not care about your problems. They are too busy overcharging certain people. His rent is more than anyone else living here right now. They do not come when called. The office number has both of our number BLOCKED. They say they are renovated but far from it. Dry rotted under the counters, roaches and squatters everywhere. As much as they are charging him for rent, you’d think they’d have security posted outside 24/7. If you are thinking about it, don’t.

My air has been out for two weeks and i have a newborn its unlivable here. No one is helping or responding to calls or emails.

Im a current resident, and I must say if your considering moving anywhere Id recommend living here. Its a great location in close range to restaurants, shops, you name it, its in close range to the complex. Maintenance is great to upkeep the property. The staff here is awesome and will support your needs. The inside of the one-bedroom and two-bedrooms are spacious and comforting. Neighbors are friendly and its so diverse here, there are no signs of discrimination. Its a quiet area. Id say its one of the best complexes in the area.

Literally the worst apartment complex ever cant even get some out to fix my toilet or to fix my sink or dishwasher not draining or working properly

If you are looking for a great apartment in the Birmingham are, you should try the Crestview Apartments. I have lived there for two years and was the best place to rent at. Their apartments are top of the line and they have an excellent staff and service team that are there to help when needed. The area where they are located is excellent and you are readily close to almost all accommendations. The residents that live there are also nice and friendly and the place is always quiet. So this would make a great place to live.

I would like to thank the maintenance staff at the Crestview Apartments for their help. I am disabled and normally have issues moving around. I recently had some furniture delivered and needed help moving out the old furniture. When I asked the staff for help they were happy to lend a helping hand without hesitation. This isnt the first time they have helped me out either. There have been multiple occasions when I have asked for help and they are always pleased to help out any way they can. They help make this a wonderful place to live. Thank You. Greatly appreciated.

We lived at this place for about a year. No complaints. Superb office staff. Prompt emergency services. The support staff is great and very professional. We still miss this facility. In my opinion, there could not be a better place in the Birmingham area.

Such great and friendly staff. I feel very safe and secure in this area. I havent really had any issues but I know the maintenance guys are very nice. I havent encountered any bug problems which is a definite plus.Id definitely recommend to anyone without a doubt.

I really enjoy living in this community because of its great location. I also really enjoy the fact that the Residences are quiet because it provides me with a great environment to relax. I highly recommend these apartments.

Staff is very responsive. They are very accommodating to mail and package delivery needs when out of town. The maintenance staff is quick to reply to service requests and do a good job of quickly completing issues to my satisfaction.

I live with my uncle in the Crestview Apartments in Alabama. I recently moved here from California. I wasnt happy about the move but so far it hasnt been bad. Im actually enjoying living in these apartments. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

I’ve been living here for a few years and I’m blown away by the service. Roco Real Estate does a great job at maintaining the grounds. The property is very peaceful, youthful and if any problem occurs they’ll be very quick to fix any thing without question. If you’re looking for a building to move in then this is the perfect place!

I think this community is great. I´ve lived here for 5 months and have not had one problem. When I call the office to have something in my apartment fixed it is done that day or the next day. I have never had problems with neighbors or their animals making noise or otherwise, but as a rational person, you realize that when you live in a community surrounded by lots of people there are going to be noises occasionally. I don´t think it´s ever been a problem here. In fact, I´ve met some really great friends here. The grounds look great. I like coming home here at night because it is peaceful and I appreciate that since I´m at a very stressful job all day. I think that the office staff has never been anything but cordial and helpful.

I have never written a review for this wonderful complex but I am being forced to leave to go stay with my eldest son. The management is wonderful and the neighbors are very friendly. I lived there for three years and would recommend it to others. Any problems where always fixed in a timely fashion. I just hate having to leave this place. I love it here.

Ive lived at this property for the past three years and love the Crestview Apartments. This has been the best place I have lived at this whole time Ive been in Alabama. Im not going to move! Im really impressed by the level of professionalism provided under Roco Real Estate. Its a very youthful group of people in the building and we all say hi to one another. If we ever any issues with the property then our building management is sure to be right there and fix anything thats occurred. I recommend you stop by and see for yourself. I didnt even go inside to have a tour! These apartments look absolutely horrible. They are literally falling apart on the outside and through the windows of the vacant apartments they looked ran down and definitely not worth $550-$600 a month. They look nothing like the pictures online.

I have lived here for three months.Pros: I can see sunsets from my kitchen windows, and the rent is fairly cheap ($720) for a two bedroom apartment. The faux wood floors are nice. The lady that works in the office is nice and seems to care about her residents.Cons: My apartment reeks of cigarette smoke if I leave for a few days and dont have the AC running (I dont smoke). It must come through the vents. My neighbors holler to each other inside and outside their apartments, and the windows let in a ton of sound. It wakes me up some mornings. My oven was not working properly for six weeks, and I had to submit several maintenance requests and angry emails to get something done about it. They finally just gave me a whole new oven/stove unit, so that was nice. But six weeks! Now my refrigerator isnt staying cold, and Im probably just going to end up fixing it myself; I dont expect them to consider that high priority, even though all of my food is going bad. My tub looks rather dirty, and it also appears that instead of cleaning it, at some point they just slathered a few layers of paint on the porcelain. So there is peeling paint in my tub, and regular cleaning supplies do nothing. There has been a squad of police cars in our complex several times in the past three months that Ive lived here, which is unsettling.I guess I should have expected as much by living behind a Walmart, but I cant wait to move somewhere else.

CRESTVIEW APARTMENT ARE THE WROST APARTMENTS AND I DONT THINK NO ONE SHOULD LIVE HERE. I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A YEAR TO GET MY KEY AND STILL DONT HAVE CARPET IN MY FLOOR. LIKE SHE PROMISED THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL​. THEY ALSO HAVE A REALLY BAD BEDBUGS PROBLEM THAT SHE WHAT U TO PAY FOR $250 TO GET THEM OUT. SHE MONEY HUNGRY AND NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE.TRUST ME DONT MOVE HERE.......... NOTHING IS CLEAN ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!

I dont even give this a star and Im contacting my lawyer about my window not being fixed and I have shown the rent office numerous police reports about being broke into .its the middle of December and my heat is still out and I have kids but there response was the maintenance man is busy and he never came .I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy and I will be taking this to court
