Park35 has been great overall! I have a great view of the highlands golf course and get very good sunlight through my window! Some of my favorite parts about the complex are the kitchen appliances, the pool/gym area, and the trash valet. I do think the complex is more on the expensive side and it is sometimes a little noisy but overall everything is great and my neighbors quiet down around 10pm.
Wonderful apartments! I have enjoyed living here since moving in about 6 months back. The management is great and the amenities are well managed. Would recommend the place for anyone looking for simple and elegant living.Taking off a star for relatively poor sound proofing of apartment. I live in an apartment across from gold course and can practically hear everything from Clairmont avenue throughout the day and night. Its much better with everything closed but still can hear it.
Great place to live! I am greeted every time I come in the community as well as when i leave. The management team here is phenomenal! Typically this is what will make or break the living experience and frankly This is making it easier for me to be away from family on a work assignment.
Overpriced apartment for a terrible location. This place has MAJOR pest problems. There are roaches everywhere. We killed 6 roaches in a two week span in our apartment. The wall are paper thin as well. You can easily hear your neighbor playing music or hear their tv. We recently broke our lease early and management tried to make us pay $120 for repairs AGAIN 28 days after our lease ended after we had already paid $150 for cleaning/repairs upon moving out. Mail packages are constantly stolen here. The fire alarm will go off in the middle of the night at least once a month. They added a bunch of junk items to the dog park that dogs cannot play with. Now dogs cannot run freely in the park.
We absolutely love it here! It is beautiful and peaceful and so convenient to everything! It’s like living in a beautiful resort! We downsized and have loved living here
We were torn between renting a house and an apartment, but we eventually settled on Park 35. Wow, was that a mistake, especially this year. To call this place contractor grade cheap is a huge understatement. From the carpet in the bedroom with the nail strip you can feel to paper thin walls, everything is meant to give the illusion of quality and expense. Its just that - an illusion. I mostly think of my neighbors as roommates, because you can hear every single thing through what passes for walls. The amenities seemed nice during the tour, but theres no way were using any of those right now. A dog was something we considered, but after listening to the one down the hall from us that barks all evening, I dont know if we ever will now. Theres so much dog hair in the hallway, its like having tumbleweeds. The new floors are a big improvement over the gross carpet that lined the hallways, but theyre already stained. The neighbors here are so inconsiderate.Overall, its fine if you want an overpriced, generic box that costs as much as a renovated three bedroom house in the city. The one thing we did right was go for a pool view. The lights around the pool area are extremely bright, but they turn off eventually. The golf course view was tempting, but the noise from Clairmont Avenue would be so annoying I think. Weve considered breaking our lease early even with the exorbitant cost (2 months rent). Maybe management would be flexible, but I really doubt it.I will say having a grocery store next door is very convenient and parking is never an issue. Maybe itd be fine living here if you get lucky with the neighbors and can score a decent deal on the rent. We will be leaving at the end of our lease or maybe even earlier.
Park 35 is a great place to live! I have 2 dogs and my boys absolutely love the pet amenities and the location of the building. We love to walk around and play in the dog park. There are so many other dogs in the building so my boys always have pups to play with. Having the Piggly Wiggly across the street is perfect. I can walk over whenever I need anything. The building itself is beautiful. We love our pool view. Not only are the amenities top notch, but all the features of the units are high end. We love having the washer and dryer in the closet! I would say thats probably one of my favorite things in my apartment! I am very happy with my decision to live at Park 35!
I had an amazing experience living here. The management team is very genuine and treats every person in a personalized and attentive manner. Great facility and caring team, would highly recommend to anyone interested in living in an apartment complex. I have stayed in many different ones moving around for work and school, and this has been my favorite one so far!
I am a student looking for an apartment to live in during medical school, and I had such a great experience when I toured Park 35 on Clairmont with my parents! The rooms were beautiful, and the amenities were great! However, what stood out to me the most was the friendliness of the staff. Kelsey, the leasing consultant, gave us a tour, and she showed us so many floor plans and all of the amenities, and answered our numerous questions! I toured several different apartment complexes that day, and the professionalism of the Park 35 staff and the quality of the apartments stood out among the rest!
Park 35 has been a pleasurable experience. The building is relatively new, and is in terrific shape. The people are all wonderful to work with when minor matters may arise. Rent is reasonable, and a value considering all of the benefits. Great pool, gym, and spaces for collaboration/relaxation.
My mother and I came in this past Saturday for a tour and although there was a world wind of people and we did not have an appointment, Adam took us with no hesitation and did not skip one part of the tour. We truly had a wonderful experience and Adams kindness and patients DEFINITELY made a huge impression on my mom choosing Park 35 as her new home. Thank you Adam for making us feel welcomed!!!!
