This place is TERRIBLE do not come here! Found spiders in our bed multiple times, as well as roaches, major bug problem and when sprayed did not work! We called ahead to ask what day we were supposed to be out and they told us October 2nd Without mentioning the extra charge, it’s October 1st and now they say they are charging us for not being out! The lady was extremely rude about it. At one point all the lights went out except bedroom and closet (I will say they were able to fix it the maintenance guy is great) the gym is also the size of a closet. overall this place is outdated and overpriced.

We have been living here for 4 years. Apartment complex is so quiet and clean. Office manager is so helpful. Maintenance service always ready for help. Location is perfect, close many grocery stores.

Really nice units

Crowne at Overton Village was one of my favorite apartments to live at. The staff is so nice, prices are fair, and the property is always in amazing condition. The grounds crew does a great job of maintaining it. One of my favorite things about the property is the location. It’s right in the heart of Cahaba Heights, walking distance to two grocery stores, Magic Muffins, and just a short drive to the summit. We loved living here!

I love these apartments. I do not live here but have been inside them. Very spacious, clean and friendly neighbors and staff. Located within minutes of everything. I highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed. Been working with the (polite) staff a couple of weeks on moving my family into a 3-bedroom, and the timing and location was flawless - like a sign that we were supposed to live here - for one particular unit. All we wanted to do was see the unit we were moving into before paying hundreds in fees when applying. No problem on their end, we just had to wait until the unit was cleaned. No problem on mine either. Just made sure that they would let us know if someone else were looking at the unit, and they agreed.Fast forward to today, when I have my 4:00 tour cancelled at 11:00am because someone applying online beat us to the punch, and it turns out they have been looking at this place a while as well. I was never told about the policy dictating that priority was determined by online applications rather than in-office discussions and the forming of relationships. It makes sense, but in all my conversations someone should have thought to mention it.There are other apartment complexes, but when I throw all my eggs in one basket with multiple layers of assurances, its really discouraging when it falls through. Now have 10 days to start over locating housing before my familys removed from ours.

Jeffrey was amazing

Everyone goes out of their way if you need anything. We lived in a one bedroom one bath for three years. Maintenance was spot on. Joey was there within the hour of anything happening. Would recommended to anyone.

I have had both positive and negative experiences living here. The woman who we signed our lease with passed away during our one-year lease, and I have had a more negative experience with the staff working here since her passing than I had with her.Pros: private, safe, outside maintained well, friendly maintenance staff, spacious, all appliances work, comes with ceiling fans, large closetsCons: money scam (new leasing manager Kendall sends emails threatening pet waste fees, but doesnt clean her own pets waste; did not communicate need to express intent to leave at end of lease, automatically turns month-to-month without 60 days notice), interior maintenance not completed (upstairs tub drain leaks and causes water to leak into my apartment, ceiling clearly growing mold, maintenance visited but never fully fixed), poor communication (sent personal information to previous occupant who was since taken off of lease), were told we would have the upstairs apartment with vaulted ceilings before turning in deposit (when it was time to sign the lease we were allocated to a middle floor apartment), almost no one picks up their pet wasteThey just want your money. They dont care about you having your needs met or being happy. Strongly dislike new management team. Overall, cant wait to move out.

We lived in a 2 bed room 2 bath at Crowne at Overton Village for almost 2 years and can not say enough great things about it. The grounds are clean, staff is excellent and maintenance is quick. I honestly can not think of one negative about our experience in these apartments.

I’m here on short term lease to rebuild my home from a fire.I have a newer apt 3 BR and 2 bath. Like new.The maintenance guy is available dailyIt’s quiet. Would recommend.Staff friendly. This sits in a nice part of town on edge of Vestavia and Mtn Brook. Great schools for younger crowd. Summit Mall and smaller centers nearby. Cahaba Heights Community is one of best in Bham area.