I cant say enough good things about Park 35. As a resident for two years, I felt very well taken care of by the wonderful staff and loved coming home to such a beautiful, safe community everyday. The location and the neighborhood feel cant be beat.
For being a medical professional, there is no better location than Park 35 on Clairmont. When we were deciding on an apartment, this was a huge factor, however what really drew us in were the amenities and the features. We have 2 dogs and the building is extremely dog friendly. We are very thankful to have not only a dog park and pet spa on site, but also have several parks close as well. The apartment features are unparalleled. We have a great floor plan overlooking the pool and we absolutely love everything about this building. I am very glad we chose to go with Park 35!
I’ve never left a review but if I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. I’ve lived there for 2 years and I absolutely loved it! The only reason why I had to move out was because I got accepted in another state. Amazing amenities and a very safe location. The staff are really friendly and they will try to work out everything with you. The maintenance team are always on time and they took care of everything. Best place I’ve ever lived in since I moved to Alabama.
The maintenance team was awesome and went above and beyond in getting me taken care of. The office ladies are wonderful as well especially in making sure maintenance got to my work order requests (minor move in inspection preferences-apt was awesome) . The whole team has been phenomenal in getting me squared away. I am so thankful for this crew as I am typically not easily impressed. But so far this team has been fantastic from a new residents standpoint. They have truly set the bar and I hope the rest of my experience will be just as great!
We have loved our time here. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating. The members of the community are friendly and respectful. It is a quiet, safe, and beautiful facility.
Resort-style living with a knowledgeable, professional team. The team not only listens to comments and suggestions...they welcome them! That is not an easy find in this industry. Recommended!
Amazing beautiful cant wait to move here. Everything is 5 star. Cant till complete my friend just moved in
Beautiful place to live, wonderful staff and dog park, gift wrapping room and free star bucks coffee!!
I absolutely love living at Park 35. Safe location, close to the hospital, with awesome staff and amenities.
Upon returning to Birmingham, my husband and I stopped at this beautiful location and decided to make it home almost immediately after touring and meeting Ms. Teria. The location is prime, most of the staff were wonderful and the scenery was just top notch. We made this home for roughly a year but just could not continue to justify such the expensive price tag that came with the seemingly small space - we bought a house and are much happier due to the issues that began to spiral once we began moving out.For months we tried to get someone to our apartment to come and spray for pests that were coming from the apartments of people who loved to leave their trash by their front doors on none trash days - we even witnessed people putting their take out containers on the floors in the hallways, making the entire hallway smell like dead animals - it was bad. The floors of the apartments are made out of a very cheap material so its very easy to scratch and scuff, especially if you have dogs like we did. The walls were so thin you could literally hear the conversations of the tenant in the next apartment. There were times we had neighbors that would play their music at 3 in the morning and since the walls were so thin, we sadly heard it all and had to endure it. The trash valet service was a joke - never met such picky trash people in my life. The service, luckily, was switched just a few days before we moved out - praying that the current tenants are getting better service for the money they pay every month.Upon moving out, we were not given an exit survey like most apartments do to check off on any damages within the apartment. Luckily we took pictures of every inch of the apartment before leaving. We were sent a bill of almost $1500 in damages to the apartment (floors, fridge, anything not tied down) - all were just wear and tear on the walls from pictures and the carpet which was not damaged at all. We were told we needed to pay to replace everything which was outrageous. There was no way possible two young professional adults ruined an apartment in the ways they claimed. We tried to heavily communicate with management but responses were far and few between. It took us weeks to even reach someone so they could reply to our inquiries about the damages. It took so long to reach someone that the bill was sent to collections after we explicitly tried to handle the misunderstanding with no help from management. We were luckily able to get this ordeal handled promptly and efficiently with the collections company which were far more easier to deal with than Park 35.If you love living in a high dollar box I would definitely recommend Park 35. Just be prepared to stay there forever if you want to be treated as a valued tenant - the dynamic of the staff completely changes once you inform them that you will not be renewing.Pros:Location - you are near night life and numerous eateriesGrounds of the complex were usually kept cleanMs. Teria, before she leftDog park and grooming stationCons:PestsPaper thin wallsPet owners never picking up behind petsCheaply made apartmentsTalladega Speedway Parking DeckInconsiderate neighbors

Knowledgeable and friendly leasing agents, modern apartments with new appliances and all the amenities you would want (pool, grills, billiards, pet spa).
